I purchased a samsung galaxy S5 in august 2016. it has not been working well. customer service has not been able to fix it. they offerred me a refund while I was requesting a replacement since i did not want to go through the hassle of finding another equipment. they say that they do not have the product anymore. if that is so, it would be appropriate to give me a phone with a similar configuration rather than say refund only. service staff are rough while answering. have recorded their conversation as well.

This is to put in to consideration that I took a post paid plan from Vodafone india
Of monthly rental 499 on 9899637204 in which all calls were free they saying that I called on a special number for 90 minutes and charging be 1200 for one call

I requested them but they are saying that I have to pay they are charging wrongly

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your Kind notice that Myself Mr. Arjun Kudekar, presently living in Shirwal (Maharashtra) . My Samsung LED TV is not functioning properly since few days, which I had informed to the customer care .
TV is under warranty period, even after getting Technicians service, it did not repair. I also informed at the nearest Samsung service centre Satara . They refused to repair it on warranty and asked to charge amount for the same, approximate amount of Rs 11, 000 .
Sir, I need to get it repair free of charge as it is into Warranty period Kindly Look into the matter . Awaiting for your Positive Response.

Scam or fraud: Ansal Hi-tech Townships Ltd — Big Fraud by Ansal API IN Shushant Megha polis Greater Noida

With reference to above subject matter, We booked two flats in ‘ANSAL-API’ project at Sushant Megapolis a township of 2504 sq Acre near Pari chowk adjoining to Bodaki (Greater Noida).

This flat was booked in April 2009, through a broker URPL and was assured for possession during October 2012. As per payment plan we paid around 95% cost of both the flats and rest 5% to be paid at the time of possession.
This project was started in 2008 and must be completed by 2012. I visited site but there was no progress for completion even in near future. It seems that project has been stopped.

Please note we have booked the flat in 2009 with the intension of getting possession by 2012 for living for our own family forever but due to too long delay in giving possession, we are unable to take the possession now as we have already bought another ready to move property for the said purpose.

Now I am asking to Ansal-Api officials to refund back our money with Interest but they are neither responding nor giving any time limit to get our money back since long years.

We further conclude that now we asked them to cancel the booking on the ground not to fulfil their commitments of possession during 2012 but unable to get any reply.
As per our personal meeting with them in their Greaetr Noida office, Inspite of 95% payment as per plan again they told us to pay some additional amount of Rs 5-6 Lacs on the basis of area increase by 200 sq ft as compared to area they declared us in written in 2009 at the time of booking.

We feel that we have been cheated by ANSAL-API same as with many of other allotees like us.

Kindly, advice me where to complain about this cheating and what to do with this defaulter co. And how can I get my money back without wasting years in the court, so that I can arrange my comfortable life in my recently bought new flat.

Scam or fraud: OLX India — Fraud Car dealer

I have purchased a pre owned car, 2010 model, (36, 000kms drove) from Chawla motors, pitampura, New Delhi on 24/oct/2016 at the cost of 2.6 Lakhs. The car was looking very decent from outside was okay during test ride so we took the car & made the full payment through NEFT. he issued selling letter, original bill of the car, & expired insurance records.

He told us that RC transfer would take around 15 days & after that we can renew the insurance. so, we took the car home. when we called after 15 days & asked about he RC he asked to wait a week or so & this continued to happen for 3 months & after that he finally gave us the new RC.

During these 3 months the i was not able to drive the car because of 2 main reasons, 1st: The insurance was expired & without the RC it can’t be renewed.

2nd : The fuel tank of the car was broken+ the fuel pump was not working & the cap of fuel pump was broken. I found out this problem when a day when i was shifting the car to a different place & suddenly the pickup got very bad it developed ignition problems.

I checked with the local mechanic & then he found out these flaws.

After getting the RC, i got the insurance & PUC renewed & then went to service centre to get it repaired & just by chance i asked the advisor to check the service record of the vehicle to cross check if the car was accidental. (Dealer told me that it wasn’t) & i was shocked to hear that the car met with 3 accidents during 2011-2013 & the last entry was at 90k kms.

That’s how i found out that the dealer manipulated the odometer & reduced it to less than half.

The dealer is posting many ads on olx with different username and pattern is same with all the ads.

If olx is willing to look i will provide the details of all current ads

Dear Team,

My debit card was theft immediately i block that card and fill the application for new one the submitted immediately around a month ago. Bank team gave an information as i will get the new debit card within 15-20days, but till now i haven’t received the card. I’m going to my home branch and asking the bank team but they are behaving like an irresponsible persons and they didn’t give any answer too. This kind of response from syndicate bank(Govt bank) we are not expecting at all

I have repurchased the cibil report on 3rd march 2017 from my login portal, the amount was debited to my credit card but since it is more than 20 days the cibil has not issued my report nor refund. My Transaction id is 015797. I have also made an complaint to cibil several times but no reply. Whenever i call them they asked me to call after sometime as the system is down after looking my number. I have almost called them around 100 times but still the issue was not solve. Also i have send to many mails to them but when i send the first mail i have got a acknowledgement. But another time i haven’t received any acknowledgement as they have blocked my email id.

Scam or fraud: Indian Railways — Over/Inflated Charging for Food

Poorva Express 12303 Up between Howrah Jn and New Delhi Jn does not have catering facility, therefore public caterer/contractors arrange for lunch/dinner.
Food is arranged at Asansol Jn.
For a non vegetarian dinner meal I was charged INR 130.00, which is way above the inflated.
This is malpractice which is continuing for a very long time.
