Dear Sir:
Hello! I had issued Cheque No: 019309 dated 09/09/16 For Rs799/- subscription of HT newspaper. to newspaper vendor Mr. Rajesh Kumar, New Grain Market, Jalandhar mob: 99145-46123. Firstly he start our newspaper from 10-08-16 but charged from first August 2016 with over charges than actual charges. Secondly, we started our Subscription from Oct 2016 till Dec 2016 and stopped their after and doesn’t provided coupon also. I request to M/s Hindustan Times, please cancel his vendor Licenece and Provide our coupons directly to the us (consumer) or refund our amount.

I had registered a pickup request on myntra on 15th january 2017 on the same day the order was delivered itself. But till now nobody called for pickup or for time of pickup and no one came for pickup. On myntra the timings are 2pm onwards for pickup and i wait everyday for pickup but myntra is irresponsible and rude company.

I called myntra twice but their rude disrespectful and unprofessional customer service representatives were not helping and disconnected my call everytime. They asked me my phone number with which i placed the order and i gave it to them then they said sorry we cannot find any order with this number then i gave them the order id and still they said no order and then i gave them my registered email id and then they disconnected my call

The customer calls myntra spends his/her money on expensive calls to myntra and you guys are so mannerless and rude and cruel that you disconnect the call and dont help the customer at all. Is this your policy or way of treating your customers.

Stating that courier is out for pickup but the courier man never called for pickup and did not come at the time myntra stated on their app. I called the pickup man for pickup but he cancelles the pickup.

This was my very first time shopping on myntra and i had a terrible experience with them so this is going to be the last time i shop on myntra. Never again am i going to shop from this horrible website anymore.

Myntra says they have easy return and refund policy within 30days and i applied for return and refund right on the date the order was delivered but myntra is not responding or picking up the order to be returned nor are they recognizing the customer when the customer calls them to enquire about the pickup.

Myntra are you trying to cheat the customer by telling the customer that there is no order by your mobile number and we cant find your order by your number and give alternate number and then you disconnect the call so that the customer is not helped in returning the product so that myntra does not have to refund the customer’s money. So the myntra easy return and refund and 30 day return policy is a HOAX

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter immediately and help me in returning and getting my refund.

You placed an order, reached at you city hub on 11th and till 19th it has not been delivered, nd you raised complaints through email and suddenly you received message that it has been delivered, exactly which is not delivered to the one who ordered it and aftr that if you lodge complaint then there executives like AYUSHI AGGARWAL raise questions on you..if i ask for physical check and if aftr it has been raised as scam then it is blamed on you that u might be with your neighbours ! Then why the hell m i complaining to you
What a pathetic customer satisfaction service it is.. HATS Off for your Low grade team!!

I bought mobile from amazon and company is coolpad in april 2016 after 2 months issue in screen and touch started so send it to service centre but issue not resolve again submit then they not responding again took that device and submit to noida service centre and they resolve issue then i took it from there but not issue in its mike (outgoing voice ) and now around 4- 5 months passed and my mobile is in service centres.

I Took the service in July 2016 and I paid then Rs 6300 for 6 months. I had alot of issue in the past the downtime for these 6 months was atleast 15 to 20 days. My account expired on 01/11/17 and i was told that I would get an extension but nothing was done. Hence I went ahead and recharged my account on 01/13/17 but the connection has not started yet but when I check my account status it shows as active and I have only 23 days more . When I send a message on the website I only get one reply “ls restart your modem and you will see your connetion is there.if still facing problem pls open the attachment and follow the steps. ” I get this reply for all the messages. Unable to call the customer care # because it costs and either ways they do not answer I ended up spending almost Rs 100 just to call them but not once have I spoken to them. Someone needs to do something. May be coz its India that RAAJNETT does nt care coz nothing can be done.

Dear i have purchased samsung galaxy a8 mobile on 19th sep’2015 for rs30000/- from mobile sales centre sanjay place, agra [uttar pradesh] with the bill no. 116/5701, my hanset display is damaged and i have given my mobile to the authorised samsung service center for repair they are saying that your display can’nt be repaired or changed we will refund you the handset amount by deducting the display amount . After a week they called me to take the cheque for the amount . They told me to give me the rs22000/- after deducting the display amount of rs 8000/-, but now they are saying that we will pay you rs 12000/- . I don’nt know what had happened now.
So it is requested to you to please look after the whole matter and make payment as early as possible .

I submitted my lenovo vibe k4 note at sector 10 on 6th of jan with phone number of mine 9903636757 but when I am calling they are refusing that I gave the phone and telling me missing and also it should be given on tuesday per discussion but now saying missing please do needful 9903636757 sector 10 noida service center also they make fun and keep me on hold for long and harrass when I call them, i got phone in broken condition when I told them to repair it and it was not in this condition, they abused me with racist comment and when I asked for repair he told it will take 1 month and asked for money for everything and even took 450 rs for volume button which they did not changed just cleaned the surface with chemical, it is in sector 10 noida lenovo smart phone service center imei 867802026671942, now i have broken handset with me which they broke it while returning without repair in spite of keeping it for 2 weeks, never buy lenovo!

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing in to inform you that my return pickup request was registered on 17th Jan, 2017 since I received wrong item Apple IPhone 6S Plus, 64GB instead of Gionee Marathon M5 Plus, 64 GB.
But till today 19.01.2017, there is no revert, no reply, no call and no update at all from Snapdeal and its team.
In fact, each and every time, they just ask to wait longer and longer.
I have been mentally tortured by the Snapdeal without any fault and reason.
I am waiting still for the pickup to be done through Snapdeal but I don’t know whether they will do or not because till date, they have always failed in fulfilling their commitments regarding revert, reply, call, email and SMS.
I have been sending them many mails but not a single response is found from their end.
I also talked to the Senior Supervisor Mr.Laxmikant on Jan 18, 2017 as well regarding the said pickup which was not yet initiated still I received an Email stating that pickup is scheduled to happen in next 1-2 days but email too was fake and wrongly sent through help@snapdeal.com.Please note I came to know this fact from the said Supervisor Mr.Laxmikant only.After confirming the same with the relevant escalations team, he promised, committed and rest assured me that the concern team will be calling anyhow with a resolution and reply for the said pickup which was not yet done.He said very firmly that I will be called or replied within next 2 hours i.e from 3:05 PM 18 Jan, 2017.
I was again fooled and cheated since there was no response from Snapdeal and its team.
Afterwards again a wrong and misleading message was delivered at 7:48 PM to me by Snapdeal stating that ” Refund / Return Request Closed: Kermann, based on our conversation, we understand that you no more want a service engineer’s visit for your Gionee M5 Plus 64 GB.This visit was necessary to resolve your request.For now, the request is closed.
Kindly note if you and Snapdeal goes through my all call and mail records you both will come to know that I have never asked, requested, replied or mentioned to close my refund/request till date 19.01.2017.In fact, I was not knowing at all about any Service Engineers visit to my home.On the contrary, I was the only one to send repeated mails and make calls to Snapdeal for knowing the status of my return pickup.
The most strange part is Snapdeal never informed or replied me for the Service Engineers Visit so where does the question of denying a Service Engineers Visit for my Gionee Marathon M5 Plus 64 GB arised and why once again the wrong and fake message was delivered to me by Snapdeal that too without informing and without my knowledge ?
I kindly request you to look into this matter very seriously as I have already paid Rs.20006 for the Gionee Marathon M5 Plus, 64 GB and still I didn’t get what I ordered.On the top of that no one from Snapdeal is ready to answer my query.
My Pickup is still pending with them.
