Sir,
with due respect it is stated that i had purchased one Mobile Xioami MI5 Gold 32G having IMEI No. 869644022587708with Mi Protect with the charge of Rs. 24, 999/- and 1, 199/- respectively on dated on 02.08.2016 through online procedure against order ID No.5160802520071769. The same were received by me from Bluedart Company vide tracking number- 59536826963. Today, my mobile is fell on the ground during calling to one friend accidentally and back cover of mobile is broken/cracked but mobile is presently in working condition. My mobile with the above IMEI No is covered under the membership ID 1000807692. As per condition of your company, my mobile should be replaced/repaired. I am attaching some documents for your kind attention.

It is, therefore, requested that my mobile may please be repaired/replaced at the earliest. On 16.03.2017, I mailed on authorised mail ID i.e. happytoassist@oneassist.in of Xiaomi company but no response till now.

Today it is asking me renew to download songs. Hence I had to subscribe for one month for Rs 99/-. What happened to my subscription of Rs 999/-. Hi,

I had one complain against the Sharda TVS Service center, Garh Road Meerut.

I had serviced my Bike in the Month of December from the Sharda TVS Service center, I was having a problem of Overflow that petrol is coming out from the air pipe. They changed few things and made a bill of around Rs1400. However, problem still persists and I went back to service center. Now they changed the Fluid pin. But still the problem is not resolved and I had to visit third time and now asking for the carburetor change for Rs3000. This time I refused and comeback home.

The above incident is happened in time span of 2 months.

I serviced my bike in Dec 2016
Than after 20-25 days I again visited as problem still persists
Than after one month I again visited to resolve the same problem

You will notice that there is a gap between the days of visiting, this is because I live in Delhi, and and visit Meerut in 20-25 days. However, my Bike remains in Meerut and usually runs 20-25 kms when I reach Meerut.

You can verify that with my JobCard of Bike service. It will only show approx 60-70Kms run between this problem.

The service person and head is saying that it is because you are not running your bike. However, there is one more person with same problem and same thing is happening with him and he claim he daily run his bike 100 km and he is also visiting the service center third time and more to that his bike is under warranty.

But my question is to company is : If I not run my bike for long time or run only few Kms than it means fuel will leak from my bike. I have not seen such a problem in any other bikes, not running for a longer period (even months).

I believe I’ve been fooled by the service center and now every time i visit they make some excuses and try to make bill out of me. Although I mentioned my problem in first instance.

Hi Team,

I am Ex-Employee of Convergys with employee ID: 100520907, PF Number: HRGGN2520477443. I have contacted Spok Kumar for my PF withdrawal procedure to submit my application and have submitted my application. I received confirmation call from him on 04-Jan-2017 he has processed my PF application and asked me to wait for 45-60 days. Its more than 60 days now. I have not received PF yet, I contacted the PF Spoke and asked me to write an email to “HRAssist.India@convergys.com” team who never responded to me. I had to contact Spok again and later am not getting any response from any team. I have no clue what is going on and they are not letting me know turn around time frame to settle my PF.

On Amazon India website then the Mobile was defective..so I want to return the product Amazon India… Amazon has been returned request created then the items was picked up… Amazon refund initiated on 07/03/2017 and give me a message the amount has been reflect on your bank 12/03/2017 ..below mentioned the details on Amazon India refunded email

Scam or fraud: Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Refund on account of cancellation due to bad weather in Andaman

It is regarding my Andaman’s booking (Booking reference number: YH2989786). It was a land only package for 5n/6 days starting 8th of December 2016 but due to bad weather it was cancelled by Yatra team itself.

From that day to today, Yatra never informed me about anything. Every time I have taken the follow-up regarding the same. Yatra never updated / called me for then refund, every time I took the initiative and called customer care.

I have paid ₹ 45 thousand but out of this I received refund of around 37 thousand after so many follow ups.

it was a natural disaster so i am entitled for full refund but here i would like to mention that yatra people once booking have been made they don”t even bother to call you for any upadate. the customer keeps on calling and they keep on lingering the matter. is this the way customers are dealt??????? i would not recommend anyone to go with yatra. before booking they will call you daily but after booking you are trapped and then no response??????
