31 July I booked a train ticket of three persons by using master card but from SBI account money debited three time. Even 2 time tickets do not booked, in final stage of booking there was not showing two lower seat availability.hence I cancelled final stage but I checked my account today and found money was debited three times. Please do some needful .

Please to arrange buying a ration things…to my resent of address in thuraiyur talc, trichy distric.

I have made a PAYTM transfer on INR 12000 in the 3 Denominations of INR 5000, INR 5000 & INR 2000 & the transaction reference numbers are 12637247562, 12637256998 & 12637268030 Respectively. The PAYTM account number to which this transfer has been made is 9211674968 (Ajay Pal).

This amount is neither reflecting in Ajay Pal’s account nor I have got the credit back. I have to repay Mr. Ajay Pal this amount once again in cash.

I am looking to get this amount back to me

Actually cheque has been issued on my name, But mehdipatnam branch staff has informed me after completion of validity of cheque. So later i gave a request letter to issue the cheque again. But till now i didnt get it. And again today i got a call from mehdipatnam brach that another cheque has been issued with my name amount 700 Rs on April. So again the cheque validity has completed. what is this ridiculous happening in mehdipatnam branch. The staff is very bad. Now who is responsible for my old cheque…

This is regarding my amazon Order # 407-7279976-6626719, I have purchased this order on 11 July 2017 and due to some technical problem with my order I decided to return the product to amazon. Due to this reason I have submitted return request from my amazon account within 10 days and the return was also accepted by amazon.

The return was accepted but they never send any executive to pickup the product and now when their 10 days return policy is expired they are denying to take the product back, This is not the 1st time I have faced pickup issue but this time they have crossed all limits.

Today instead of taking backup defective product within their 10 days return policy time they are now advising me to contact manufacturer.

They dont even care When I said we will contact consumer court, Please check the same and I am deeply requesting you to do the needful.

Hello,
Idea customer since last 5 years .
I want to register a complaint about my last billing charges which is 592 in total.
There was a data pack of 250rs activated on this no(+918419968484 ) and has not been activated by me. Because at the same time my phone was in service centre for repair and the sim card was with me without inserted in any other phone.
I had registered a complain about this and customer care representative said that problem will be resolved in 1 hr but it has not been resolved yet and the data charges are added in my bill .
My total bill for the month July(i.e 24/6/2017 to 23/7/2017) should be 251 excluding gst and including gst it comes 296.18.
I had sent an email few days before, called om customer care no and filed a complaint and also visited idea customer care service centre but got no response from any of them.
I want someone to looks into this otherwise I won’t pay the bill and if you are going to disconnect my sim card then I will have to file a complaint in consumer court because I have all the required proofs.
The time when the data pack got activated was 6.14 pm on 14july 2017. And I got my headset back at around 6.45 ..

My Smart card number is 10033052589. I am a HD customer .On

02/08/17(to day) from sun direct they came and replaced the set top box

saying that they are replacing the box for they want to add some more

channels.

After fixing the new box i told the person that the picture clarity is very bad

and the vision is blurred and i was not able to read even the small letters

appearing since the clarity is that bad.

I rang up their customer care . They asked me to ring up Area distributor

then that person to the person who had fixed.

In the meantime a message came that my complaint is resolved.

when was it resolved? I asked for my old set top box, they never replied.

In this situation i feel it is better to come out of Sun direct instead of

making calls to different persons with no solution .
