Scam or fraud: MDIndia Healthcare Services — Reimbursement of medical bills

Complaint Details:
It is stated that late Shri Som Nath Sharma was having insurance policy of The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd issued by you vide No. 231102/48/2016/769, MD15-09418288773. The risk date of policy was from 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2016. He got treatment at various hospitals i.e. Government Hospital, Una (H.P.), PGI, Chandigarh and Oswal Medical Hospital, Ludhiana. Ultimately, he died. I submitted the bills for Rs. 2415/- of Government Hospital, Una (H.P.), bills for Rs. 6863/- of PGI, Chandigarh and bills of Rs. 1, 59, 279/- Oswal Medical Hospital, Ludhiana (Total bills of Rs. 1, 68, 557/-) at the office of Punjab Health System Corporation vide Diary No. 432 dated 27.2.2017. The reimbursed amount was claimed by her wife Sheela Devi. But till today nothing has been heard from your side. I request you to please expedite the process of reimbursement of bills so that Mrs. Sheela Devi w/o late Shri Som Nath Sharma could get the money incurred by her on treatment of her late husband.

Dear Sir,
A crack has developed on mobile handset on its own over a period of time. The handset has not fallen from a height or so.
The handset is under warranty. But Flipkart has asked me to approach Service Centre and get the problem rectified by paying the charges.
The Service Centre is demanding Rs. 4000/-.
My complaint against Flipkart is that handset is under warranty. Why is Flipkart asking me to pay and get the problem rectified.
I requested Flipkart to take up the matter with Service Centre and get the handset rectified under warranty. But Flipkart is not ready to do so.
I would request you to help me by getting my handset rectified under warranty ASAP.
I can support you with necessary documents like Invoice copy, Warranty Details, Problem Report Submitted etc.

I have paid payment of UP B.Ed. Application Fee Rs. 1000 through Debit Card for UPBED Registration No. 442104603 on 29th March 2017. The payment has failed and the Fee Amount debited from my account. Due to last date of submitting the fee is 31-03-2017 for the application so I am again pay fee for the application on 31-03-2017. But payment of 29-03-2017 is not credited in my account. Please refund the Rs. 1000 as soon as possible.

Scam or fraud: Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Kutchina SS Vouge Chimney Motor not working

Complaint Details:
I (Amit Pal – Mobile no98305 22987 address G16/4 New Garia Development Co-operate Housing Society Ltd, Kolkata 700094) have bought a Kutchina Vougs SS chimney on 10/03/2009 from a exhibition at Ice Skating Ring. Recently I asked for a service and called at 033 4008 4249 and ask for service. On 18th Jan 2017 Indo Appliances sent their engineer Mr Sankar Sardar and he noticed that the left oil channel collector was broken and right motor was not working.

I took their notice that I have a lifetime warranty of both the motors. Initially they denied the warranty clause but afterwards they agreed and send Mr Debashree with a motor on 18th Jan 2017. But Debashree can’t dismantle the motor from the clamp and returned. Finally they called back me and decided to break the clamp and replace the motor and the consequences of the breaking to be borne by me, which I don’t accept.

Then I called you Customer Care and made the complain and they send Mr. Sudarshan Mahato on 3rd and 4th Feb 2017 but they could not dismantle the Motor and uttered the same.

This is my question that your trained engineers cannot manage to handle your machine why should I penalize for that? Now, I request you to look into the matter and consider that why should I pay for the breaking and repairing cost for your inability to dismantling the motor.

This Complaint w.r.t JIO Prime Offer recharge of Rs 303-/-(With Promo Code Applied) for my job Number:8168608118) where I have done the transaction yesterday on 31th March at 10.16 AM through PAYTM website.The Transaction status says that “Payment of Rs. 303 received by Paytm & Your transaction is successful for Jio number 8168608118 with ORDER ID 2998728048 and it is due with Jio operator for confirmation.
The status (Waiting for Operator Confirmation) is still the same as of today (31st March 2017) from past more than 4 hrs.

Scam or fraud: Cigna TTK Health Insurance — Two different policy issued on the same day with different premium split up and pre-existing disese not mentioned inspite of additional loading paid.

I had been issued two health policy by CIGNA TTK on the same day with different conditions like different premium break up, pre-existing disease not mentioned, address mistakes, occupation and salary details incorrect.
The Proposal form filled during the online purchase of policy had not been used.
There is an Insurance web aggregator- Policy Bazzar mentioned in this policy.
Inspite of escalating this issue to the grievance team senior member. no proper answers to my email had been received.
I need to know how 2 different policy can be issued in the same no and date.
how an insurance web aggregator had been included inspite of taing an online policy in the company web site.

I have been complaining to Airtel with regard to mobile signal strength within my office. We are in the heart of Chennai and I have approx 10 connections besides Airtel Braodband. They claim to be the fastest in everything. No one is attending to my issues. My mobile no is +919840822422. Previous complaints are still pending and not closed also. Will they take such a long time to rectify this? May be they are fast running behind new suckers like me to claim the slot position no 1. I would like to award them too, fast in running out issues without solving.

The concerned contact (Mr. Vishal Chauhan) was sending emails detailing about work from home job and explained the details over the phone.

I paid registration fees to transparent infolab via Paytm. He stopped responding to my e-mails and even switched off his phones & their customer support no. 9586293337.
I am out of job and i was looking into these type of options to take care of my family with 1 yr old kid. And these type of cheaters are minting money from innocent people like us.

These type of cheaters should be seriously punished and should be banned from human society.

Please look into this issue and help us to get our money back!!
