Scam or fraud: Paytm Mobile Solutions — No reply from customer care:Need refund – Amount got detected in bank but not reflected in paytm wallet

Complaint Details:
I added total 1500 rupees (two transactions of 1000 and 500) to my paytm wallet(mobile no. 8861921193) on 08/01/2017.

Paytm app said the transactions wassuccessful. but strangely, money did not get added in my paytm wallet and the transaction is not shown in my paytm passbook!!!

Both the transactions are successful from the bank side and the transaction ids are txn# 700808296399 and txn# 700809313749.

For the second transaction of rs.1000, i have a screenshot of paytm app saying
”Rs. 1000 added successfully to paytm wallet ” with the bank transaction id. (adding screenshot in attachment)

I have contacted your customer care which said to wait for about 48 hours.Its has been 4 days already but the money is not added in my paytm account nor refunded to my bank account still.

I wanted paytm team to look into my issues and refund money immediately.i have mailed them so many times but i am not getting any reply from them. my money is with them.

We have taken a New Debit Card in the place of an old Debit card as there is a problem in the ATM PIN. When we are Transferring amount through NEFT, it is asking for Grid values. When we entered the Grid values of both New and Old Debit Cards, it is saying that the Grid Authentication is disabled. Kindly clarify the matter. Please send the response at the earliest possible.

This is in reference to above captioned Details Where my Uncle Advocate Mushtaq Ahmad Makhdoomi who is senior citizen was supposed to Travel from Delhi- Srinagar on 26th of Jan-17 but due to bad whether in Srinagar flight was cancelled & was rescheduled on Ist of Feb-17 . but my uncle who is a very renowned Lawyer and has to attend important hearing in Srinagar High court on Monday. I had requested your customer care to re-schedule his booking on 28 or 29th of Jan so that he can not miss the hearing.but unfortunately all in vain. I once again request you to look into the matter & help us to reach him Srinagar on time i.e. 29th of Jan or any losses which will be made because of non cooperation of Jet airways needs to be paid by the concerned Airline. We hope you will look into it on priority & help us the get things sorted.

I started using it after 2 months i got it. It was really strange that the phone used to get switched on off by itself since the beginning. Also after I gave it for service the first time in the moto store, the touch started to behave strangely. No.s get dialed on there own, gets to airplane mode on its own. The phone is totally behaving alien. model no is x000jopunv.

My name is ashwin shah-on 19/01/2017 around 2.0 noon i got a all form one mr. Rohan – (M)-9205784570- citi bank visa department ho mumbai mira rd -400098 for renewal of citi bank existing card which i had and conversion of rewards points into the new card for the value-rs:8458/-
-which was just a transfer of balance from old card to new card with the benefit of cash back voucher /or used in fuel in any iol petrol bunk and this wd not billed in future citi bank statement. Evertything they did on ivr and i didnt suspect them – when the otp was generated and given – they flashed me the msg. Stating the card has been used to the extent of rs:8458/- i was given assurance that you can contact helpline nos -8010552915
I got suspicious after that and when i called up citi bank they said it was a fradulent transaction. I request you to look into the matter and help me get my money refunded. I am approaching cyber branch police department in hyderabad for the same and report this matter. Such persons should be punished immediately ny taking action against them through police department.

I have an account at Amazon India and occasionally I make online purchases using my credit card. While doing it, Amazon India stores my credit card number. Yesterday (26 Jan 2017) i received an email and an SMS from Amazon.com (which is a partner of Amazon India) that US$99 has been charged on my credit card for Amazon Prime Membership annual fee. I do not have an account at Amazon.com. How could Amazon India share my credit card information with their partner Amazon.com and allow them to make a payment on the card without my consent. On contacting Amazon India, I was informed that their partner work independently and I have to communicate with them. Why should Amazon India provide my confidential information about the credit card to their partner and ask me to settle the issue with them directly.

First of all i am big fan of ccd.

When you launched ccd beta app that time i installed ccd app. Last week i got update of my mobile, after updating of mobile when i am going to login my account it showing too many phone login error. But i am still using the same mobile. This is the main point sir. I tried so much but app is not opening. I contact customer care they said mail your problem – app@cafecoffeeday.com, i mail my problem so many time but they only saying use previous mobile for login. I replied so many time that i am using same mobile. But they are not solving my problem. They are very irresponsible, from last 4 days i mailed 6-7 times but they are not replying and not solving my issue.

. Sir this is my humble request you to please give me solution sir also take an action on app@cafecoffeeday.com. Because they are not giving single answer.

We are surprised, we ordered and paid online for our shoes item on 12.01.17, but still the status on the tracking showing only as “Packet ready for dispatch” (screenshot of tracking is attached), it is today now 27.01.17, in 15 days even our item is not even dispatched also ?, no updates, no communication ?, we then even tried the store contact number 09211907907, several times, but it is always telling you are in waiting and then automatically phone gets disconnect, this is very pathetic arrangement of street style store.com, we are surprised how they are being allowed to do like this with the consumers. We request you to either immediately arrange to let us know the status of our order as to when will it get delivered, and if it will not be getting delivered within one week then please refund our amount to our account, else we will proceed for further action.

This is regarding the same issue mentioned above.I post job enquiry on your Naukri Site considering it is a safe site and in search of jobs in v difficult situations but this getemployments.com gets my details and asks me to make a security payment of nearly 21, 000 for all the processes and says it will be immediately refunded during interview, I make the payment in the hope of getting a job as I trust naukri.com and loose my hard earned money.Despite people bringing this to your notice you people have not taken any action against companies using our details from your site?I need an answer from your side about this kind of security issues
