Hello sir
i had a complaint that a reason for not being satisfied. I bought Honda Livo registered no RJ20 JS 7501 on 2 January 2017. I paid amount of payment in advance. they booked a motorcycle. when i reached the Ever Shine Wheel showroom on 2 January after completing paper they gave me a motorcycle at the same day i had number of problems
1 .It chain set has junk and it makes problem to shift the gear mostly 3 to 4 gear
2 .Fuel Meter doesn’t show right measurement of fuel existent in fuel tank.
3. many accessories has junk.
i want to showroom after two days i told about the chain set. but they said it is usual condition and applied some oil on the chain but the problem still going on.
so i registered a complain and i got the ticket no 1-14416372809. i went to Honda ever shine wheels showroom on 18 January. they kept my motorcycle whole day. than i went to showroom they gave my motorcycle. while service serviceman gave 2 dents on motorcycle fuel tank. i noticed it when i came my home back.
it is a matter of concern that in Honda service premises my motorcycle got 2 dent.
kindly requested take some action about it and please change my motorcycle chain set and all junk accessories.
