Yesterday I’ve made payment for my CAR Insurance renewal with TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE CO. thro’ my ICICI net banking, the amount was deducted (Transaction success) from my bank A/C, but no renewal happened & I spoke to Tata Aig General Insurance Co. they said that no payment received, I don’t know what to do? either the amount/payment should go to beneficiary or it should be reversed(credited) to my A/C, I am really afraid of this transaction, also it is a non-value added activity, this incident forced me to rethink about cashless transactions. I am really annoyed by this hopeless e-transactions.

Hi,

My complain is regarding this order which i have placed with Amazon India.

I have not received the send product in this order
The complain is regarding the second item “Eureka Forbes Easy Clean”

I made this online purchase from Australia to be delivered to Indian address

The order has not been received neither has anyone come for a delivery on
3rd of December 2017 . My order status is showing the person has come for
delivery on 3rd of December which is wrong as expected delivery was awaited
at the address but no one came. In this regard my father twice had a
telephonic conversation with customer care operator but he doesn’t seem to
really interested in solving the matter and saying that the parcel has been
delivered . If that is the case who has signed on the received delivery
document and where is that.

I send mail to the seller regarding this matter but i have not received any
reply .

i send a mail to Cs-reply@amazon.in but not of any help

Can you please check the status and immediate deliver the product

Hi,
Three week ago I had given complain that mine mobile balanced cut without talk and than resolved. Now I filled 220 rupees talk time to my wife mobile no. 9631137815. The next day without talking they nil the account balance on 12/7/2016.

This is very dangerous practice. We had medical emergency in home and she is not able to call anywhere although she had balance. Only due to airtel fraud we have to suffer immensely.
I wanted to know what is the solution for these kinds of fraud everyday we have to deal with. Than wasting time and our money and resources. Seriously these companies are made for doing this.

Scam or fraud: Near Patas Toll Plaza Pune Solapur Highway — Air pollution and very strong unbearable smell

I always use to travel by pune to solapur(maharashtra) and after leaving the hadapsar there comes the toll naka, as you can feel that as soon as you leave the toll naka the very disgusting smell/odour starts.. It smells So strong that even you can feel it inside a full closed vehicle.. After the toll naka for next 10 minutes, approximately for 7, 8 km the smell gets strong and strong… Everytime i pass through there i HAVE to hold my breath as long as possible in leaps, one of my friend felt strong sudden headache.. So i kindly request government entities to investigate about it and to eliminate it.. I don’t know which exact company emitting that smell and i HAVE described the area.. Thank you..

I get call from quickjobzz about job opportunity at overseas and ask to payment for interview and registration, so i make payment but in 24 hrs. I ask them to refund my payment and cancel my registration, but they refuse to give refund and my they keep my registration on hold.
Even they don’t given me the invoice.

Scam or fraud: Meru Cabs — Wrong billing

I travelled from airport to virupakshapura today 2.30 am which is 27kms. As per the Meru rates from the web it came to 23*22+88 = rs 594. The metered bill showed rs 772, driver asked me for rs 1000 and when I asked why 1000 when meter shows 772, I haven’t upgraded the meter, Meru charges has increased for mid night. Had a long fight asking him to show rule book etc, finally he took rs 800 and left scolding bad words. He also drove overspeed and roughly there was 22 times warning voice. When I ask for the invoice he was giving manual bill and not from Meru saying print is not working. I couldn’t get any of his number. Could you please let me know what is the price for the distance I travelled and what actions will be against such cheat drivers and breaking traffic rules.? Also toll booth fees was paid by me.

I booked a redme 3s prime but my phone after unboxing since first not charging.. And customer support now says that they cant pick up the phone from my delivery address. I have to send it by my own expense. How it should possible. It is loss of my money and working time. Customer support also sent me at exclusive customer service centre for knocking the incident and then i called again for request register the replacement complain with the job sheet no. But here they create a more pressure, as They mentioned a 72 hours period for courier it.. I am not at front of the phone. I came outstation.. How it is possible to courier it within the mentioned time period . And it is their manufacturing fault and for them why I have to sufferer by paying advance the sum of 9000 by online for the phone? Please suggest me if possible.

I had purchased Acer ES1-571-P4ZR laptop on 25/09/2016 and it was promised to me the kit will be dispatched within 12 days but this was not. Then I went to the shopping mall and was informed the kit has not reached yet and expected to be delivered in next 7 days. It’s been 1 month from the last conversation and I have not got any revert from them. Also I would like to inform this product was miss sold to me as when I was purchasing the laptop, I asked the sales person there, that is it Diwali offer or not as I was looking for best offer and I was informed the Diwali offer has been started, but this was wrong. As when I visit there to enquire about my Accessories Kit in Diwali time, I saw the price of the same Laptop has been reduced by 2500. It’s a huge loss for me.
