I have purchased a Hyundai Xcent car in May 2016 in January 17 sent our car at authorize service centre for service purpose he is demanded 22000 rupees charges but till date I have not received our car and paid already 1 lakhs ten thousand now car is completely scratched and bad position and looking 5 years old engine and body is completely bad position, when I complaint concern people has not responding me,

Dear sir,
I have bought an Le 2 mobile from Flipkart on 14.09.2016. I am facing some problems with the display screen, touch pad is malfunctioning. Apps are opening and closing by own. For this problem I wrote a mail to Le customer support (indiasupport@le.com), I followed their instructions, but there was no solution. Then I found the address, phone number and mail id of local Le service centre(Infotel Services) at New Alipore from Le website (1St Floor, Beside Frank Ross, Bankim Mukherjee Sarani, Block C, New Alipore, Kolkata 700053, phone:9836000002, email:infotel.htc@gmail.com). On repeated calling finally my phone was picked up and I was awarded with another phone number (9804116049) of another Infotel Services service centre at 1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata-19. On reaching there only, I was first told that Le mobile services are not under warranty and I would have to pay for any problem or insppection. I don’t know how this can occur as there is clear mention of 1 year warranty in Flipkart as well as Lemall website. Fine, then the service engineer didn’t want to open my phone at 1st sight and started telling me that liquid entrance as corrupted my touchpad (though as per my knowledge several factors can cause issue to touch pad like motherboard problem, ic problem or anything else). On my repeated request he opened my phone for an inspection charge of 170rs, and told me that I would have to spend 4500rs for display screen change, even though where I know that my phone is under warranty. I watched that in front of me 2-3 customers with nearly same type of screen issues with other mobiles have come and they are awarded with same answer “Change the screen”. I don’t know how same solution is being given to all mobile screen problems. Secondly the behaviour of the service engineers was quite rude. I don’t know what I am going to do next, but some action needs to be taken against this service centre.

this is to inform you all that i recently just two and a half month ago, i purchased a mahindra alfa.And two three days ago my driver told me that the chassis and body is cracking from somewhere. I inform to mahindra and mahindra service center .(kumar auto wheels rudrapur). They told me to get welding on the body and come tomorrow in the service center. When i reached there they told me to wait in the waiting hall. After two-three hours they come to me and told to get the vehicle the home. And to enquire about the same on monday . On monday they told me that your vehicle willl not get guarantee benifits.Please help me

One of your Bus conductor misbehaving with me & my family(4 members, 3 ladies+ 1 Gent) on 10-jun-2017: 10PM at Hyderabad bus stand, We are catching the bus in bus stand we are having 4 cloth bags each one, After he seen my bags he asking us to get down bus and said you are having bags so that we are not stop the bus in zaheerabad and he forcely removed my bags from bus, That is man handling me.

It was very unprofessional behaviour, will take action against the driver and compensate me for this

Gmc had provided street light facilities to the residence of the locality of Kailash nagar, Beltola Tiniali Lakhimipath. However it is very much regretted that frequently the street light become out of service causing lot of inconvenience to the residences. Because of darkness of the area frequent burglary has taken place in he area. presently the street lights are out of service since 4 month. and complaint lodge to GMC Electrical office at Neheru stadium Ulubari but no response . Banipur development committee Kailashnagar met Mayor GMC who had assure the street light within one wee but nothing happend. May we request competent authority once again to take action to give the benefit to the tax payer of GMC

I booked a bus from mobiwik app
The bus named Smit – khurana( Bus MH38-F-8001) for 11 june 2017. Bus pickup @ Shivaji Nagar pune on 11:15 PM as confirmed it will reach by 9.30 to Pusad. However Bus failed before reach to Shirur (about 40 km only from pune). It takes 3-4 hours to change bus. Changed bus failed before jalna then Malegaon and Washim and reached Pusad 5:00 PM which was 8 hours of late. Complete day get wasted in BUs

RecentlyI found the head light is not working properly and mentioned during service. Service people said that the entire headlight set to be changed. I inquired about warranty but they said no warranty for headlight. I need solution to get warranty. I also not been given tool kit.
