I ordered a galaxy graphics card and desktop dd2 ram on 31-jan-2017 (285913801 & 285914507). but they fixed time slot on feb 6 (4-8 p.m & 8-10 pm) for both products. but the courier boy came on afternoon talking rude to customer. I will deliver now if not it will delivery in some other day courier boy told me. so he deleiver the product to my dad and my dad told me to wiat for 15 min to check the product but deliver boy refused and he ask him to sign forcely and talking badly to my dad. once he got signed he went away. once I came and check the product the product was faulty. not working products. quickr is cheating the customers I never seen like this type of cheating.

kindly return my money as soon as possible.

I posted a free ad on quickr with AD ID: 285806528 for service company. After few minutes i got a call from quickr to make my ad premium at just 1000 as that was an offer. The girl named isha gave me a call. i made the payment she said she would get my ad ready within 1 day. later she did not receive call for 2 days. After that she said my ad is now premium and live. she said i will be getting at least 1 leads per day,
its already been 15 days and i did not get a single lead. now she is not receiving my call and when i call from different number she will disconnect the call as soon as i say my company name.
Quickr is this the way u treat your customers??

We have been an Axis Bank customer for ages. but for the last 6 months our issues with their EDC machine seems to be falling on dead ears!
Unlike the ads that they show, their customer service is terrible.
After many complaints and requests to update the software of the machine, we were instead provided with am ancient machine which does not accept AMEX, MAESTRO and VISA INTERNATIONAL.

And in spite of repeated calls and mails, they do not seem to care for us.
Is this how they plan to help Business Units to grow??

Sir from last six month my kitchen work is going really disappointed with the way of working n serviservice.no concern towards customers. Still work not completed. Damaged product was given to us at tym it was installed we complained several tym still not exchanged.nw they r saying person from godrej will cm n will exchange.worst finishing.every month they say it has been ordered.. warranty will be over in next six month.what type of service is this.we trusted it company by must say it employees r ruining ur name by giving this service.hw can I trust.nw they r saying person from godrej will cm n will see to it.pls send one from ur side I will show them them type of work n things they r doing on ur name.being a customer I m very much hurt by this after spending lakh on this.i want to talk to Mumbai head office.nw no more in u.p.pls mail me number if I all care fr ur. coustomers.

My axis bank account is debited Rs 10.34 on 3rd Feb 2017, Info: TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 300117/.

I had asked for the rationale behind such a deduction done without my consent.

I have sent mail to debitcards@axisbank.com giving all details and got an acknowledgement with a number, 14464659 (looks like service Id).

I have not heard from the bank so far.

Mr. Rajan pandey agent and branch staff to the pay the maturity amount is not cooperating.

I would like to bring it to your notice that I am not satisfied with the service done by Planet Honda Basaveshwaranagar.

On 21st January 2017 (Saturday) I went early in the morning 7.00 am to give the bike for service. The person who takes the details came only at 08.45 and all other customers were also very furious about the late coming of the mechanics and started shouting at the Honda Company in general because of this late service. Since I was there by 7.00 AM and I was first person. So he came and took down details regarding my bike. He then said we will do the bike on Monday only. Then I asked why Monday because I need to go to office by bike on Monday. He said Mechanics are not available and we will do this on Monday itself. I said okay ill take back the bike and give it on Monday and the person got so angry don’t know why he said I cant let the bike go. I asked why, he said I have filled the job card and its chargeable of Rs 60.00. Even though I Have seen mechanics just tearing away the job cards, that time Rs 60 didn’t come in picture and forced me to pay the money and therefore agreed to the terms of Honda and paid.

I again came back the following Saturday Jan 28th 2017 to give the bike for service. This time no hassle and it was well dealt and they gave back the bike the same day in the evening (Saturday).

I left with Family outside for the weekend and came back on Monday morning to see my House parking lot full of oil. I went and told the mechanic that there was a oil leakage. He then took my bike inside and got it fixed. God Knows what happened again, he just said there was a small infusion and got it fixed. I had a doubt immediately but didn’t argue much cos I was running out of time to go to office. I found the bike was in a pathetic condition after i gave it for service. It was much better before I gave it for service. The bike started to make noises and I could feel the bike in my hand literally.

I came back to the service center and spoke to Shivraj and he said I will fix this and give it back to you. Today morning I got a call from Raju and they asked me to pay the bill and all the parts of the engine. I said it was your fault. If the bike was done properly in the first case I would not have come back to the service center again and he started abusing me in Kannada and the conversation was very rude by Raju. He started saying you want the bike, give the money or else the bike will be with them. And he started swearing at me and told me to go do whatever I want.

I spoke to Pradeep 9980927738/9 and he said he will check and get back to me. Don’t know when this issue will be resolved.

I’m not going to compromise on this as the mechanics were very very rude and no proper training given on customer experience. Request you to please give mandatory training and monitory benefits.

The mechanics in Planet Honda Basaveshwaranagar are very very rude. Scolding in Tamil and Kannada foul words at me as a customer. they are not professional.

I got an unexpected bill of amount 1070 for the month of December 2016.During this month I hardly used the dongle. How come I got this much bill after that was not clear to me. I complained at the customer care more than once, however they kept me waiting only to say that its nothing that they could do. They were very rude also. Hence I have decided not to use mts connection any more. I believe there are better service providers in the market. Only suggestion if you want to increase your business kindly consider your customers first.

I purchased j5 prime mobile from ssk retailer Rajkot 15 days back.i founentd that while opening internet and google virus warning was given and I am not able to go further.complained to retailers they tried but not able to remove it.they told to go service centre.but service centre formatted but next day isit to service centresame problem.i wrote mail to customer care and they telephoned me asking about ref no from service centre but they did not give any ref no.still the fellow doubted about my visit to service centre.still matter is not resolved.bakvas people.poor customer service.
