I have full network in my phone but when I try to call anyone I am not able to call same problem coming for incoming calls also when anyone wants to call me. they will got either engage tone or phone out of coverage area voice. and sometime phone is switched off but my phone is neither switched off nor out of coverage area. this problem is coming from monday morning morning and still is not resolved

Complaint Details:
I have placed a order with Amazon vide order no Order Id: 406-7085291-7705904 dt.8.6.2017. The order was booked in your Gati courier vide no 946090924 dt.8.6.2017 . It has reached the destination i.e Bargarh of Odisha on 17.6.2017 as per tracking report. The local staff of Bargarh Gati courier called me on my mobile no 9438837773 and asked me to come and collect the parcel from their office. As I was out of Bargarh I request them to deliver the parcel at my home address.They have not asked the location of my house also if they have insufficient address. After two days when I called back they informed that the parcel was returned as per company instruction. The local staff are intentionally not delivering as it is their regular practice. Till date the parcel not reached to the supplier office for which I am not got my refund. This matter will be taken to consumer court shortly. As advised by my lawyer to inform their proper authority before going to consumer court is mandatory hence I am giving my complaint for quick disposal at your end.

Scam or fraud: Payumoney — Pos Machine

Complaint Details:
My Pos machine service was transferred to you from Payumoney. The International card payment was enabled while the macine was under Payumoney. International payment was found deactivated since you took over the service. My request is pending for long time to activate international card payment, but your customer service is horrible. Any one hardly pick up the phone.

I had contacted PayUMoney also but they are not helping me. They have sold me the PoS machine with the assurance that I will get support from them. But still now I am clueless about their support. – DKPL APPLIANCES, MID: 033568400000001 TID: 0370800M

I suggest all mearchants not to take PoS (Card Swipe Machine from private companies like PayUMoney or mSwipe.

Complaint Details:

I bought a charging adapter and cable for my Lenovo KE Note phone. After a week it stopped working. Cable was working fine but the adapter was not. So, I approached the service centre guy for the same. First they ask me to bring me to bring my mobile. When I enquired the need for mobile, the reply was we want to see whether your mobile is in warranty period
I ask them if you want to know the warranty period, that I can tell you separately. But I don’t understand the need of mobile warranty for the charger I bought. Then they said it’s ok. We will check the charger. They told that charger is working fine. I told them to show it to me by using my other brand mobile. But they refused. They asked me to bring the Lenovo mobile. When I took the mobile to them, they asked me to wait for half an hour to one hour. When I enquired the reason for such a long waiting they said we have to see whether there is a problem in your mobile. Then I had to forcefully tell them to you people don’t have to bother for my mobile. Just show me whether the charger is working with any other Lenovo mobile. I have already used various brands. But this kind of service has never come across me. I am really unhappy and disappointed with the service centre situated at the pin code 711101 in Howrah Belelious Road. Their services really suck us.

In the era when govt is committed to cashless economy and for its enhancement giving incentives to the users, you are looting in the name of online charges @exorbitant rates+GST. This shame on you. I pay to LIC, BSNL, Indian Railways off @ on but nowhere i had to pay so much on account of charges. I tender my suggestion that these charges should be done away with to keep yourself synchronized with other merchants

This is regarding a shipment with Shipment no ‘34287213155’.This shipment was to be delivered on 29th June’2017 at my office address C1, Wave infratech, NOIDA, Sector-3.

I haven’t recieved any call from the delivery person on 29th june’2017.
On 30th june’2017, I called blue dart customer care and they have given me the reason that my Department and Extention No. was not known to them. I gave my department and other details and they arranged a re-scheduling for 1st July’2017 i.e on today.

Since morning I am waiting for my parcel to be delievered but till now I haven’t recieved my parcel.
I again tried contacting the Bluedart Customer Care and they again promised me to arrange a call with the delievery person on my registered no.

I haven’t recieved any call yet neither I have recieved any text message regarding the same.

The billing section was worst and we had to wait for 90 minutes to get the billing completed. Eventually, we just took 35 minutes for us to select dresses worth Rs 8200 and they made us stand for 90 minutes.

The person at the billing section did not know how to bill and for each and every bill, she had to call the service person and ask which comes under discount and which does not.

My suggestion is that the person at the billing sector should be of good knowledge and should know the discount clothes are.

Only One person out of the 5 billing people had knowledge on the computers and billings that has to be made and she was pulled to all counters asking for clarification.

The day started well when I entered pantaloons and ended worst while I had to leave except for the fact that I had a discount of Rs 4000 at the end of the day.

I would never prefer purchases at Pantaloons anymore and would not recommend it to anyone as well

My order number is #1511246. My order was to be delivery on 29th may, even after repeated follow ups I still haven’t got my order. I tried emailing you and I got a reply that I will get it in a few days as it was sent for priority dispatch .I also tried to call but that number is out of service.I had placed the order on 8th may and now it will almost be 2 months. I had already paid the money and still haven’t got the order.

I had gone to Vodafone store on 30th June 2017 for changing of my Vadfone no from postpaid to prepaid segment & they told me that the same would be done within 48 hrs but today on 3rd July 2017 72 hrs have been passed but then too my request hasn’t been completed.

This is very very poor customer service from Vodafone.Not upto the mark.

Hello, I did the transaction from Andhra Bank UPI app, amount debited from my account and that transaction which I made have been failed. Transaction id is 718410883214 dated 3rd July 2017. It is some kind of emergency so request you to solve the issue as soon as possible. It’s a big amount which I need to transact in time. I also communicated to the Bank Manager and following up with the Bank.
