One day I went t yeshwantpur Railway Parvel room n asked how to travel with my puppy of 9months..They said you can book the same day before 2 hours..we will make ticket for ur puppy…I happily went from thr..aftr few days my train ticket was there at 11am.They said they will make ticket before 2 hours so I went there at 7am..around 4 hours early so that there won’t b any trouble.As soon as I went with my puppy n Luggage..They said you cant travel with Puppy..I was shocked as my ticket was thr at 11am ..They said..already someone booked one dog..I requested them t keep my dog also ..in different cage..they said if other person is ready then we can give you ticket ..I said but told t come bfor 2 hours n I asked yu 20 times yu repeated same thing that we wll do.now how t go as my tcket s there.i requested to give other persons no. whose dog is going..i ll request him to keep my puppy also..somehow aftr asking many tyms they gave number.I called Mr. Sujit..he said you can keep ..no issue..my dog s very friendly as well as yours too so there s no issue..I told in parcel room..they turned back their words n said ‘ no..we can’t allow..3rdly they said if you hav cage, we can allow..I showed picture of cage in whatsapp n parcel officer aggreed..He confirmed everything n said He will make ticket..everything finalized. i bought the cage n cage came..immediately he turned his words, telling we cannot allow as cage is slight big..I said if its big, its good because my dog will b in confort..He denied..As parcel officer said he will gice ticket immediately I kept my Luggage inside the train so that he will make ticket n we will enter..so in talking n denying train left..I rashed with my puppy n tge seller rashed with cage inside the train we enterred bcs all my luggage was inside the train, I could not leave the train now..I enterred n TTE came n said clearly..get down at Ranigunte n Ranigunte s too far from yeshwantpur railway stn. I was tensed where will I go as i dont know anybdy there..whole day passed n ranigunte came at 4 pm …TTE came n said t get down..I said whr will I go..He asked me fine of 2, 500/- I agreed but I said Will give aftr reaching at destination..He agreed to sit in front of bathroom…it was so yukky even My dog was feeling very bad n it ws scared too bcs dogs understand all situations n behaviour..people were coming to wash there hand in basin whole water was coming on my face ..whoever s going t washroom wss not closing the gate..2 times I vomitted there ..what was this? All these was because f all wrong information given by parcel room..the Happy journey becamd pathetic ..even At least Railways should give some facilities to dog owners n make some arrengement..my booking was thrre but somebdy else was at my berth n I was spending tym in front f smelly washroom ..Even many tyms I asked in railways on calls ..they dont have any proper information n knowledge abt travelling with dog

Complaint Details:
The above gas connection is in a flat which is lying vacant and locked since Jan 16. I intimated the meter reader as well as customer care but I kept on receiving estimated bills. On 11 Apr 16 I again raised SR no 9900210855 as well as sent a mail as follow:-

Dear Sir
My flat is lying vacant and locked since Jan 16. Though I have personally intimated the Meter reader I have continued to receive estimated bills. Now I have received another bill of Rs 733.83 . I have already sent meter reading photo to 9717827778. The present meter reading is 121.254. Photo is linked.
Kindly recalculate and generate a revised bill.

A SR 9900226550 was created but there was no change. I tried customer service twice without any help.

I made another mail on on 01 Jun 17 as follow:-

Dear Sir
The photo of the meter is linked. Pse note that this connection is not in use since Dec15/Jan 16. This has been intimated to your representative, Customer care on phone and thru email and SMS.
Kindly take immediate review of the case and extra payment made by me be regularized.

Now I have received another invoice no 19698479 dated 14 Jun 17.

Thus it is evident that IGL has refused to take corrective action so far.
This my last request to you to act otherwise I will have no choice but to approach higher authorities.

I got a add from olx and chattd wisely about investment free job, and i agreed it they didnt informed about 5100 rupees then unfortunatly i cannot able to complete the work so they started threatening me that you have to pay 5100 rupees otherwise you will face issues in court and you will have to pay 5000 and then they first neglected date extension but now they extended now date by 4 days

I had made a order from my sister’s shopeclues id i, e Najnin Zaman address of Dergaon Chari Ali, P.O/P.S- Dergaon, Dist- Golaghat, PIN- 785614. The order nos’ of the items ordered on 05/06/2017 are 117840027 and 117840026. It is to mention that the delivery boy refused to deliver the items to the address. Although these services must be door to door and it is not possible for everyone to attend each of every delivery from there center. Hence, i request you to look into this matter.

I have purchased a SONY XA1 mobile on 26-04-2017. The touch started giving problems on the very next day.

I was unable to type few letters on the left side, I took the phone to the dealer Poorvika mobiles to which they informed, I will have to go to service centre to get the phone serviced.

I was off town on a business trip and was able to go to the service centre only on 12-May-2017. In the mean while the problem got expanded and most of the left side screen became unresponsive.

I handed the phone at service centre on 12-May-2017 and was informed my phone would get ready only after 10 days due to spare unavailability.

In the due course I have not received even a single update or follow up. I walked in to the service after 10 days centre to get a lame answer “Persons who have handed the phone before you are still waiting so you should also wait and I would take 15 more working days”.

This is really frustrating to get a new phone, give it to the service centre and wait for an unknown time to get the phone serviced and returned back.

I called the tool free and complained about the issue, to which the agent on line informed he would expedite the process.

I demanded that my phone should be repaired in next 5 days or I would either need a replacement. If both the cases or not possible then refund my amount to which he agreed.

But it is more than a month now am yet to receive any updates.

My phone is not repaired also i did not received any updates so far.

The service centre guy also informed there are more than 25 phones lying on service centre with the same issue. So overall its a manufacturing defect i believe

I had booked for an Airtel Broadband connection on 2nd July 2016 and Paid Rs.1800 online through net banking on 2nd July 2016.

However due to certain circumstances I had to cancel the booking and was told that I would get the refund in 7 working days.

Even after repeated calls and emails to the customer care, I haven’t got the refund still for the booking amount of Rs.1800.

The booking reference number was ONTMBANGA33519304 and the account
number is 7028484275.

Amount of Rs. 1800 was paid through HDFC net banking with transaction reference number 0000618406644141.

I got call from number +92 3039832637 on 15th June 2017 .he told me that my Airtel number has won 25 lacs who spoke in hindi(he is frequent only in this language). also provided a number 00923064667799 and asked me to call a person called Harish Kumar. we are aware that there are many frauds happening around…In this world no one gives money free of cost so please dont share any personal details or call back… ignore such type of calls.
