Complaint Details:

My Food card had stopped working long ago due to some issues going on then with HDFC internal server because of which the card was blocked. I had complained to change my card and it was also processed but the card never reached me.

I have 2000/- blocked in it. Can somebody provide me with a POC with whom should i talk about this? I need to get this resolved asap.

i would like the amount to be refunded to my account and a new Food Plus Card generated against my account

I had lunch in Non ac restuarant at Vrundas ( R K Entriprise), Behind Ajanta Talkies, Gulmohar Road, Borivali( W), Mumbai 400092 Ph 28921415, 28931415 GSTTIN 27AZGPM9852K1ZN on 09Aug17 at 1.43 pm.

I was charged 18% GST i.e SGST 9% AND CGST 9%, i argued with the cashier that as per GST rules in NON AC it is 12 %, he insisted that our is AC and NON AC Restuarant, so we charge all customers at 18%, i.e whether they sit in AC or NON AC.

This is incorrect, request you to please do an inspection at their site and make necessary notification and fine the restaurant if necessary for overcharging. Also check if they are paying GST to GOVT. at 18%.

Complaint Details:

I recharged the plan of Rs.399 on 2 August, 2017 on our Jio no. 8076532941 via My Jio App.Our amount was deducted from the account but the recharge was unsuccessful.
Till date, I’ve already contacted your concerned advisors 5 times.They always give different explanations and falsely assure that the amount will be reflected back in my account within 7 days(the ‘ seven working days has already been completed today’).
I’m highly unsatisfied by your service regarding this.At least, the assurance must be self-explanatory. I’m yet to get an assured and satisfactory action regarding my problem from your part.

This has to be undoubtedly the worst bank ever.. I don’t know if the staff is slacking all the time or not, but my personal experience with this bank is terrible and I would never recommend this bank to anyone who wants to open an account. The lowest level of service any monetary institution could ever offer.
It literally takes them 50 days to deliver an ATM Card for them.. Thinking of shutting my account..

No progress for my Term policy till yet
and for my medical policy STAR has send me official letter saying i have not declared pre disease for my wife so they are cancelling policy of my wife and issuing policy for other member. First thing is i have declared at time of taking policy, its policy bazaar agent who have not mentioned. When i got policy i informed them that how can STAR issue policy without medical test where my wife has low HB issue. So the agent ask from me document. So where is my fault. How can insurance company send me such letter. I am going to reply them also. There are saying to return money on prorata basis. I dont know about policy and they are talking about returning money on prorata basis. Really first time i used policy bazzar service and it was worst experience. Please help me to cancel my policy and return my money i don want any relation with policy bazzar nor STAR also my Term policy has taken too long more than month so no relation with TATA also.

Please please arrange my money back.

This is to raise a complaint against the customer care executives who were irresponsible with the activation of a postpaid connection we have taken on last Saturday (05/08/2017). They have informed us that connection will be activated on the same day. But still its not activated. In between we have complained against the same case 4-5 times to the same customer care section. When we called they informed that the concerned person will reach for a verification but till now they haven’t sent anyone to our office. As we are running a firm, this is very urgent to get activated soon. we are irritated by the behavior of the customer care executives and it degrade the brand name of Vodafone also. Please do the needful otherwise we will raise another complaint to the higher authority.

I submitted my product at Hyderabad, vanastalipuram branch at 3rd of aug 2017 to Karimnagar as an emergency for 1 day delivery and today is 9th of aug and still my product is not delivered and when I contacted the Karimnagar branch they are telling me to come and take the delivery and go. Worst reply by your authorities. I want a serious explanation and immediate action against it. Thank you.

Scam or fraud: Kandoi Bhogilal Mulchand Sweets — food quality and selling bad sweets affecting health

Kandoi Bhogilal Mulchand Sweets are selling Kaju Katri which is very old packed in a box which is not eatable and charging high amount for sweets. This has happened many times with me. They are busy counting cash and dont entertain complain but offer a replacement. They are playing with customers health. I strongly recommend that Health and safety division please do a check on all their items in a lab test. Recently in this Rakshabandhan i had bought some sweets – Kaju Katri which was completely unhealthy, spoilt and not eatable out of the box and it was sticky oily and smelly.

Please RAID this guys and have them stop selling this dangerous sweets to the public
