Fixed line phone is not working for months. Complained over phone. Line remained disconnected. Bill came late. Connection resumed after bill was paid online. But soon phone was out of order again. Next bill also came late. was not paid. Only once a call came from the company saying it was set right. next moment it was not working. Only thing consistent was the bill ! Without a single day’s service, it contained details of calls which obviously were fictitious, false and bogus.

Complaint Details:
Tatasky cable TV connection was taken in the name of Veena Sharma 1076609310 for over three years. Due to A/c water spilling on the TV and Set Top box the set top box was totally corroded and I made a complaint in Deec17. A service engineer was sent by TataSky and the set top box was replaced. The service engineer did not take the old box and informed us that it is of no use.since then they were charging on 2 connections.
I made a complaint to the customer care several times but without rectifying the error they went on harassing me and finally made it one connection. But they refused to give retrospective effect to the excess amount charged. A lady official informs me that she could credit only Rs.50, a pittance.
The question is why should your service engineer give a wrong report. Despite my information they never reversed or appropriated the recharge amount correctly. They went on threatening to disconnect and I paid an amount of Rs. 765 and 400.
Again they said it has been set right and the charges will not be given from the date of error but only from the date of their rectification.why I should be penalised for their blunders.
Due to the threats of disconnection I am forced to switch over to a new cable connection in place of yours, there by wasting my money on set top box, excess payment and the dish of your company.
How will I be compensated of my loss?

I submitted the address proof 3 weeks ago for the PCC application but in status it still shows “under review at passport seva kendra”.
I dont know what to do whom to contact. On toll free number they say that we can not do anything as it’s still under review at PSK.
Please let me know how much time will it take. I’m getting very late to apply for my students visa. 🙁

I have ordered Onida fully automatic washing machine one week back . Product is defective, . Machine is hanging and some times there is no response when i was using it. I have ordered it because i was having trust on flipkart. When i verified for replacement there is no option available for replacement. But as per flipkart replacement policy with in 10days i can replcae the product. Kindly suggest me what has to be done . Please call me back asap . I need suggestion from you what has to be done.

Installation also not done properly for my machine. I am not happy with the service. Raised complaint on that as well.

On 1st July, I recharged my no.of 60rs, because I want to activate callertune.I called customer care, but due to some reasons they can’t able to activate callertune. After few minutes the msg come that (You have been successfully subscribed to ShotforBiscSub60 service for 29 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4036 to 155223(Toll Free) And account balance showed a balance 0.Then I again call to customer care and they debited the amount. Next day again i received SMS that (You have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgWlySubs service for 7 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 3673 to 155223(Toll Free). After that the acc balance is again 0.I could not understand that why such services are activated at your own ?
I already requested I am not interested in any of the vas service.It was such a bad experience with you.

Complaint Details:
Recently changed the airtel modem to a D-LINK Modem for high speed on the 5th of July. From 6th July there is no internet connection. Have called customer care around 10 times. Each time it is told that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs. Today is the 5th day without internet, we havent heard even once from Airtel. We have been following up and checking on the status and are told that the engineer will contact us. Till day no one has contacted us.

Hi Team,
I took internet connection from GCN broadband in April. It was package for 3 months. But I was not happy with the services as regularly facing connectivity issues. So I requested for withdrawal of package with in a month. (We didn’t use 50% of monthly usage).

As I paid for 3 months and I hardly used for a month, I requested for refund. It has been more than 2 months and still the are not responding for this request. Whenever I call them they are raising new ticket on the issue and not following up on it.

I am Hemant gargesh from Chandigarh. My complaint is regarding booking of my flat in Bhiwadi (M V L The Palm). I had booked my flat on 3 years back. i had paid approximate Rs. 7, 80, 000.00 for my flat. since last three there is no progress. they had not started a bit of work. we visited the site where the work should have been started but we were shocked to see that there is nothing but just a piece of land where village people are cultivating. we visited there office on 2015, 2016 and 2017 that is in gurgaon, sec 15 part 2 to clear out the matter but they said that the work will start progressing from next week. and since then we are regularly visiting there office and they always say that we will start progressing the work very soon. today we requested them to refund the payment but today also they said that the work on site will start soon . when we request that we don’t want the flat now but to refund the payment they said for that they have to talk to there management.
we got stuck in this problem. we need a solution for this.
