Recently I had hire zoomcar for just to drive 50-60km. First of all I had to fight very much to get approve my DL since they were rejecting saying duplicate licence to my original one. They have really worst car demage policy, even if you make a single tiny scratch they will charge you huge, Even if you do hard demage, You are going to regret in your life, that kind of charge they will put in. Though they will be claiming from the insurance. Basically you will lost your deposite as well, Either they will give you 10-15 back by applying many fake charges, something like cleaning, repair etc.etc. So never ever hire zoomcar. Not at all worth.

Complaint Details:
I have purchased Intex mobile handset from the site of Flipkart. 10 to 12 days mobile was working nice but after some days it is observed that the mobile speaker is not working, unable to listen music, ring, etc. And also handset getting switched off in the middle of communication, watching vdo, listening to mp3 songs, etc. We have already informed to Flipkart but there is no response.

Complaint Details:
The warranty of my desktop (Inspiron 660S, service tag 8ZWHBX1, express service tag 19585131157)is going to expire on 22 August, 2017. A request was made on July12 for the extension of the same in the support link provided. The next day, I received an automated reply from a person (Akshay.Hosatti@dell.com) without any body text in the mail and without any indication about what action has been taken.

After waiting for 6 days, I sent a reminder on July19 with copy to the warranty renewal team but no response has yet been obtained even after 19 days! Is this the kind of service your company provides the customers?

Please note that I shall be out of station from August 10 for about 10 days. If you decide to respond, the whole process (receiving a quotation, making payment and acknowledgment of warranty extension from your side) must be completed before I leave, otherwise it will not be possible for me to keep track of it at a later stage.

I had experience of such lack of promptness from the warranty team on an earlier occasion also.

Amt Rs399, thru ICICI credit card ( on line) abd transaction ID is JHMP5515674255 and payment confirmation ref is BR00008SZ32T.
Since my payment was not properly accounted and my mobile services were truncated, I lodged complaints by E mail to customer care and visiting Reliance digital store.
Service request no is SR00000BDN1O.
Received few massages that complaint is being resolved but till date not done.
My outgoing calls are stopped and so is data speed.
No refund received nor service restored. contact no 8095522640

I submit the phone samsung galaxy Y mobile in the MAA service center, kotla mubarak pur, delhi on 26.07.2017, and the executive told me that i will get a call from the samsung service center about the expenses in repairing the same, regarding the expense in the phone repair, but i didnt get any call and yesterday i got msg that my phone has repaired and collect the same, when they didnt ask me about the expenses accepted to me, whether i want to repair the same with the price, the charges they didnt told me, how come they can proceed further without my nod.

As per as my discussion with you on telecon we have captured in big case by trusting you guys as Sulekha being the registered firm .
I have registered from my mobile num 9910053808 for permanent maid services, I have got so many messages and call from sulekha last week from many agencies .

I have got call from numbers ie 8860440286, 9582233313 and they said they got my number from Sulekha, I asked for the commission rate and maid salary they have quoted RS 22000 and 4000 pm salary for maid after negotiation .

I have asked for documents they said they have all as they are part of sulekha only .

Now on Saturday they came to our house 1 is agent lady as Anita and 2nd is maid Manju jha with all papers and documents .

As they arrived at night 10 pm we told them in morning we will go for police verification at 7 am .that agent collected Rs 26000 from us and we left her to the bus stand for Anand vihar bus stand .

Manju jha was with us and we gave her bedding in drawing room . We were awake till 3 am and then slept in morning when we saw at 6 am all 5 locks of house were broken and she escaped . We have all cctv footages of her activities and she escaped at 4 am .

We have lodged the case and put all in media as well against Sulekha as well for the firm Komal which they said registered with you .

All documents news are attach, I request immediate refund of amount from you and investigation in this case otherwise we have to go legal against your company as well for trusting and fooling so many people as they are registered and got reference and our contact via your sites only, it is fooling all of us .

Immediate action and refund is needed within 24hours .

They have take our identity and will again misuse as they are doing with others who have trusted you, both numbers are ringing .

Complaint Details:
Worst servicing experience. Billing amount is very high as calculated or compare to other local service. Chain cover Rs.68 & the fitting labor charge was Rs. 85. Almost Rs.650 for engine Oil change. A lot of noise from bike while in 60 to 80 speed, but the engineer said it is the common thing for all bikes. Oil leakage problem from engine is only a normal thing for them.
I have a Thunderbird 350 & this is the failure concept from Royal enfield.
I suggest dont buy RE. Go for any other brand like Honda, Benelle, BMW, or Hero or TVS.
