Complaint Details:
Around three years back I had left my Maruthi 800 car (1990 Make) for whole body repainting and total repair of engine in Mandovi Motors, Goreguntapalya workshop, Bangalore 560022. After I left my car they informed that some spare parts were not available with them. So I personally purchased those spare parts outside and delivered them to the service station. If they had informed me earlier about the spare parts non availability, I would have left my car in some other service station.
Finally the car was delivered to me repainted, repaired and serviced with overall expenditure of upto Rupees 80000/=. It seemed to be in good condition at the time of delivery. When I saw inside the bonnet, I found there was a missing part i.e wiper assembly covering plate. I inquired in the service station about the missing plate, they did not take trouble to find it or provide a new plate. Though the plate cost is very less it took me three days to search that plate outside and fix it. After few months I did not find any good response from engine . Engine performance deteriorated day by day.
Later after one year of the repainting done I noticed small air bubbles emerging all around the body. I inquired with few other service stations about this matter. All of the painters mentioned that while repainting proper procedure has not been followed and adhered.
Later I wrote an email regarding the issue to the concerned person of Mandovi Motors and they sent their representatives. The representatives took photos of my car and said that they will get back to us with some solution. It has been almost a year from now that they have not responded to me about the solution.
