Complaint Details:
I have placed the order for buying forex dollars on 7th March as my father wants to go to USA. On website it is assured that foreign exchange amount will be delivered on same day or next day. But company’s delivery person didn’t come to deliver dollars on 8th March & the company have not felt necessary to inform customer the actual progress of this delivery.

I am surprised, how company’s this system works. After placing the order neither company personnel have attended my phone call nor they have replied to my email. Company’s both phone lines are always busy.

My father’s flight was on 8th March night & company’s person called me on 9th March where I should deliver the money. Also he was not knowing the order was placed on 7th March.

I have faced lot of inconvenience because of this & had to rush to my relatives & friends to borrow dollars which was required for expenses. This is very much disappointing.

Dear sir, i have sbi credit card, i received a call from this mob no. (+919015090265) on 09-MARCH-2017. He (Executive) told me that we are calling from mastercard/vissa card verification department and he told all my details including my card number, full name and mailing address linked with that card and asked me to enter otp which has sent to my mobile number for verification, since he mentioned all my details i trusted he is from sbi only but finally its a fraud call, he used an amount of rs 7840 from my card. So please solve my problem and save me from this fraud.

Request you to look into the issue help me get this issue is resolved and let what other action can be taken against these people. There are still receiving the calls and i believe still fooling the people.

My contact Number is 8929499262. please register my complain. My bank account belongs to Union Bank Of India Branch Yamuna anagar Haryana 135001. plz unblock my card . Last day i called multiple times and they told that card will be unblocked within 24 hours but nothing happend. my visa card is still blocked.please get my card unblocked as soon as possible…

But i can’t received money and 4000/- rupess debited my account and msg shown on atm display TEMPORARY ERROR AND TRANSACTION FAILD.
I checked online then i continueslly called your customer care but no one pic my call pls action immediately.
I’ve received one recept only for CENTRAL BANK and Txn No 9484, Respcode 0091, Auth Code 025391
I already given return complaint my Allahabad Bank and also complaint online Allahaband Bank, but no one action till date.

Scam or fraud: State Bank Of India [Sbi] — Amount deducted but not transferred

I had used quick transfer facility to transfer 5000 ra on 28/02/2017 with reference no. UA02263288 . But the amount has not be credited to the transferred account though it was deductes immediately from my account. Also i wrote mail to bank and customer complaint of sbi but i have not received any response till now. The call center always says their server is down and online complaint system never works.

I bought a pair of shoe from Reebok Store, Basic Clothing Pvt Ltd (V3S Mall Laxmi Nagar) dated 5th Feb 2017 however to my surprise the product supplied to me was either generic or belongs to defective lot.

I decided to return the product to store after finding out sign of tears within 10 days on normal usage. The storekeeper told me that its normal with this design of shoe which is surprising that a company like Reebok with international presence supply spurious quality of products intentionally?

I returned the product to same store on 17th Feb 2017 and store owner assure me of replacement and promised to call within 1 week but again to my surprise they never called. After waiting for few day I decided to call them and they asked me to visit their store to claim replacement but after reaching there, they simply denied replacement with the same product mentioning reason as product discontinued by the manufacturer. This is seriously wrong and no way to treat customer and on top of that they are offering other product for some other size. How in the world is this acceptable to anyone?

I have requested my password change enquiry so many times it said my request will be in consideration in 3 working days and till now not a single call has been came for the otp or thr confirmation… I want to reset my password..i have attempted soo many times …but till now no actions has been taken yo mh attempt..it said it will send a msg or confirmation call on the registered number…no call nothing has came toll now..i want my complaintcompliant to be taken consideration …quickly as i am waiting for it from 2 months back.

Scam or fraud:Avadi Municipality — To extend corporation water lorry service & Street light

I am residing at Bharathi nagar 5th street, Thirumullaivoyal. Our street peoples are using corporation water for their daily usage and we too but the lorry is not coming till end of our street, so its very difficult to carry water till to our house by hand. There are around 20 to 25 houses suffering for ground and corporation water. So on behalf of our street people, I am requesting you to extend corporation water lorry service till end of our street.

Also our street light was damaged during VARTHA storm last year in chennai. We raised a complaint regarding this issue to our Councillor. still no action taken. Please resolve this issue too.

Phishing attempts made from mobile number 9250005961, used by people claiming to be from MaxLife insurance. Abusive and rude and clearly trying to extract information about insurance policies from unsuspecting citizens. The use of the tata DoCoMo connection to commit these crimes should be grounds for investigation and disconnection of said line. These calls are regular despite my phone number having ben registered on National Do Not Disturb database.

Scam or fraud: Rapid Metro Gurgaon — No Transparency in Offers

There is no transparency in sharing Offer details in Rapid Metro Gurgaon. I have not received the cash back of INR 100/- in my paytm account since last year. On writing to care@rapidmetrogurgaon.com, i got a reply that this offer is not meant for all whereas the counter guy sys that it is meant for each and everyone whosoever completes min 30 trips in a month. I cross checked with most of my friends those who are regular commuters and they affirmed about the cash back of INR 100/- per month.

I have written umpteen number of mails to care@rapidmetrogurgaon.com but of no use. Every time they come up with a new excuse of not crediting the cash back to my paytm account.

Please help. A piece of advice to management of Rapid Metro that they should be transparent in disclosing the offer details. No where not even on the site it is talked about.
