I had my number ported from Tata Docomo to Airtel on 14/6/17 and since then it has just been all trouble for me. First activation process itself which normally takes an hour or so maximum took an entire day to complete. My frustration started to build up there only as this is the only number I use for past 10 years.
The Airtel website is offering 10 GB bonus 4G data to customers with 4G handsets who opt for their infinity 499 plan.
And the local representative who visited me said that it would be 20GB instead for next 6 months. So in all I will get 5GB from the plan, 2GB from the Airtel App and bonus 20GB but I did not get it till now after loggin my complaint a couple of times.
They just sit there making you waste your precious time calling their customer care for nothing. Worst part is they keep your service request open for 3 days so that you wait with some expectations then you get to know that the service request is closed without any resolution and without even someone calling you about it.
I am very disgusted with Airtel. I am just waiting for 3 months after which I am definitely going to get rid of Airtel.
AIRTEL IS THE WORST COMPANY IN TELECOM TO DEAL WITH. I just wish to advertise this everywhere.

Company Name: Agora Climate Control Systems. We have corporate account in Axis bank, DURI CENTRE, VASAI (WEST), THANE – 401 202 branch. We had deposited cheque of Rs.5, 00, 000/- in our account dt.12.06.17. We got message from bank on 13.06.17 morning that the funds are credited to our accounts. So, we have issued the cheque to our suppliers. At late evening 6:30pm, we got received a message that the balance e is debited of amt. 5, 00, 000/-, the reason is shows that Papers not cleared. Because of this debit balance, the 7 cheque was dishonored because of no funds. on 14.06.2017, full day no credit of funds transaction done, no message or phone was come to us. on 15.06.17, we got message that your cheque was in clearing & we got funds on evening 15.06.17. We complain to our branch, bur they said that they are helpless, they have no power to stop this type of technical issue, they told that the reason of this problem was that the bank of our cheque which was deposit in our a/c that is SBI, SBI had rejected the our cheque because of not clear image of cheque. They told that because bank’s online system, they have no control on this type of issue. The cheque was returned at Axis back office. They could not do anything. Plz, solve this issue. We had face very difficult time because of Axis bank ‘s technical problems.

This is regarding my previous complaint against the gastroentrologist dinesh singhal and his unproffessional conduct, I only got 1 phone call the next day of the complaint and no follow up, if you people are not interested maybe i should go to an authority for proper justice, Plus i am starting to think that the service, medication and consultation received from your hospital may not be the appropriate one for me, but since your gastroentrologist is too busy in just typing his prescription and coning people out of their hard earned money(One thousand for one minute of prescription writing, No Consultation whatsoever) i am kind of confused as to who will answer my questions, please reply as soon as possible

I am a former employee of Kotak Mahindra Bank, vikaspuri branch, Delhi.I was under notice period from 09/01/2017 to 10/04/2017.
My last working day was April 10th 2017.I have completed the separation process in the systems also.
It has been more than three months since I have resigned from the bank, Still I haven’t got any intimation regarding my relieving letter. I have already call to the HR regarding the same and still the issue is not resolved.Many times she can’t pick my phone . This is just not the right way to treat your employees and if you can’t treat your employees well, then how will you be able to satisfy your customers.I am fed up with many calls and remainders regarding the issue.
Please consider this as an emergency request and kindly complete the remaining procedures as immediate as possible so that I could get my relieving letter at the earliest.

We booked 2 tickets from Delhi to Kanpur on 24th June 11p.m. through Red Bus PNR no: Xknp1206241700066/SBD, as we were on the way from Chandigarh to Delhi & having limited access of network & being unknown to City Delhi we have taken help of call Center about driver/vehicle number for easy catch, they provided us incorrect number on which we received status of Bus Cancellation, while again calling back to call center got no response for 1 hr & we roam few more bus stations & then finally railway station, at 11:10 p.m. we received call from actual bus driver asking “where are you, we are moving ahead”. Finally after lot of pain we got a premium tatkal reservation in Jammu Tavi at 4:50 a.m. and came back to Kanpur. We not only lost monies but also suffered heavily being Female & kid along entire night. we want the 100% refund on tickets + compensation of huge suffer.

Broadband Internet service is not working since 17-06-2017. The local lineman says that there’s some fault in the network box of our locality.

Whenever we call the local technician who came to set up the connection which was around 15 days ago from now he says that it will be fixed in 1-2 days but it has been 6 days and the pproblem has not been fixed.

I got a call from infinity solution for online form filling part time job, a women explained me about the job and they send me the agreement which i haven’t signed yet and they provide a username and password and told me that i have to fill 1500 forms from which 1400 should be correct, i have done the work i have filled all the forms but then they send a legal notice that i have to pay 5100rs because my qc is failed… what should i do should i pay them money or file case against the company…

Hello Team,
I have purchased Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series(Intel)-5567 laptop on 21 Nov 2016 from dell authorized store in US.
Configuration: 1TB, 16 GB ram, Intel i7 processor, windos 10
Price:$944.93
from 1 year hardly i have used not more than 15 days. i have not even used 10% of storage. But laptop is very slow. when i open google crome it takes 1 min to open, when i try to open any photos it takes more time.
I have contacted couple of Dell Authorized centers and did some changes but no luck.
Finally Dell performed some hardware testing and they all are fine.No issue with hard .Conact windows 10 tea.
I called to window 10 team counple of time and they checked, they did reset of the OS. But no luck
Micro Soft L1 team forwarded to L2 they checked they are telling no issue in window .
I am in full of confusion as well as I have been really frustrated by the Dell service.Wasted mony almosyt 1000$.
I am looking for two options
1)To resolve my laptop issue
2)Replace my laptop
Please help us.
