I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-2999/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. hdfc customer rang information .. i also got a call from one assist team. They convinced to take this plan, i don’t even know about the company and this kind of unsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want you to cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible.

Please deactivate ONE ASSIST PLAN and refund my money ASAP

Top up was done on 25th June through on line for 84days package Rs.309 within few days asking me to recharge & my service was stopped on 4th July after complaining to u it was cleared only on 8th July. Out of 84 days already 4days no service in July, only by September 16th from June 25 th 84 days again asking me to recharge now, only 43 days are over.

as admission.then i got into financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class of frankfinn..I told to center head to refund my fees but centre head.told that you will not get any money . what shoud I do kindly suggest me and healp me to get back my money

Hello concern, I would like to lodge a complaint against inTarvo technologies due to delay in my PF withdrawal. I have applied for withdrawal EPF and submitted duly signed hard copy of Form 19 and 10C and all supporting docs to employer inTarvo but no any responce from last 2 years. Let me just highlight the pertinent facts:

A. Order placed on June 29, 2017 for two identical items and payment made: was indicated that the order would be shipped in 14-21 days.

B. No update received by July 20, the end of the 21 day period. No number to reach them on (their website does not have a contact number and the number that a Google search yields is unreachable) and prior e-mails dated July 17 and 18 enquiring about the status of the order continue to remain unanswered (apart from the automated ‘we will revert’ responses).

D. An email indicating that legal action will be taken is sent by me on July 20 and a response is received from Elitify on July 21 indicating that the order has been handed over to their shipping partner for delivery.

E. The order is received on July 27. However, when the package is opened, only one of the items ordered and paid-for is in the package. My emails over July 29 and 31 requesting for an update on the other paid-for item go unanswered.

F. On August 10, an email is sent from Elitify indicating that the second item can not be delivered and that money will be refunded. I immediately respond asking them to kindly process the refund. Am now awaiting a refund and keeping my fingers crossed.

Net net, please order at your own risk and if you have unending amounts of patience. To me, the whole exercise reeks of dishonesty and malafides – never going to shop from them again.

My shipment of credit card from standard chartered bank from navi mumbai dated 03/08/2017 airway bill no. Is 34355071656 to jaipur. Address is same as delivery address on shipment . Status on tracker is un deliverd shipment held on location, prior it status is receiver address is incomplete, on dated 10/08/2017 . When i call to call center system says this no. Is not exist. No any call came from service provide ( blue dart ) while my phone no. Is noted on it.
And before it in the month july same bank was send me courier on same address.
There is 7 days go pass no any information of my shipment. I am also send mail to customer care, but they did not solve the problem .

Maternity Claim due since 8 months

Hi

This is regarding maternity claim 25-30 times i have called/Messages mediasisst for amount still not received.Maternity Claim Bills could not be cleared till date.
Claim number : MDI.3076924 : I have not receive my claim amount of RS. 25420/-

i have escalated the issue still no response. Please help me to receive my claim amount as soon as possible. This is a case of mental torture.

Scam or fraud: Pai International — complaining about ac installation and service

I purchased Samsung 1.5T 5 star inverter AC from PAI International, Nizampet Hyderabad branch in the last week of January 2017. After paying the advance, due to shortage of stock they had delivered us the instrument in the 3rd week of February(due to which i lost 15 days of warranty on instrument). For installation, the branch people sent me a third party technician (who is not a PAI trained technician) for installation. Due to his inefficiency, the machine was not properly installed and the GAS which is present in the condensor was leaked due to which we are not able to enjoy the cooling. For this I’ve started calling Customer care regularly for about 4-5 days and finally after so many struggles they sent an company trained technician due to which we came to know the actual reason for not working of our AC. He fixed the issue and after using it for 3 months, we started facing the same issue, i again started calling the CC guys.

What I’m trying to say is PAI is maintaining some 3rd party inefficient staff due to which installations are not properly done. I’ve sent an email to report against that technician. Immediately after receiving the mail one guy called me and asked about details of that technician. Staff is irregular, Customer care is not very responsive.After raising a complaint we have to follow-up with them until our issue was resolved. Most importantly they are not sending any confirmation SMS to the registered mobile number once a complaint has been raised.

I then decided NOT to recommend PAI Electronics to my friends and colleagues.
