Complaint Details:
I had booked an Air India flight from Thiruvananthapuram to Bengaluru for 19th Dec. The flight AI 584 was supposed to take off at 9.15 am and reach Bengaluru at 10.20 am. So keeping that in my mind I had booked the connecting flight from Bengaluru to Pune at 1.00 pm, but I got a call on 18th Dec at 11 pm saying that my flight has been delayed by 2 hours 5 min. The new take off time was at 11.20 am. I made calls to your call center stating my problem that I have a connecting flight and I would miss it because of the delay caused by your flight.

The call center personnels were of no help and no accomodations were made for us. The morning of 19th Dec when I approached the Air India representatives on Thiruvananthapuram airport, they said they would provide all assistance to make sure we get on our Air Asia flight that was to depart on 1.00 pm. The delayed flight AI 584 with departure time of 11.20 am should have reached the Bengaluru airport at 12.25 pm. But to make matter worst your airlines arrived on Bengaluru airport at 12.50 pm.

So as you can see total delay caused by Air India accounts to 2 hours 50 minutes. On arriving at Bengaluru airport there was no assistance provided to us. We could not find anyone to help us get on our flight. When we met the Air Asia personnels to my surprise they said that they have received no information from Air India regarding the matter. We missed our flight.When we met the Air India staff on Bengaluru airport they said we had no option but to book another flight as no accommodations were made. We spoke with your manager Mr. Deepak at the Bengaluru Airport and he said that he understands the situation. Due to the mismanagement from their side, he asked us to book another flight and that compensation for the same would be provided in the next few days. So I am writing this mail demanding my compensation. The tickets for the next Air Asia flight to Pune cost me Rs 15, 198 for my journey.

I demand that you compensate for the gross mismanagement and inconvenience caused by Air India

By mistake yesterday i ordered a dslr, but due to bad interface, wrong address was choosen, immeditialy i contacted them on twitter via msg, for which i got a reply tht they will see to it, now the order is ready wid seller to be shipped at the wrong addreess..but paytm guys are not replyin n not ready to help.
even contacted the seller directly.have put him on hold..as the other address is not availbe…but they cant do anything.. they said until paytm doesnt change online they cant entertain us

I have ordered a water purifier 2 days back on 23-march -2017 from vasanth and co (t.nagar branch) The bill number is 10210000090733 . We haven’t recieved the item still.So we contacted the respective branch but their response is totally irresponsible.Both the showroom incharge Mr.Murugan and his co-worker named Veera gave a worst response on the enquiry…At the time of purchase they promised to deliver it on the same day of purchase .But we haven’t received the item still.This is really a pathetic customer service they are offering.

I had requested installation of elica chimney on 20th March my complaint number is 313193 I got no response from anyone since then I have called up 3-4 times but there is no response from the executive.. it’s been a week now.. Mr binayak took responsibility to revert back and send the executive but still no one has come.. if during installation they are not bothered then how will they be of any help to me after that..

I am a subscriber of prepaid mobile services of MTNL. My telephone number is 9868649344. ONEINDIA is charging me Rs.5/= for 30 days for downloading wallpaper which I have never subscribed. They have already charged me more than Rs. 35/=. I do not want to continue to be on the subscription list of ONEINDIA for this service. Kindly unsubscribe me with immediate effect.

Complaint Details:
Such a worst experience. Changes in the itnery was not informed before. Going in the bus for long distance and taking old age people, they are even stopping for nature calls. And the guide such a rude and irresponsible and not providing information of the site tour areas. And for each and everything they are asking for money. While booking the package they told no need to give extra money apart from extra rooms and entrance tickets. Andhra tour package is not followed as per the programme. And we are really scared if our people for the safe return.

Ordered for a 4 star fridge. The store has displayed purple colour. I asked for maroon colour with the same specifications. They agreed to deliver from the warehouse and asked us to do payment. But they delivered a 3 star fridge and now betraying us by saying that they I asked for a 3 star fridge. Please provide me refund or compensation for the betrayal done by reliance digital stores.

We painted our interior walls before some days (4 days ago, today 25 th march ) using asian paints with a grape color. Now when we touching the wall the colour get fading. The actual color code is X128. We purchased it from sargam enterprises at changaramkulam in malappuraram district, kerala. Can you please check it, then it might be helpfull . Our place is north punnayur near Chavakkad.

Respected sir,

I would like to inform you that my car number KL 01 BD 9105 Tata Nani purchased from mohandas motors trivandrum I am sorry to say that the customer service is very poor .since 2015 I migrated to kollam district and further service going on kulathungal Motors. This is an absolute case of irresponsibility of kulathungal Motors kollam. When I bought this tata nano I got 25kmpl mileage. Now it has down to 15kmpl and still the mileage is below 15 I registered a complaint three months back but was provided zero customer service . They promised me a mileage of 25km at the time of purchase. Kindly do rectify this complaint at the earliest, Anticipating a speedy and responsible feedback at the earliest. Kindly acknowledge and revert back.
