Company’s product and company is 420 (fraud) handset Q465 jab se liya tab se aaj take kaafi complaints Maine service center, call center par e_mail, ragistry post aadi bibhinn tarike se km kintu mere handset me as rahi kamiyo km koi samadhan nahi had hai. Isko lagbhag 9 maah se adhik km samay ho gaya hai. Sabhi jhoot bolkar baat ko talne ka kaam kar rahe hain.

I have made 3 on line transfers on 9th August 2017 for the amounts Rs 30000/-each through my SB a/c 018510011000180.In that 2 are credited to the destination bank account but one transaction was not completed and the amount was deducted from my account .The amount was not credited back back to my SB account 018510011000180 as the transaction was failed.

Written complaint was given to the SB account holding branch at Andra bank /Akkayyapalem branch Visakhapatnam.

Request to review and get the amount transferred to the SB account

Hi Team,

I had booked a package to Dargeling, Pelling, Gangtok and Kalimpong for 7 days. I had the worst service any company has provided so far.

When I reached Bagdogra airport, I was promised, according to my itinerary that I will get swift desire car or similar for my transport, but turned out I got an almost broken without AC sumo which had at least 5 puncture and almost was on the verge of breaking down.

After the hard journey from Bagdogra to Darjeeling. I see that my rooms were not confirmed in Darjeeling. I stood for 2 hours in the cold outside the hotel, but your people started disconnecting my calls. I literally begged the hotel owner to confirm my booking as it was too late and too cold outside.He took pity on me and provided the room. The rooms provided was very bad and difficult for bachelors to stay also, but I had to stay with family having no other option. Even worse, I had booked for MAP which included both breakfast and dinner. But I never got any breakfast nor dinner throughout my trip for seven days. I had to pay from my pocket even after paying 100% of my package beforehand only.

According to my package toy train ride was supposed to be provided, but the agent Riya and Gaurav kept on promising she will arrange for it before she started ignoring my calls and later I was forced to pay from my pocket.

Next day morning I was supposed to be taken for sightseeing to Tiger Hill, But the cab driver asked for 1500 Rs as make my global trip had not transferred the taxi guys their money. I was forced to pay again.

We were transferred to Pelling again in the worst possible Sumo. There I find out that the room was provided, but again, no food arrangements were made. I had to pay from my pocket again.

The fourth day I was transferred to Kalingpong even though my litenary stated I am supposed to go to Gangtok, as Riya had messed up in booking the hotel rooms due to which I had to travel to West Bengal to Sikkim and again from Sikhim to West Bengal and back to Sikhim wasting almost one and half day in traveling.

In Kalingpong again, I was given a room which was the servant quarters for the hotel employees. The normal room was not confirmed so the hotel owner allowed me to stay in the servant quarters. They had no idea I was coming or any booking was made, hence they could not offer any other room. All because Riya and Gaurav failed to confirm my booking before I reached there even after taking full package amount.

The Next day I was shifted to Gangtok. The real problem started then. Again, no food arranged. The bonus here was they did not arrange the cab also. They asked me to pay 4000 to the cab driver to take me to Natula pass. Even though my package included the cost of the permit and travel to Natula. After that when I asked them to refund my money they canceled my taxi service for next three days. I had to make my own arrangements. I have already complained against RIYA, Gaurav and Make My Global Trip making each of you party in Sikkim tourism department in MG Marg. I have also complained in Bengal tourism department in Kolkata Airport.

Now in Bangalore, I will lodge a complaint against your company and make sure I will get justice from consumer court as I had to pay for everything by myself even after booking and paying the full amount in advance.

I will give you twenty-four hours to reply to this email and provide my refunds as per my lawyer’s guidance before filing an FIR and sending a summons so that I can fight for justice if you fail to reimburse my loss.

I really feel bad that you are running a fraud company and looting innocent tourist. Once the tourist makes a full payment you people vanish without receiving their calls and avoiding them totally after you get the amount in hand.

I will post by worst experience with MAKE MY GLOBAL TRIP in as many travel websites possible as I don’t want any other tourist to be cheated by you and your company the way I was cheated.

I board the bus on time and they have informed me that bus will reach mananthavady at early morning 4.30. So I set the alarm at 4 o clock and went for sleep. I woke up at 4 and saw bus passed mananthavady and reached kalpetta somewhere. I asked driver why nobody informed me about the destination passed. So he told me he thought all have to go calicut so they didn’t stopped at mananthavady. I have asked him the trip sheet and in that clearly mentioned my name with mananthavady as stop. I asked driver how will i go back to mananthavady at this early morning. He told me take bus from kalpetta and go. If that is the case why should i need to book bus. This is very disappointing. Also he asked me to get down from the bus. Even i didn’t had any money with me. He told go ATM and get it. I stepped into kalpetta at early morning 4. The bus went. I asked some people there for ATM and they showed me some. I went for money at all ATM and all was empty cash. I have no other option to go mananthavady. So I took a room and stayed at kalpetta. Morning 9.30 went to bank for taking cash and reached mananthavady at 11. It was my first SRS journey and it will be the last. Poor service. Lost time. Lost money. All because of poor service. I can share this incident to all my friends and social media so that at least few can escape from tragedy.

I bought a Motorola G4plus phone a year back.All though there were no major issues in the beginning I had noticed that there was a small issue i.e., screen retention/shadow display for which I have it for service to the authorised service centre three months back during the warranty period.Once I got back the phone with a replaced touch panel I was facing issue with headphone jack not working and also ghost touch for which I again have the phone for service.Although they replaced the headphone jack the issue of ghost touch had not been resolved for which I had to give it to service once again since it was still in the warranty period.
Till date the issue has not been resolved although I got back the device within two days saying that the issue has been solved with a software issue.
I am facing multiple issues with the phone like these for the past few months even though none of those issues are from my end. Even after visiting the service centre couple of times there is no solution from their end.I hope to get a permanent solution for the issue.
