Complaint Details:

Following error is occurring while fund transfer by other bank to BOB saving account no:- 26140100034064.

Error is showing as account is blocked or frozen.

But, status of bob saving account is showing as account is Active. But at the time of fund transfer from another bank to bob saving account it shows error as account is blocked or frozen.

I’ve already resubmitted Aadhar Card photocopy and pancard photocopy in Silvassa branch on 19.07.17.
Account opening date is 20.05.17.But till date account is not fully activated.Error is occurring while fund transfer by other bank to BOB saving account .

I had ordered for gala spin mop few days back, and after one day I got updated message lik its dispatched after that got message out for delivery, we were waiting full day for the product but no one came to deliver.. At end of the day its updated like delivery attempted…Like this happened thrice for me in 4 days.. Very carelessness…I had called customer service twice still no actions from them…

With reference to your job number 2122303081729636827 dated 4/8/2017 against repairing (Display Problem) of my YU 4711 (Black) mobile I faced a horrible experience at your service center at Kolkata, near Jatin Das park Metro Station, Kolkata. Against your Job number I got a message from service center that my mobile is ready for collection. I went on 8/8/2017 at your center and Came to know that the service Engineer have not done any thing against the problem ( Power does not switch on) of my mobile. Even after any repairing they made a false claim against repairing of said Mobile. Next day I got the same message that my mobile is ready. But unfortunately I came to know they have closed the previous job number and created another job order number on 9/8/17 against repairing of my mobile. So that indicates that previous job number ( 2122303081729636827 dated 4/8/2017) is null & void . To day I got message that plz make service feed back against my previous job number. What is going on? is it realy a star company or fake company? plz do the needful as earliest possible. I made a great mistake to purchase the YU mobile

Dear NHAI officials,

Kindly note that NH-47 in Tamilnadu passing though from Salem to Chengapalli Km 0+00 to Km 100+00 is not properly maintain by the O&M contractor, lots of damages, damaged crash barriers, road signs, milestones, are not yet rectified, also service roads are joined in Main carriageway at many places without any approval from NHAI or concerned authorities, illegal crossing in many places. Illegal joining Service roads to MCW lot places. Also lot of encroachments is encroached so many Govt lands, but the officials are not attending any of these things. They only collecting the Tolls from the Vehicles. At least 15 days ones they visit the entire road, then only they can come to know the status of road.

Dear Concern,

I would like to bring your attention regarding on serious & common problem with Ford Ecosport. The clutch become quit harder and its not working properly. This is third time I am facing this issue with cluch plate and last two times I paid 36000 rupees and Ford changed my clutch plat every time. This happened again and I am not going to pay another 18000 rupees for the same cause.
I very frustrated with faulty CAR and its parts and I have lost my all confidence with this Car and Ford.
Every time I hear from service center that I don’t know proper driving, you use clutch too much and company told they wont pay for it and I should bear the expenses.

I drive my car single handed around 28000 km till date. I have decades years of driving experience and driven more than 20 lakh km and have not faced similar issues in other cars but service center clowns had the nerve to blame to me for the clutch problem. This is definitely a case of faulty clutch plates. Kindly help me in this case as the replacement charges are very high and fault is not on my side.

I think there is drastically some problem in ecosport clutch, as i see so many owners are complaining about clutch problem. Now this is the time company has to seriously look into the matter rather pointing fingers on the customers. Its better to recall and check for the problem.

I know very well you guys would not be surprised to see this email because same issue already raised by many customers & you guys are master and know how to handle your customers. You should try to investigate the problem in proper manner instead of start point out and blame game with your customers. This type of unprofessional and arrogant attitude definitely will affect your business sooner or later. I am going to share some data here and see how you guys are serious and capable to resolve your customer complaints.

The customers would not expect this kind of response from such good reputed company.

Please share your grievance to the MD email id is nothing but an eye wash and all the communication remains in the cold storage without any action. Inaction will substantiate this inference and must be shared with masses at large this inaction as an evidence.

I request you to please study and revert immediately if at all you have concern for your customers or else will be assumed that you are requesting me to take up the matter with masses at large through print and electronic media and also to initiate legal action under specific sections suitable for customer rights.

Hi my name is mukesh kumar yadav and I booked wr-v from pearl honda sector 53 gurgaon and I cancelled the booking within a week and it’s been more than a month or I guess 45 days and I haven’t received my cheque till today and every time I call them they use to give me time for some other day like this Saturday then Monday then Wednesday it seems like they are taking us on a ride and not willing to pay my refund cheque of 10k. Don’t they have 10k in their account to pay my cheque. So now if I won’t get my cheque in next 24 hours i’m going to file a complaint in consumer court day after tomorrow so this is the last time i’m contacting you guys.
