I received a call from Airtel service for porting purposes even they give me offer of 25GB data per month and unlimited calls for local and std calls but after porting they provided me only 5 GB data and I tried lot and also spoke to concern managers and customer care of Airtel but they are not responding my request. Even they are not receiving my calls

I have taken a plan of Rs.244, which provides me 1GB data every day. However, I have observed that arbitrarily, I am charged for internet usage, even if I have not crossed 1 GB usage. I have been charged over Rs.80-90 in last one month.

I tried to lodge complain on company’s website, its not registering and giving error message. I tried number of times but the same response. There is no other mechanism to register the complain.

I have order an ornament from a reputed online gold shopping and applied EMI through Kissht they have processed very fast documentation and after i cancelled the order i am following up with kissht from very long time but nobody are ready to respond the customer care number is always not connecting the horrible thing is they have activated the EMI process through bank. such a disturbing experience through kissht

I have completed the course FRANKFINN POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN AVIATION AND HOSPITALITY SERVICES (FPGDAHS) in the year 2014.
I have been following up frequently for the certificate ever since but have not received it till date. Infact, each time I have been informed that it will be sent to my residence by courier.
Request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action on MOST URGENT basis.

Scam or fraud: Policy Bazaar — Not issued policy after paid and refund not done one month gone.

I have purchased two wheeler policy of univesal sampo since they committed for 2days to get your policy document. I waited for 7 days but I didn’t get policy neither softcopy nor hard copy. Then I called customer care they committed me you will get policy till tomorrow evening but it was a bloody fake commitment. after that I called for three days they giving same reply “you will get tomorrow”, but That tomorrow never came.
In between I paid 4 times RTO penalty for not having policy.
After frustrating by daily fake commiters I said them to cancel my policy and give my money back, then they told me to buy alternate policy after we will accept your refund request. I follow same, same day I bought a new policy of bajaj on official website of bajaj they issued me soft copy at a time.(which policybazaar not done within 10day, how disgusting). Then I called customer care they told me to mail copy of your alternate bought policy then we will refund you within 7 days. I did same I mailed to policybazaar. They accepted my refund request but wait they reply me “it will take 15 days to refund”.
First they told me to refund within 7 days then committing for 15 days. How fake they are! but I ignored. After 15 days I checked my account and mail there were no any refund. After 18th day they sent me mail “refund process takes 7 days more”. I called customer care they telling hold we are transferring call to our backing/service team and after holding by me for 1 minute they cut the call. What the hell ALL ARE FAKERS. I did this types call 5 times but result was same they cut my call.
Now one month gone from 31st May – 1st june, still I didn’t get refund.
I never suggest anyone to buy anything from policybazaar they hired all irresponsible, faker & kid employees.
Policybazaar must refund my money with penalty and interest for harrasing me otherwise shut down your company. At last “Babaji ka thullu muje mila yaha se policy buy karke”.
So, I submiting my complaints here. Kindly solve my issue and do legal action on fraud POLICYBAZAAR.

Scam or fraud: Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Driver denied to Pickup

Yesterday I have booked a Ola Cab from my Mobile No. 9830704181 and the CRN is 835508478. I have booked the Cab to ride from Beliaghata Sales Tax to Kodalia Battala, near Harinavi. Just after booking, I have called the Driver Mr. Prasanta Mondal, Phone No. 7059331304 at 10.52 pm and he asked me to cancel the ride as that time he was near Ruby and also expressed his inability to reach Beliaghata Sales Tax point. He repeatedly asked me to cancel the ride. Then I told him that if I cancel the ride from my part it would be chargeable and I have requested him to reach Beliaghata as my husband was waiting for him. After hearing this he disconnected the call and I tried again and again to contact him but failed.

As I do not have any option that moment I have cancelled the ride and asked my husband to take a taxi from Beliaghata.

Hope, you will take proper action against that Driver Mr. Mondal as if we do not get service from OLA, in future we have to opt for other services. If this incident occurs repeatedly, OLA management will suffer huge loss and their Goodwill too.

Kindly take drastic action in this matter.

You are requested not to charge any cancellation fee in my future ride as your Driver denied to pick up and I have to cancel the ride as I do not have any other option that time.

Scam or fraud: Haldiram Bhujiawala — Charging twice for the same product through debit card in Chandni Chowk outlet at Delhi

My wife and I visited your Chandni Cowk outlet on 19th June 2017. We had our lunch and bought some sweets and namkeen at the outlet. While the payment for lunch was made in cash on the first floor the same for our purchases was made by debit card on the ground floor.

At the end of our lunch, we bought two kulfis which were available only on the ground floor. The price of the kulfi was Rs. 142.20 each. The payment for two kulfis (Rs. 284..40) was made by debit card vide transaction # 717009390198. The cashier said that the transaction had failed and therefore charged us again for the same purchase of the two kulfis vide two more transactions of Rs. 142.20/- each. The transaction nos. are: 717009398484 and 717009391438.

On our way back home we got the SMS from our bankers Stata Bank of India that all the three transactions had been processed and the money for the same (284.40; 142.20 and 142.20) had been been paid from our debit card accounts.

After coming back home, we called the outlet manager on the landline number given on the invoice and informed him about the incident. He assured us that the transaction shall be reversed in 5-6 days. He asked us to SMS the details so that he could take the necessary action.

The details were sent to him via SMS on phone no. 8586999857.

It is more than 10 days and no action has been taken while the transaction is not reversed.

Request an immediate action in the matter.

this bike only 1 year 7 month old but maintenance cost too high i recent service my bike on VINAYAK AUTOMOBILE in bhubanesware odisha on 30/6/17, its cost around 5152/- and he told me your bore piston also damage but i cant repair because my bike under 2 year warranty but service guys said that your bike not cover in warranty i previous purchase 3 bajaj bike working ok but this bike service cost and maintenance too high i think service center cheating and bajaj cheating with me, i confused your service please suggest me other wise i see another way.after service my bike its chain sound i also share this problem vinayak engineer he told its new repair just sound coming i already used three days but same problem i thin its my last bike baja company i cant purchase your product and i suggest my hole friends and related also cant buy.

Scam or fraud: Idea Cellular — Deduction of balance more than twice

This is to inform you that my idea mobile no starting with 7890683027 received a phone call from the idea customer care service on 1st of july. immediately after the phone was hung up, a deduction of rs97 was made without any prior information. Such deductions have already taken place earlier amounting rs 100 and 150. Infact they speak so sweetly to convince the customer that they are providing free services but instead deduct money in return. I assume that the action taken wont be negelected and furthur mishaps wont occur. I even expect to get back my money deducted as they do such things due to the growing competition in the cellular market.
