Complaint Details:
I was travelling from New Delhi on a SpiceJet flight. After the trip, when I recovered my luggage at the conveyor belt, one corner was broken to the point that a piece had broken so that there was a hole in the suitcase. I complained straightaway at the airport and a few days later a staff called me to inform me that I would be reimbursed only Rs. 3000. My luggage is a Delsey Honore. It cost me around 28K. When I told my issues with the amount, the staff told me he would email me a link to take my complaint further up. That email never came. So I called the customer care, after listening to my query, the staff put me on hold and then cut my call. So i wrote an email but in vain. I still haven’t gotten a reply.

Horrible service by SpiceJet! If your staff have broken a customers luggage, you’re supposed to apologize and reimburse the amount. Safe to say, I will spread word about the horrible service to all my friends and relatives and will never travel by SpiceJet again.

Sir i pay 599 Rs and take membership in this online data entry company for doing data entry job. They send me the kit. After login with the password i done two work naming Job Posting. They show the status as pending for approval. when i login to the very next day they are showing like this ” Submit your first work”. Thus this company is a scam. i want my 599 Rs back. Please take action against this company. They are cheating many young people who are not able to work outside.

I visited max hospital shalimar bagh today and had got an appointment to meet dr vineet arora at 1:20 p.m. but this staff favours people on the basis of i dont know what.
I got to meet dr at 2:20 pm due to some people coming without sequence. What is the meaning of giving sequence number when nobody follows.I am highly disappointed by the management of the hospital.

Please refer to Airel bill no 282810831 dated 9th june for Rs 27477.25 and Bill No 196474366 dated 9th may for Rs 26, 548.07 I have spoken to Airtel customer executive on customer care no 121 and 198 multiple times regarding excess billing amount and also sent a mail to Airtel in this regard.

While going through bills it has been observed that the charges levied by Airtel for usage of mobile data in international roaming on 7th and 8th may 2017 are absolutely wrong as timing shown in the bill are timing when I was in my hotel and my hotel had a free WIFI facility and for me using mobile data when free WIFI is available to me doesn’t make sense hence they are requested to remove mobile data charges of 7th and 8th may from the bill and send me a revised bill with these corrections.

I have also noticed that you have a fixed a credit limit of Rs 14000 for me for using mobile services from Airtel whereas in this case the billing amount is much more than the credit limit. Although, Airtel is claiming that this credit limit is valid only for Voice and value added services and International Roaming is not covered under this but I have never been informed about this and as a lay man I will only understand the meaning of credit limit that I will not be use the services beyond this limit.

I, Sri Sandip Guchhait wish to lodge a complaint against “Non-Scan of my & my wife’s Fillup KYC form since Three(03) months (S.B. A/C No.- 3659774391. CIF ID-340580700 & S.B. A/C No.- 3663189754. CFI ID- 340381700). I opend a KVP & S.B A/C on March-2017, but not yet my KYC and signature scanned till date. As a result, I can’t receive my check book and can’t properly operate my S.B.A/C. and facing great difficulties.
Therefore, I request you to kindly scan my kyc form immediately and issue me check book, as early as possible.

Myself Kanna Raj, recently changed network from Idea-Maharashtra to Idea-Andhra Pradesh through MNP. SIM has been activated after 4 days but network fluctuates continuously and shows network not registered. Even i tried to login/register in IDEA portal and MyIdea App but throws message as “not a Idea user & check for portability” but unable to proceed further “Shows invalid request” for portability now.

I have approached Idea store locator directly and Customer care as well but no one is responding properly. They are very unprofessional. If I tried to complain on website simply throws error as not a valid user please check number.

i’m satish from nawada (bihar)9570237280/i told about a fraud company Career web solution is a fraud consultancy. firstly he take documentation charges from candidates and after that he demand a huge amount. once he take money he forget about the job and candidates. he haven’t any vacancy.
His owner mr. abhinav singh & mr. sumany roy chaudhary (HR)both are fraudest people in this company.
Never believe in them. company situated in jora khana, kestopur, kolkata.
He says his company have 5-6 branches in kolkata but its totally fake
