This is in regards to a staff who was quiet rude while asking for a gold class ticket who repeatedly said it is 380 rupees after confirming twice we are aware
Quiet embarassing in front of guests and friends

name of staff:shanu(female)
she kept showing the executive class while we asked for gold class and turn the screen away when we wanted to choose our seats and decided to give us the seats she wanted.
this is not acceptable atall

MY sim NOT RECIVIENG ANY MESSAGE FROM BANK OR From friend
Even I have mobile balance.,
lost massage received on month June -2016

I have checked the mobile message center number also it also fine,
I tried customer care number on 29/01/2016 but auto reply by recorded system, but it not transfer the call to customer care people only computer recording answer.
I have checked other company sim it working fine.

Dear sir/ma’am,
I am staying at Pantnagar Ghatkopar Mumbai.
Whenever I want to make a call from my house i am not able to do so because of network issue. Also because of network issue their is a problem in receiving calls as well. I have tried customer care no 12118 but it is also not working.
Also their is huge call drop issue at my locality due to which un necessarily my money is getting deducted.
Kindly resolve this issue ASAP

Last week on my number tube world pack and vodafone TV has been activated, I have not requested any such pack on my number through internet and message. 140+150=290 rupee charges was applicable to me. This is not a first time twice I have been faced this unnecessary money loss. Kindly work on this, it will not good for you and to your clients. Very bad guys

Paid Rs.100.00 to NEELU MOTORS Petrol Pump on Jan 30, 2017 for transaction id 6162013558.
But didn’t receive 100% cashback according to offer on Petrol Purchase on QR code.
Me and my father did paid for same reason at same petrol pump… but he got cashback…but I didn’t.
It is being more than 48 hours but still I am waiting…
I need my cashback as early as possible…
