I took the trail package of 6N / 7D from eurosia. Now when I am requesting to book the package, they are giving excuse that their system is down for upgradation for 2 months and hence they are not taking any booking for 2 months. Seriously, who would put their system down for 2 month to upgrade? When I called them multiple times, I am not getting any proper answer. I asked to cancel the membership which now they are denying. Their supervior Hemanth is not even replying my emails (I sent atleast 5 email to him) and the office staff is not giving his contact number.

Several times we have talked to above but result is nil.

on 13 Nov 2016 i m used my ATM card at Jodhpur express for RS. 1301/-. according to merchant his bank not received the amount but same amount debit to my account so i pay with another way to merchant. i was complaint in hdfc phone bankers and also Hdfc bank. after 15 days the same amount credit to my account. again the same amount deduct in my account on 21-12-16 .i m complaint again on next day that means 22-12-16 and my complaint No. 1203326. after many time visit in hdfc bank but till time i don’t have received amount.

Really worst service, they took money for three month at a time 2700 and gave worst connection, the connection is really slow.so i stopped the plan after three months as i paid at a time i have to bear this for 3 months.after that i called cus care to stop the plan they tried to convince me a lot still i asked them to stop the plan.and after I stopped the plan also they are keep on sending sms to pay bills. pissed off. please don’t take this worst tikona service and please let me know how can I stop getting sms.

I am really disappointed with jetairways. My friend booked ticket for me from makemytrip but god knows what happened at the time of booking the traveller name was my friend’s name instead of mine. I called makemytrip to change the name but they told me to contact jetairways (since the carrier was jetairways). I called but they refused to do so and said it doesnot come under their policy. What the hell can’t you change the name??? Whats the big deal… Atleast you can give some kind of relaxation if not full money. E ticket no.: 589-1127015587

as per flip kart refund amount paid on 27 Jan 2016 but amount not showing in my account yet after that again contact flip kart executive that flip kart told me that contact branch . when did I visit branch then branch told me contact flip kart. what to do please support me. still am waiting from 27 jan 2016 to yet. if flip kart is right then share return receipt against bank other wise I will share passbook statement to flip kart.

Complaint Details:
Last Sunday, due to voltage fluctuations my tata sky set box got damaged and I immediately called their customer service department to send the technician. There was no response for the next 2 days, then I called them again and finally they could manage to send 1 of there most untrained expert to check the setup box. Acc to him, the internal wires are burnt and he need to replace the set up box immediately. Going by his words, we asked him to replace it asap. Till then, we have been following up with there customer support department but no 1 is responding and that person is not picking up the call since past 7 days.

Guys, these companies are really fraud and they send the untrained professionals to your place to mislead the customers.

I am stuck now just because of the yearly package subscriprion service I availed from them.

Never go by their words and never subscribe to @Tata sky offers or any other services.

And, Beware!!! Next time u bring tata sky set up box at ur place.

They really harass their customers.

On line renewal of mediclaim policy were done before due date vide lattest policy nos;- 1. 224600/48/2017/3736 of Narendra kumar Sinha n spouce, 2. 224600/48/2017/3889 of kunal priyadarshi n spouce. On enquiry, photos were submitted to sri Khan for item no 1. n for item no2. were given to sri H singh who handed over to sri Manjeet of Raksha tpa, of OICL/Bareilly.
Raksha tpa says neither policy is found updated nor photos have been received.
