This company is a scam company. It will scam you by promising huge payouts and then asking for advance payment. Once you give the advance payment. They will forward you some some which is impossible to do.

This company is a big time scammer. please do not fall in there trap. Otherwise you will end up loosing your money.

The tag of ‘ZOOM CAR’ is so true, it do “ZOOM” upon the customers with all their reveries that customer is the only predator for all their “GOOD CAR CONDITIONS” (P.S. the sarcasm). Something similar happened with us on 19.02.2016, Sunday. We, a group of five, booked a car (Honda Amaze) on Saturday night when the odometer already read 93295 kms at 11.05 pm. Ganpati Bappa Morya! Yeah, we started our drive at 11.20 pm. It went smooth, though only for around 5 kms. You need a grip of every new thing we do! (I am sounding correct here) Even we had some adjustment issues initially but once when we halted at a chai-point, we had an instance which made us ponder over the “ZOOM CAR” we opted for. REVERSE GEAR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, A MINUMUM TIME FOR A REVERSE GEAR TO FUNCTION IN THE CAR WAS NOTED AS 5 MINS. However, alike every other individual in Bangalore, the zest of Saturday Sunday was pumping in our blood and no one wanted to bring the journey to an abrupt end. We took over the ride from there. To our bad luck, within a matter of 30 mins, when you are already out of city, we started inhaling some burning smell. However, we were in a perception that due to rough terrain there can be some issues with tyres. We did not find it good-enough-place to halt and check. We continued. But when the smell got evident enough to make our senses alert, we halted in front of a renowned center present in Kanakpura, 30 kms away from city. Immediately, doing no delay, we called up the road side assistance of ZOOM car. “PLEASE BE ON LINE TILL THE TIME WE CONNECT TO OUR EXECUTIVE” Sounds so familiar. So it was on that day. The executive did took the call. We conveyed all our issues to the concerned person, and he demanded 5 mins to come back to us with a solution. Sorry, for not mentioning that the time we halted near the center was 1 p.m. Coming back, that 5 mins got replaced with 15. Never mind, we all know, even being late sometimes yields the desired result. Post 15 mins, the executive connected us with the Honda Customer Centre, without any further sync in between them. The executive of Honda Customer Centre stated that he will be toing the car and will provide us with a cab which will drive us back to our homes within a reach of 50kms without any charge, post which we would be charged. We again called up ZOOM CAR, and now they came up with ‘Please wait for 15 mins’ our mechanic-assistance team will contact you soon. At this juncture, we even asked them if they could provide us with any alternate vehicle. Because no matter what, a cab was to come, instead, a car could be provided. But, neither did we come to know which mechanic-assistance team nor the time within which they will reach us. We again tried connecting with Honda Customer Centre, after trying multiple times, our call was being heard. ‘Please take the way, it was just being listened!’ They again demanded 15 mins, to connect with some of their team person to get back to us. Please note, by 2.30 am, there was absolute NO RESPONSE either by call or by action. We again called them back, and they said they will reach by 4 am, maximum by 4.10. We all did wonder that a drive of 25-30 kms takes 3 hours to reach at the point we were present. We did wait with all our patience and clock struck 4. Even 4.20. But no sign. Now even our calls were not being heard. Out of nowhere, finding no solution to it, we started our journey knowing the fact that we are not in reachable zone of ZOOM CAR and our money was also not to be refunded. The car, red in color, resembled the red signal! We drove till our destination with all safety measures. I remember even few bi-cycles waived crossing us. Nevertheless, may be the fault for which we are demanded with a penalty is we are enthusiast soul. FOR ZOOM CAR, YOU SHOULD HAVE BEING AT THAT SPOT ONLY UNTIL HONDA CAR ASSISTANCE WOULD HAVE REACHED YOU!!! Mind, no matter how much time they were about to take!! Their time and service is so precious. We were asked that we will be charged for driving the car in poor state for all the distance the car has travelled since its inception.
Now, we leave this open to you all to say penalty for taking all measures, driving safely, most important, waiting for more than three hours in an abandoned road with no proper assistance, no coordination, and calls for a fine!! [With a threat, if you don’t pay, legal actions are waiting at your doorstep].

I(SUDHA PANDEY) had my PPF a/c.no.5241243843 in VIBHUTI KHAND POST OFFICE (Phone no, 2306934) GOMTI NAGAR, LUCKNOW . I had submitted the passbook with request of full & final withdrawal on 15/07/2016 after copmletion of fifteen years, but till date it has not been paid.they say that it has gone to head office to Sh. M K Rai(phone:2782780)or Chennai.

