Complaint Details:
I received and email from J Prasad from Reliance Communication stating there is an outstanding balance of Rs.4400/-. It is rather very surprising to see this emàil as this connection was settled, closed and terminated almost six years back. Moreover, I still did not receive the refundable security deposit with Rs.2000/- and on top of it, there is this outstanding amount for a connection which is invalid.
Kindly look into this matter and guide me for the same.

TROUBLING COSTUMERS.
i bought pasonic 58”led tv from vijay sales, santacruz and i got delivery of sony 43”led tv after 5 days,
we informed the delivery person that this tv is not ordered by us so he said ok and took that tv with him.
after 3days our booked panasonic tv arrived but the technician was not available as per what was informed us.

now their bad service started from there on.
1) there comes 13 july but still no sign of technician.well over 7 days no sign of technician i called vijay sales again and they told me that the technician will come in 2 days but theirs no sign of him.

2) my mom calls them daily in these 10 days but we will send tomorrow, day after tomorrow and excuses goes on more than for 10 days.

3) now when my mom called the service team they again said that they would come till today …they are just giving false promises

4) when my mom said she will complaint about them regarding this. that time the lady said do whatever you want we dont care.

5) she has no manners how to talk to costmers. this way you are going to lose your customers. we wont recommend vijay sales to anyone from now on.

6) till now the installation is not been done.

-recharged for data bal on 17th july for the amount of Rs. 93 with the plan of 1 GB/day, got confirmation msg but still the plan was not activated and the entire main balance was deducted. this is not the first time
requested customer care center to register the complaint and refund the balance but they refused & cut the phone.

Dear Sir,
I have ordered Babes woman’s combo of 3 mojaries on date 07/07/17 by order no. 171-9805694-1012354. As my order wasn’t sent complete set of mojaries, I have returned the order and added my bank account for refunding the amount. But instead of submitted to my bank account your company shifted my refund amount to amazon account without my permission. This is totally illegal and the harassment to me who is your frequent customer. Therefore I request you to kindly refund my amount in my bank account, otherwise I have to move explore my further legal right as a customer. I hope amazon company will understand my problem and will refund my amount in my bank account.

I have raised the complain over my sony trinitron tv.. support person complain about eletricity point and took rs 200 for consulting. i hired the electrician and found no issue with electric point. Again i called back the service person and customer care both are saying we wont support product as its old tv. And they are suggesting we have to hire local person.
My question is
1)What is the point of buying branded product if there is no support.
2)How come a customer can be fooled saying we wont support our product. What kind of ethics you guys have to support customer.

Here i am abhay kumar a user of apps you need insurance company. i am really unsatisfied from your service i have claimed for my mobile phone which is in the period of insurance and i fulfilled all those needed details which the company wants from me but no reply is consumed to me.

I had purchased a IFB microwave oven on dated June 22nd 2017, but the product which was received was defected. (Defect- Vegitable is hot some time, and some time oven is not hot, and some sound was heared when oven is running, like two wire is touched). I had lodge a complain within 10 days of receipts of this item for return. i want to replace this item due to defected of this item, but no replacement was shown in Flipkart, then i go for for return.
That time flipkart said your return will process upto 3rd of July, but no one were came. i had lodge a complain again then you said for processing will be update upto 7th of July, but no one were came, but till date no one has came to resolve my problem.
Today i had call to filpkart with complain no. IN1707121631444671278 they said your querry was resolved on 11th July, but no one has came till date. What should i do
Today 20.07.2017 i had called to Customer care they said Tech has already visit and issue has been resolved.
How many times they replied with fake update.
