Scam or fraud: Reliance Fresh — Unsatisfactory customer service at the payment counter

Complaint Details:
I have been a customer ever since the opening of your branch at Thodupuzha 685584 and I hold a membership card no.6048 6310 8384 1257.Today, ie 11.2.17 I had a bitter experience. I picked up a packet of mustard and went to the counter no.3 from the front. The customer in front of me had some issue because of which it was getting delayed. In the meantime the second counter became free and there was no one to be served. Since I was in a hurry I presented the item that I picked to the second counter. But the young girl at that counter not only did not like to serve, but wanted me to come in front of her..which I feel was a very condescending attitude.I could appreciate the stand if I had very large number of items causing inconvenience .The beauty of the situation was that there was another lady, possibly a supervising one who did not wish to intercede. Finally I felt I deserved a better treatment, came away without buying the merchandise. I have bought a HP blue too the speaker hps6500 model which stopped working abruptly when it was in the warranty period. I contacted the retailer from where I purchased it and they directed me to one service center in Secunderabad. They service center people told that they don’t do it for speakers and the retailer will be able to tell where to contact. The retailer is also unaware of service center for this speaker product. And now the warranty period is lapsed. I don’t understand why is it not there please contact me for further info please help me in getting this resolved my number is 7095327820

Scam or fraud: Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Booking Refused by Hotel

I had booked and prepaid for Fab Hotel Check In By Oran from the 7th to 10th Feb 2017 via Goibibo. Booking ID: HTLXDM89A3

I drove from Jaipur to Delhi and reached the hotel at around 9pm on the 7th, where I was told that there is no room available. After calling multiple times to Goibibo and arguing with the lady at the reception of the hotel, I was given a room at the adjoining hotel at 12.30 am ! The same ordeal continued for the next 2 nights and each day I had to book complaints and argue to get the room. Goibibo conveniently closed the complaints without solving the issue. FabHotel did not bother to respond. The hotel tried its best to accommodate however they had no rooms !!! FabHotel and Goibibo are complete frauds. I am going ahead and taking this case to the consumer courts..hoping that such fraud companies do not cheat their customers anymore and keep taking funding from their unaware investors. Suggest the investors to use their services themselves before transferring more money in the accounts of such fraudsters.

Vefro is the worst e commerce website. Ive been an exclusive online shopper for at least 6 years now but haven’t had an experience of the kind I’ve had with them. I ordered a pair of shoes, when they arrived they were chewed up, as if by an animal, I immediately sent them a picture and wrote to them; it’s been at least 3 weeks and they haven’t responded…despite my trying to reach them in all possible ways.
Shame on your customer service.

I am having airtel broadband connection 4mbps for which my data limit was increased few months back.
Last week my data limit was again reduced to 35 gb without intimation. I checked few more plans to shift over and found many new plans of higher speed available at lower cost. I tried to contact Airtel customer care to shift to lower price plan of higher speed but I’m yet to hear back from your end.
It is very disappointing to see such a response as I’m already paying a higher price for an obsolete plan.
Kindly follow up and revert so as to help me decide to continue with Airtel.

I have purchased mobile handset of intex company( intex cloudswift) from lotus electronics supermart (a unit of cpr distributers pvt ltd)choti khajrani indore on 26/6/2016.
The phone got hanged up in nov 2016 & was submitted for repair to the service centre of the intex technologies c/o ayushi electronics m-115 yashwant plaza opp rly station indore on 17/11/16.Job sheet no 611175136010t001
till date the mobile has not been repaired & the service centre people are behaving irresponsibly giving fake assurences & citing new problems on every visit.
The concerned senior authority ajit sharma is not available to discuss the matter on the phone no given.(9893654411)
if the hand set is defective it should be replaced as it is under guarentee period.If repair is possible it should be done at the earliest as already almost 3 monts have passed from the time the mobile has been given for repair at the service centre.

We inform you that to day we went to school to pay third term fee of our child. At the time we asked cashier for not allowing our child to attend exam for non payment of fees. No body can informed us about this and we have not received any circular and information or any dead line for paying fees and also not attending the exam .
While we are talking in the mean while suddenly the So called RI of Sn puram Branch Mr Narendra involved and spoken with us very rudely and un polite manner. He doesn’t know how to behave and talk with parents.
We are very much sorry to say that this type of persons will spoil your organisation image and name also.

Hence we request you to take care of this and to take corrective steps

I raised a service request (4230331335) for installation of split AC on Monday, 6th February. I was assured that the installation will be done at 7pm on 6th February. I waited for 48 hours and then called up the customer care on 8th. I was again assured that service would be provided on the same. However, nobody called me. So, I again called up the customer care on 9th. This time again I was told that the service would be provided the same day. When I asked how the customer care agent makes sure that the service will be provided this time when nobody contacted me for the past 3 days. The customer care guy told me that he is writing a strong message to service center and they will provide the service the same day. It’s been more than 48 hours after that call and six days after the original request, nobody has called me. Such a callous attitude from customer care agents and agents is not acceptable.
