Scam or fraud: Reserve Bank of India [RBI] — Encashment of demonetised currency for NRI

Complaint Details:
I am T Swathi. I was married on Apr 2016 and left India to join my husband in CANADA on June 9th. In my marriage I recd. a lot of gifts from friends and relatives including in cash in the demonetised currencies. This money I had kept along with my belongings in my In-laws house before leaving to Canada under lock and key, which I had retained with me. I returned on 13th Jan 2017 for a short stay. Since I was not aware of the amount I had not declared the same on my arrival in India at the customs. The total amount of the demonetised currencies with me now is Rs.1000*41 and Rs.500*54 totalling to Rs.68000/-. I went to exchange the same at the RBI in Chennai with all the necessary documents, my Passport, Emigration and Immigration details, Bank statement, PAN card. I was refused exchange on the grounds that I had not declared it in customs. Since I was not aware of the currencies available with me I could not declare it at the customs. Please let me know how to exchange these notes. I am again leaving to CANADA on the 9th of March. I have three accounts.
Please let me know how to encash this amount. I have authorised my father for further actions in India.

Service requested for servicing of in warranty air conditioner.

Inspite of repeated calls, service still not provided and false message delivered as “service has been successfully completed.”

The customer care representative is unable to answer the reason behind the same.

I have Made a transaction yesterday sum of Rs.99, 500 normally the amount will be credited next day to my account by 1pm but still amount not credited yet, further I have already sent the Invoice copy through Whatsup to Mswipe Technologies but still no response kindly release the amount at the earliest.I keep on calling the customer service but no response so either release the the amount or cancel the transaction.

On 6th of march I tried to place order pizza from dominos on dominos app between 6pm-9pm I made my payment through net banking but the order was not placed even after my money was deducted from the account, immediately I called their cust-care about this problem they said it will be refunded within 24 hrs till now no reply please help me with this

Dear Sir / Ma’am,

Greetings!!!

Please would like to complain you about the Flipkart, that we buy on AC in an offer (Offer was free installation). But when they come to install they asked an amount of 2100/- INR.

Now from last 7 days, we are in contact with Flipkart customer support and they are doing nothing only scheduling the installation and cancelling it. And this shows that they are forcing us to pay the amount they want and the offer was just a fake.

This company which is located at DATA BASE SOLUTION, off no. 19, 1st floor, shanti complex, narpatgiri chowk, behind lokseva bank, near sasun hospital, pune-411011, is just a fraud.

Just don’t believe on them by paying your money and time…
they give you the cheep quality of work which you have to complete at home by doing registration by paying RS. 1600.

Dear cellkon losers i could not find the battery for q54+ anywhere ..and from the comment section i can see that i am not the only one facing problems here.so i want to know why a mobile which is released two years back is facing unavailabilty of spares. you are discouraging us to buy cellkon mobiles.
my battery is bulged and i got to replace it butthere is no battery here.i have to throw the fone now.

This is in connection with your response from care@policybazaar.com in which it was assured that my refund with TXN No- HU 5047621079, in which renewal insurance premium of my bike in New India assurance Company Ltd has been debited twice, will be refunded within 7-10 days. But More than 55 days have been over but the said amound have not been refunded. Neither any communication regarding the amount has been received by me so far. Kindly help to refund the amount at the earliest.

I had returned a parcel having 4 products in it but after the product successful delivered to them they are saying they had received only 2 products not 4. And stop my refund of those 2 products, i had complaint them many times but still nothing they are refusing my claim now after wasted me time with them to me it looks they are just playing games. But not only with me there is another person I know and same thing they had done with him so please if someone kindly help us out regarding this