Scam or fraud: Lion Dates — How can they sell expired products(Lion Dates) in the market cheating customers by giving offers

Hi this is chitikel.praveen i have purchased Lion Dates there was an offer as buy one get one free on the purchase of Lion Dates of 500 gms pack.
But later i have realised they have cheated me as the product has been expired how can they sell the expired products with the offers ?
It’s all they are cheating the customers by giving the offers and it’s health hazard to sell the expired dates.

Finally overall bad experience with the Lion Dates.
On the package they had given the toll free number (1800 425 2649) for the complaints but there is no response if you call to the given number.
If there is no number to complaint then why do you just give some number that is no response from your end.
Kindly take some action, request higher officials to contact.
This is really a bad experience and worst image on Lion Dates.
Kindly take action on this.

I placed a Order on February 17 for Philips QT4000 /15 Pro Skin Advanced Trimmer For Men (Black) and my order no is #400002545

You send me the email message that once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. I want to know when my order is shipped and deliver to me its almost 5 days that i have no information about tracking order.
I also phoned on lobocart customer care but phone is switch off.
Pls look the matter and help me

I am a happy customer of Snapdeal having done multiple purchases at a given time.

It is to mention that with the registered mobile number 9036049201, in November 2016 i purchased “6” Gillette Fusion Flexball ProGlide Razor with 4 Flexball Blades combo items from 2 main order items. The following are the details.

Order ID: 16860805729 (6 Items) Placed On 23 Nov, 2016

Out of which i returned following 3 suborder items.
Suborder Id: 21014818315 (Refunded rs. 999)
Suborder Id: 21014888298 (Refund pending rs. 999)
Suborder Id: 21014838302 (Refund pending rs. 999)

Order ID: 16798086074 (3 Items) Placed On 19 Nov, 2016

Out of which i returned 1 suborder item.
Suborder Id: 20939828214 (Refund pending rs. 855)

All together, I have returned 4 Gillette Fusion Flexball ProGlide Razor with 4 Flexball Blades combo items on 3rd December 2016 and have got a receipt from the pickup person.

To my fate, i have got the refund of only 1 item 21014818315 of Rs. 999 whereas still there are 3 items amount to be refunded which costs Rs. 2853. After contacting multiple times to the customer care i got the standard answers like “They are looking at this issue, sorry for inconvenience, My Money is safe, They will get back to us”

Couple of times, i spoke to the escalation team aswell and updated my concern. They concluded that as there were 4 items involved in the return, i should have given to 4 different pickup persons whereas i have given all 4 combo packs to a single person and that is the reason it is considered as a single item and refunded as a single entity. However they told that they will check the do the needful.

What a customer has to to do, i think i have done that. I have given to courier pickup person and have taken the slip. I couldn’t have delivered it to Snapdeal office or physically should reach a warehouse.

I have got the receipt that 4 items are picked up from my place and he has taken the snapshots of the items and uploaded aswell.

Per your executive i have uploaded the contact details of the pickup person and the scanned copy of the pickup slip so that it will be easy for tracking.

First of all connecting to the Customer care itself is a tedious job and every time updating the whole story to a new person may not solve the issue.

Multiple times i requested to atleast communicate what happened after enquiries.
Till now it is still pending and i request you to please take this concern very seriously and get my hard earned money back ASAP.

I have submitted my cell (Intex cloud swift) at universal enterprises Pune, which is under warranty on 22/12/2016. which has not been resolved till date. I had also called customer care regarding the same, it was informed me that your senior executives will look in to the matter and will give a call to me, which is also not done from your side. I feel i have given enough time to your team to get resolve my cell. I would finally wait for 2 more days to get my cell serviced or replaced or else will have to take some serious steps.

I bought a lenovo K3 note in November and right after a month it started to malfunction. it is heating a lot moreover the bottom touch buttons are not working. on complaining to the lenovo care, i am getting cold response. its hardly three month since i bought the phone and so much problems started to come up. The quality of Flipkart electronic is not upto the mark. very unsatisfied.

Since the Government is asking to go cashless, I tried to pay online for LPG refill booking. I paid through internet banking. The amount has been debited from account but received an email stating that your transaction failed. Now I have to spend money to contact the customer care. This is the reason why people choose to pay cash instead of this painful cashless system (especially government sector services).
