My SC No. 40246854646. Residing in Villivakkam. My Settop box was recently replaced with a news one in the 1st week of January 2017. Again i received E48 / E52 searching for signal. I had takenup the issue with nearest distributor(Kolathur) for which he wanted to again replace the settop box for Rs.650. It is to note that i had replaced the existing one for Rs.350. Is there any logic in contiunously paying money to the distributor and replacing the settop box without the mistake of the consumer. later getting annoyed with this attitude, i placed a complaint over phone with complaint no.SR170123013275. Still im expecting a positive reply from the technicians. im helpless. i wish to surrender my connection or else i would be forced to file a legal complaint for the harrassment i had through the distributor.

I am still waiting for my courier, even yesterday I did wait for 1.5 hr. but they were only saying will come in 10min .even my delivery point was Aundh which is very near by Baner, still they took so much time and when I called again n again they were repeatedly saying he will come within 10 min but didn’t come after even 2 hour. I don’t remember full name but initials was Sandeep. Worst service ever

Today I booked ola cab from Sandeep vihaar (Whitefield) to Infosys building 2 electronic city.

The driver picked me from my place (Sandeep vihaar) and dropped me near somewhere (Brigade Cosmopolis Bangalore, Palm Meadows, Whitefield, Bengaluru ) and He said, His phone battery is down so he can’t drive anymore further, and he left me in the middle of the road, and he charged me 151 INR. Which is ridiculous.

This is cheating. If ola cab driver phone battery is low, He should plug it into the car charger and keep driving.

I want to sue OLA for charging me 151 INR.

This company calls you by saying that your number has been taken in lucky draw from thode who do more online shopping. if you book today minimum of 3000/- order you will get a gift of laptop or home theatre or mobile phone. i booked Mi mobile phone for 10828/- and laptop as a free gift, as said by these people. After 4 or 5 calls i received a parcel from DTDC in which i received a fry pan set which is not at all my order. There is no gift laptop in that box as said by the company people. These people need to be caught and punished at high priority otherwise many people like this will arise in future which will effect online trade in india because people will stop beliving online trading due to these frauds afterall onlie transaction is not possible without an authentic Bank account, Without a registered doomain, so i request the cyber law to get inforce to teach a lesson to these rogues. How we want make india is in our hands.
