Scam or fraud: Honda Cars India Ltd. — Car Repair and no status update about vehicle even after 12 days.

I am experiencing the worst part of services in my life-time from Whitefield honda. I have already provided feedback to you through your website on 7-Jul-17 but i have not received any response from you people. This gives me an impression that, whole of whitefield honda group from top to bottom level of employees do not care for customers.

My Vehicle WRV-KA53 ME 1162 was given to Whitefield honda, bodyshop, Bangalore workshop on 29-Jun-2017 for repair. It required insurance coverage and the survey was done only on 3-Jul-2017. Why do you people require 5 days to get survey done? Is your Insurance supervisor Veerendar so worst in coordination?? Finally, though the inspection was done on 3-July and approval obtained, till today-10-Jul-17 (12 days over), your supervisor Veerendar doesn’t give any updates on what happened to my vehicle. I have not seen such a worst person in my lifetime when it comes to customer services. Infact, i was calling him daily from 3-July-2017 till 7-July-2017 to check on the status of my vehicle. But, he doesn’t have any information. He says, he will update me on the same evening but till date, he has not bothered to me call even once and update me. I call him the next day and again check and his answer is the same. Is he so shameless and anti-customer??

I am not aware what you people did with my vehicle, as he is not able to give me any updates. You people need to learn from Maruthi Dealers who deliver within 3 days to customer for any kind of repair. Above all, they keep the customer updated at every step. Whereas you Honda people don’t keep customers informed about the status, despite the customer’s calling daily and asking for the vehicle and its status.

Due to your carelessness and unprofessional way of working, i have lost more than Rs. 3000.

I am not sure, if any action will be taken by you on seeing this mail, as i lost all confidence on Honda and especially the unprofessional and useless employee Veerendar who is worst in customer interactions.

For sure, i am not going to recommend to anyone about choosing Honda cars and especially Whitelfield honda. After discussing with many of my friends, i received the same kind of feedback from almost all. I think, i am the next victim.

Scam or fraud: BookMyShow — Illegal attempt to book ticket from my Book My Show account

There was an illegal attempt made by anonymous person for booking the movie ticket online using My saved card details from my Book My Show Profile.

Anyways the payment was not successful as the OTP was received on my registered mobile no which was not shared to anyone.

But it looks scary and surprising to see such fraud attempt of an unauthorized access to the card details inside the user profile.

Please take this seriously and make sure that such attempts are to be stopped in future for security purpose.

The mobile Lenovo K6 was ordered online. It was defective. Without using a headset nothing was audible on the phone. This was reported 3 times to their support number 18002089898. All the troubleshooting steps were followed with difficulty was followed as the voice was not audible. I was promised a technician visit with an exchange as the hand set was new.The technician came misbehaved and mentioned that he will not take the handset and will write the closing comments so that the handset is not replaced (technician name. Mr.S. Khan).
I called up again as the issue was not resolved and escalated the issue.I was been told that the replacement can only happen after a tech visit. I asked them to waive off the tech visit as already there was a delay. I was been told that I may say no to tech visit and the handset will be replaced accordingly.
I followed the same. I got a call from flipkart again and reiterated the whole episode, however, without any resolution and replacement the case was closed.

My business got impacted and time was wated, I was harrased and above all I was been misguided with a bunch of lies.

We were using Tikona Internet last year for 2-3 years. Many times we were facing Internet issues and were not able to get support, therefore in Oct 2016 we told Tikona to discontinue connection.

We have cleared all dues till Oct 2016 end. We also mailed Tikona to collect modem from our home.

From last 6 month we received calls of Tikona Lawers from Delhi. They threatened us telephonically and told that warrant has been issued and you have to come to Delhi court.

Today 8th July 2017 just now received 3rd call from number 7374098177 saying warrant has been issued and you have to come to Delhi on Monday.

At present we are very busy with GST work, we are helping our customers to do work properly in GST and same time such peoples are doing this job of threatening.

Pl. guid what steps to follow if received again such calls.

My car met an accident. Eventually i was told that within 7-8 days i will get my car. Its more that 2 weeks i have not got my car. Yesterday the manager Mr. Ajay called me to collect car and asked me to come before 6.30 but i waited till 8.30 and they were unable to fix and deliver my car. It was my wedding anniversary and raining. I had to walk back from that muddy place and no one had the courtesy to drop us back home or to the nearest taxi or auto stand. Last time i met an accident. they replaced my driver side door which was fixed in a way the road side mechanics do. Till today after six months and several visits they were not able to fix my door. Why am i paying premium to an authorised service centre like this. I need an immidiate action against NCR Renault and Renault India for such an harasment towards owning such a brand and someone penalize them so that they do not take consumers for granted
