MSEDCL are making fool to consumer they are sending high bills to many of us for no reason and when we go in office they will tell you go in that office when you go there they will send you back to same office and then that person will say this is the correct bill as per the average reading, i was getting 210rs to 250rs bill from last 3months now suddenly i got 2200rs bill for only having 1 fan and 3 tube light and 1 friedge even i use none of this because most of time I stay out ..

Hi Team,

I have bought Bata Shoes on 20-Dec-16 worth Rs 2000/- from Bata showroom @Viviana mall, Thane. The shoes having 3 months warranty.
Its not been one month and I am facing alot of issues with the shoes. The quality of steak is very bad and I visited Bata for complaint of steak that the steak is not proper. One week ago I got my shoes repaired and again the steak has gone.
Also, I have been given rude answer by floor Manager saying this is how you you use the shoes..
I am not at all satisfied with your customer service and will take legal actions against you for such non-hospitality with customers.

Hope to get my shoes replaced or else return me my money.

I have been writing escalations to Eureka Forbes for the last 6 months with absolutely no response from their end. The machine is lying ideal/un-used in my house since Sep 2016. Several complaints raised thru CC, Online Portal, Written Statement thru courier etc. but with no avail. I want EF to provide me a solution for the issue to save my investment of about Rs. 17, 000/-.

Note: The machine was bought in April 2016 and in 6 months I had to call them for more than 5 times to fix the issues faced. After a while the system stopped working and they said the filter need to be changed costing Rs. 3, 400/-.

Hi,

We had booked the Modern Kitchen fitting for our existing kitchen. They had committed 10-12 days max. They stopped the work in between (we have done the full payment also), now they are saying it will take another 15 days.
Already 14 days have gone by and our kitchen is non functional, any additional day is a serious pain.
Such poor delivery and fooling the consumer that too after taking the full payment, is not expected from a brand like Neelkamal.

I would urge the concerned the personnel to take note and try get things done as fast as possible.

Hello – when I paid the 10k advance .. I did not find any terms stating that we have a deadline of 48 hours, I got an email and tried cancelling it online .. but did not find the cancel icon; zenfify is saying it’s because the deadline was crossed .. I tired even before the deadline and it did not work .. I wrote an email on the same day .. I would need the refund back, this is cheating customers by taking 10k advance and not refunding even notifying on the same day .., what kind of scam is this ? Hi, i purchased two vouchers from nearbuy, but what i was sold and when i reach the venue i was informed about how my voucher is not valid and need to shed extra money.
Also the voucher says 100% refund on cancellation but there is no place on the website to cancel the voucher.
Hi need to know how can i cancel my vouchers as i am no longer interested in their service as they are misleading.

Scam or fraud: Royal Enfield — Service issue. Bike condition totally not ok

I have given my bike for servicing near Malakpet Royal enfield service center.

Name : Dark Motors.

Even after taking my bike to them 3 times they are not doing the proper work. Handle is not good they have changed the position of scratch guard due to which gear shifting is a problem. Due to which i fell of my bike once.

Need a solution to this and one time fix please.

Scam or fraud: Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount 1027 stolen / unknown used by Somme from paytm wallet

Hi,
On dtd 19/1/17 almost @ 2:00pm my paytm wallet was used by unauthorized person. Just a day back I add 1000 Rs into my wallet and 27 Rs was balance. Thus total 1027 Rs were new balance as on 19/1/17 morning.
Then @ 2pm there was a transaction made of 1027 (exactly the total balance of my wallet) through my wallet which wasn’t done by me.
I want the solution on this and want my wallet refilled with the same amount.
I have already register my complaint through paytm call center & they had told it will be cleared in 48 hrs. It now more than a week but not got any revert.
If this is not reverted and sorted out I will book a complain in police cyber dept and also to the media.

Expecting my wallet refilled in 24 hrs.

My name is Prasad-on 28/01/2017 around 5.30 I got a Call form one 9205784569- citi bank for renewal of citi bank existing card which I had and conversion of rewards points into the new card for the value-rs:5999/-
-which was just a transfer of balance from old card to new card with the benefit of cash back voucher /or used in fuel in any petrol bunk and this wd not billed in future citi bank statement. Evertything they did on ivr and i didnt suspect them – when the otp was generated and given – they flashed me the msg. Stating the card has been used to the extent of rs:5999/- i was given assurance that you can contact helpline nos -8010216477
I got suspicious after that and when i called up citi bank they said it was a fradulent transaction. I request you to look into the matter and help me get my money refunded. Such persons should be punished immediately ny taking action against them through police department.
