Dear Sir/Mam,
I have been using Airtel Digital TV connection from last 1.5 yrs. I have been using the same pack from beginning. All of a sudden on 10th of Feb 2017, my plan was changed. I stopped getting any HD channels.
When I spoke to customer care they said as I have made payment of Rs. 405 my plan was automatically changed. Let me tell you I have been recharging with this money from last few months and it never happened before. I said them ok now please revert back my channels as I do not want their new plan to which they said my earlier plan which I was using a day before has been removed and is no longer in existence.
This is really very disappointing from service provide like Airtel, to trouble their customer. First my channels were changed without any intimation and then you guys are not reverting your mistake.
Please revert back the channels or terminate my connection. Customer should not suffer for the mistakes made by you.
