Scam or fraud: PayTM Mobile Solutions — Non refund of money while transfering to bank

Complaint Details:
I tried to do prepaid mobile recharge of Rs. 199 but the payment deducted from my bank account & recharge not done. After some days I got refund of Rs. 199 in my paytm wallet, but there is an option of return to bank in paytm wallet. I clicked on that option of return to bank & followed further procedure but even after 10 days I didn’t get refund of Rs. 199 in my bank account. I followed them several times by mailing & calling them but they didn’t picked the call & don’t even replied to my mail. Now there is NO record of that transaction shown on paytm. Kindly take suitable action

Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

Scam or fraud: Union Bank Of India — UPI transaction failed

I did transaction through UPI android app, and it was failed at 6th Dec 2016 03:00 PM. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website (CaseID: 19210656), but not getting any response. Even I talked two times to call center people. once they told “you will get money within 24 hours” and second time they told “call center cam not help for case of UPI transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only.”

In Union bank UPI app, there is a page of complaint status, but no option to submit complaint. I have that screenshot, will share on demand.

Then I send mail to customercare@unionbank on same day, now its over 2 days but not get a single response. Even, I have sent mail to mbteam@unionbankofindia.com with required app screenshots, but from them also not got a single response.

I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common man’s problem. Else, I would have to twit to #PMO #RBI #Unionbankofindia, will be my last option along with all attached proof.

I have bought a tommy hilfiger watch in 31st july, 2015 and paid the warranty for 5 years. But the watch is troubling me for the past 8 months. i have submitted the watch to 3 service centers and they all have kept it for 2 months each at their service center saying we have to send this to bangalore and get it repaired. But all the times i have taken it back its still doesn’t work.

I have almost paid 9000/- for this watch but not even a month it has given me the satisfaction. I have again submitted the watch in world of titan at kottivakam, chennai on nov 20, but till now no once has even responded to me even though i have called your customer center plenty number of times.

I am fed up with this worst ever service from such an esteemed organisation.

i had one of your assistant ROSE calling me up for repair but how many times ever i call her up she is not lifting the call.

Please help me in this regard. the watch is just lying the service center just from last 15 days but no yet response.

Dear Team,

I raise complain with two Issue…

1. I able to login with my UAN ID and password. But I can download UAN card but Passbook not showing after clicking “Download Passbook”. I already trying to contact at 1800118005, but this line always busy. I also rise the issue in PF office through mail ID- uanepf@epfindia.gov.in on 27th nov, but still I don’t get response form EPF Organisation. My UAN No. 1004 7283 9716, Name-Maksud Midday.

2. My current PF No.- MH/BAN/125635/20075, PF amount deducted from my end= Rs. 1380/month, Date of Joining= 1st July 2016. Name= Maksud Midday. But PF amount not showing in portal to know my UAN No.

Above Rs. 35, 000 available in PF fund, but due to so poor response from Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation. I am not able to view my money.

Please help me to access my money…

Sir, on 29 november i added 10, 000 rupees in my paytm wallet from my bank of patiala account, after that i wanted to return that money to my bank account and i clicked on return to bank, amount deducted from paytm wallet but not deposited inmy bank account, today is 8 december and still amount is not deposited, wallet shows transaction successful.i mailed to paytm care every time they reply with same mail copying and paste saying it normally take 2-3 days .but it has been 9 days.please solve my problem as soon as possible
