Hi,

I am a Vodafone Pospaid costumer and I got a call from Tele caller Zoya Khan(+91-7208162679) offering me a plan of RS:299/- porting to reliance and told me card will start within 3 days and she was also flirting with me to port (I have all the whatsapp conversation). After 6 days I gave a call to Zoya regarding my card activation but she didn’t pick (i tried 7times in next 2days but was ignored, and then i called her Senior/TL Mehek Mishra (8767855813) and she is worst then her. Mehek picked my call and told me Zoya is sick and is on holidays, ” So It’s not my problem if zoya didn’t submit the documents to back office”, Mehek said. Then Mehek cut my call. Later I called her 3 times but she didn’t pick. I called her from my friends number and she picked, when i told her i tried calling her, she started arguing on nonsense topic trying to claim even she called me and i dint pick her call, (which she never did). I told her I will complain about her and she said, “Jo Karna hai Karo mein nahi darti”.After 2 Weeks, When I called Relaince Customer support they said your documents are not registered at all.Before porting if this is the situation wat will happen after porting. Kind request to Relaince instead of recruiting fools, Please find some good employees as there are many unemployed people in India looking desperately for a job

I made an order on February 14, 2017 worth 2056 rupees. I was promised that the order would be delivered to the address by the evening of 14 February. I have been trying to contact their customer care number 8017026439 ever since but nobody is answering the phone. Looks like a fraud website to me. Any idea where to get help on this so as to protect people in the future?

I have coolpad Note 3 Lite. Its had a issue with finger sensor and touch screen. Mobile is in warranty . I have submitted my mobile to service center in kolkata baguhati on 14th jan 2017. Today 15th feb 2017 Still ask me to wait another 10 days.I have called them in every 7 days, they ask me to wait for next 7 days.

Job Sheet No JS17011400144. Very Pathetic service, To replace one part took more then a month which is in warranty, its very horrible service.

Auto debit linking with icici bank account was made on with service request number 99122093 with icicprulife on date 24 jan 2017 for my policy number 20499501.
Subsequently i reconfirmed about autodebit on facility.

On 15 feb i found that premium is not auto debited. I called icicibank bank as well as iciciprulife about the same as usual all were defending with so many reasons and using sorry word multiple times. No efforts were made to resolve the issue.

I made payment on line on 15 jan transaction id 6862495.
Though call to iciciprulife is chargeable to be i insisted get connected with supervisor after long wait i could get connected with supervisor. Customer care executive as well as supervisor both confirmed to me and it is shocking to hear that in today’s digital india as per rbi guidelines it takes 35 days to implement customer autodebit on request.
Supervisor has given me complaint number 99957495 assuring next month auto debit will be on.

It was shocking that local made watches namely Major and Time were delivered and inspite of my three feedbacj vide tickets nos. 819245, 863694, and 912712 no response /regret received to me which shows very bad unfair trade practice and amount to breach of trust. then i took delivery of my new car & came home very next day i went to my shop there in day time i saw that car all parts are repainted and color is totally fred all over the plastic parts so i called up deler & asked him for these the reply from deler was the car got accident which we deliverd you & know you have to keep these car & we will not do anything

I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at new delhi airport. My mobile no. Was 9531020934 . I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

People say dogs don’t harm us until we ourselves disturb them but at night times, they are really behaving like very rude and attacking people. Please take some action on this issue.

I bought etios registration no UP 16 AV 9539 from espirit toyota sector 11 noida sometime in sep 2014. Till date i have driven around one lac kilometer. Everytime i go for servicing i have complaint that i get lot of noise in my car. i have to adjust my stereo volume as per speed of the car. If speed increases i have to increase volume and if speed decreases i have to reduce volume. When i tell them that i do not get so much noise in any other car they reply that we can not compare other cars with toyota. i can not buy more than one toyota to compare. Anyone will compare with other cars only. this time i insisted that they should forward the complaint to backend to get a solution. i do not know if they did that. Please help me resolve this noise issue inside car.
