My name Manohar nath. i am living in Gali no.115/13, Sant nagar Burari Delhi. i would like to bring your kind attention towards a empty plot which is using for garbage dump, it is in very unhygienic and in poor condition. We are facing huge problems due to the unhygienic conditions causing health problems and the owner of that plot is not constructing and not selling, many times verbally inform this to the plot owner but he ignore every request. The odour smell is also make the air pollute and increasing the mosquitos & flies. we are facing a problem of garbage near about our residence there are so much garbage outside the home that is why so much bad smell are spreading in the area that is why are getting a problem in a breathing so many times our family members got ill.Our Main Street 115 Road is in very BAD condition.sometimes theSe are set on fire from which emitting smoke is very perilous to the health of The residents. because of this we have complained so many times in mcd department but we did not get the any single positive result from their side. Therefore, you are highly Requested to take promPt action in this regard and also against the owner of this plot.

I was booked my luggage from BRKA to UMB in 18101 on 26 Jun 2017 against buity Number 687729 but the same has not reached Ambala when i enquired the same from Ambala Parcel department they replied that your luggage is moved out to Jammu and again re-loaded from Jammu but again the same was not reached Ambala and now they dont know the present status of my luggage. I request you plz give the directions to railway department and myself and plz give me the solution.

We would like to inform you that I register the DDA Scheme 2017 form and applied online on Friday When i start paying the amount online which is Rs. 200200 approx then amount has been debited from my Kotak Bank but DDA form not completed sucessfully and its shows as failed. Dear Team, An absolute awkward moment was that spent through my journey. Bus was booked using your panel from Delhi to Haldwani where we were unable to even sustain during the journey. Too bad and different things were there comparatively to the details given on your portal.

No AC was working there for a long as they were trying to keep that off again and again.
Expected time was 9:45 PM to depart wherein bus moved at 12:30 from Delhi. A huge wait and frustration We had.
Bad talking behaviour from them. No fans were working
No charging slots were there. Suffered alot.

Even they were like – they could fight if we were not to keep patience. This was because of AC when we asked to keep AC on. The driver was very abusive and there were passengers drinking alcohol and the driver was aware of these things. The conductor was dealing with the situation very aggressively.
There was also many stoppage.
