Dear sir/madam,
My self sangita mohanty having used credit card no xxxx xxxx xxxx 6041 with customer id 835990999 in your axis bank, I am a house wife and I used this credit card for my personal use now a days I have facing lots of financial problem in my family life.
Now I write about my credit card details statement which is most painful my embracing life.
In February 2016 my pending balance is 41817.62 and in time I stop purchasing because of my financial crises. And I thought, I will be repayment of credit balance in several installment and I paid part wise from april 2016 to march 2017 and lastly I have paid already 72000/- as on dt 06.03.2017.
In time of October 2016 a fruide transaction of amount 17500/- will held on my credit card . and that time I will inform to customer care and they told me that you filled up a customer dispute form and submit an axis bank branch with a FIR copy from near police station. I have do all things which was told by your branch. And also mail the customer care with attaching the all documents .
But Now the customer care always telephone me that your credit card balance is above 42000/-
Please pay as soon as possible. And threatened me to we are sending collection team to you and so on.
Sir/madam please told me that my out standing balance is 41817.62 and now I paid excess about 30000/- in a year(april2016-March2017) then how much money I will be paid to this credit card.
I have attaching the all documents which was already mailed by me.
Please find a right solution and take necessary action.
