Complaint Details:
My ATM card is under UBI and A/C No 0776010115155. I try to withdrawal amount of Rs 2000.00 on 08.02.2017 at around 14:07:45 from SBI atm. The amount debited from the a/c but the amount does not came out. In passbook it show the particulars CWDR/000000110506/0802171410/MINDAPORE. Machine Id is IHNN000/32015 or may be IHNN000132015.
How Can I cash back the amount.

Staying in Chandraneel Apartment, Near DSK Ranwara, Bavdhan Pune 411021.
MNGL represntative approached for new MNGL connection to our society. MNGL representative visited and collected deposit cheques from us.
Chquest got credited to MNGL account .
Myself given full deposit amount for my both the flats, its been more than a year now. No update on MNGL connection.
Would like to request for refund of my amount along with interest from MNGL.

Dear All,

I have been continuously been harrassed by vodafone PostPaid team. They have charged me more than my usage every month. I did complain, but that did not change.
Lastly they had changed my corporate plan to a very expensive plan and started charging me like anything. I had requested them multiple times to undo the change and levy the extra charge. They did not do that, rather threatened me by sending people to my address as well as court letters.

These days they have also started calling in my alternate number saying that I need to pay few lakhs as my vodafone bill has touched that limit.

I am thoroughly surprised by the way this company operates. I have all the email proofs which supports what I am talking about.

Please let me know of any stern steps I can take to get rid of this frustrating policy of vodafone. Should I also lodge a complaint to the police with the numbers from where I am getting calls ?

I purchased a refrigerator LG Ff 4201 GI-i472qnsl Noble Steel (Serial No JQAZ609PRCMO81859IN), 420 ltr 30/11/2016 which was installed on 01/12/2016 by LG. Now, it has stopped cooling as well as freezer is non functional. The defect was reported to LG Complaints on 07/02/17 (complaint no 170207093424). LG representative came on 08/02/2017 & could not rectify/went back with promise to send someone else. Request replace the fridge which went off road in 2 months time.

Recently i have change the my house and i went to the concerened ageny for change my address . The ageny address is SUPER CARE GAS AGENCY ( Bharat Petrolium Company ) G-1, palam Extn., sec-7 Dwark, New Delhi-110045.

I went the agency several times but they are not attend me properly and not taken my request regarding this, and they are misbeahved with me and threten.

So sir i am a very poor man & request you to please consider my request & change my address as soon as possible & deliver the cylender my present addrees . My present address is as under :

Scam or fraud: Indian Railways — Allocating already booked seat

Complaint Details:
I was travelling from Porbandar to Dadar on 6-02-2017.
I booked 3 sleeper (s1 21, 22, 23) tickets in general quota & 2 tatkal tickets (one upto ADI (s2-12) & other upto DDR(s3-29) ).

As both tickets were in different coaches, we kept seated in S1 coach, TT came as train starts running,
I shown him all the tickets and ID’s for verification,
I informed about 2(tatkal) tickets and ask to transfer seat near by, if available.
But He said there is no vacant seat available and you can exchange seats if others are ready.

I could not able to exchange the seat, when I went for sleeping in other coach, I find other person already seated
saying TT had allocated me this seat, he showed the fine receipt.
I had to adjust in S1 coach only.
The TT left the train at Jamnagar, when I concern other TT he said I can’t do anything on this.

The behaviour of TT was also not well, He was rudely behaving with other passengers as well.

The name of TT who has given already booked ticket to other : Wrishabh Parmar

Kindly take the necessary action against same.

I ordered a leather jacket from myntra on 22 Jan 2107 which was delivered on 25 Jan 2107. I did not liked the stuff of leather jacket so I returned it . I haven’t got my money (rs 2079 ) back after returning product on 27 jan 2017.
I have been complaining everywhere but not getting response . I have attached the documents.
Kindly look into the matter.

Product details are entirely different on the website and what is sent is a cheap quality different print altogether- not shown anywhere on the website. emails and calls have not been returned. multiple similar complaints have been evident all over social media. i am helpless here, the policies are misleading and overbearing, and the website makes legit promises but alters them entirely when it’s time for them to act on it. i understand we must be wary- but this huge a fraud and turning a deaf ear to my emails and complaints- also to numerous other people is disgusting. i dont know how this is still in business. i emailed them regarding my displeasure withing hours of receiving the low quality product but havent heard from them.

This a query about order id – 18195336148 and Reference No – 39894312

I’m sorry for my bitter words, but you guys deserve it. I placed an order twice for Micromax spartk 2 mobile and paid also in advance, still twice I got empty parcel. First time you guys said it was mistake and money was refunded. Second time without specifying anything you sent me an email stating “While processing your return request, we reviewed your account and found some transaction that do not pass our internal check”. What does this mean…? Don’t I have right to know why it was canelled? Where’s transparency? why was I abandoned? Why my account was suspened and suggested me not to do any transaction on snapdeal?

That’s you who made me fool twice but you are behaving with me like I did misdeed.

I want the answers for above question and I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
