Hi,
I had ordered Xiaomi REDMI NOTE 3 from Amazon.Please find detailed bill attached for reference.
Order number – 402-9734844-3345914
Phone ordered – 10th Oct 2016
Phone received – 13th Oct 2016

Within 20 days the phone gave problems.I called Amazon they said you need to go to Xiaomi for the complaint.
I gave my phone for servicing on 5-11-16
problem – not getting charged, volume button not working, phone started hanging

I guess the issue was resolved and i received my phone back on 12-11-16.

Within 2 days it started hanging i.e on 15-11-16
I had to give my phone again for servicing on same day and received it back on same day

Again after 20 days i.e on 7-12-16 phone started hanging, touch pad was not working, main screen keys not working.

Are we fools to pay such a huge amount and get such third class phone?How am i supposed to work if the phone is not working in every 15 days?

Please take care of this issue and get my phone replaced asap.

I hope you guys dont check my patience any more because i have been patient since last 3 months and now I cant.

I vaibhav Vishwakarma owner of Vision Earth Realtors had uing your Hathway internet Connection from 7/9/2016 In mid of October and November due to there technical issues we are unable to use there Internet Connection. We were requested a complaint against this and also visited in there office in Lower Parel as they committed that whatever’s days you are unable to give service the same days you will give Extend days of using on my hathway account My Business is running on internet basis and i had suffered from a big loss i dont have any other connection.
Now my last date is over and without my extend periods you had stopped my internet connection. Its an request you to please extend my connection immediately those they were unable to give service.
Iam very Disappointed and totally unsatisfy.

I shabana Nasreen beg to state you that I have completed my M.A.history from Maulana Azad National Urdu University through distance mode in the year 2012. My study centre was The Muslim Institute Kolkata.
Now I have taken admission to B.ed course under University of calcutta. For registration in the said course I am asked to submit a letter of recognition to the study centre THE Muslim Institute Kolkata by UGC.
My former university that is MANUU is saying that there is no such provision.
On this basis university of calcutta has been rejected my admission to the B.ed course. My semester examinations are ahead. I have already made all the possible arrangements to save my admission but all invain.
This complaint is my last hope. I wish if you could save my admission.

I was adding Rs. 500/- into my paytm wallet from Gift Card no.4233 6401 1523 9026, instead of adding the amount it deducted the amount from the card and two messages flashed that you have successfully made purchase of Rs. 500/- to PAYTM mobile solutions and another message was made payment to ONE97 COMMUNICATION LTD-P. I have not purchased or made any payment.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount as soon as possible.

I usually don’t review products. But for Jodhpuri.net I must review, so that people should stay away from such a fraud company.

I placed order on 4th August for 2 console table, the cost of each console table was Rs. 6749/-. Total amount paid is Rs. 13498/- & received order confirmation letter from them. After 5 days exactly on 9th August they sent me what’s up message that they have increased the product price so I have to pay more Rs. 5000/- extra. which was ethically very wrong. But my money Rs.13498/- was stuck with them so I agreed to pay Rs. 5000 more. They agreed to deliver the product on September 5, 2016. After repetitive follow up & phone calls they delivered the product on September 24, 2016. One product was fully damaged & broken. So after sending pictures to them & repetitive phone calls they agreed to pick up 1 console table which they did it on October 25th, 2016. Out of 2, I have 1 console table with me which has started to break apart. This is not solid wood furniture at all. Today is 5th December, 2016 & after repetitive phone calls, they are least bothered. It has been more than 4 months my money is stuck with them. Till date December 5th they have not given me any product exchange or have not returned my money.
So be careful while placing orders for any products with Jodhpuri.net. They are big cheats. Their products looks attractive on line by the pictures posted.

Another point to remember is that they don’t have any manufacturing unit. They give their orders outside.

Never buy anything from Jodhpuri.net they will hoard your money and you will be at their mercy forever for delivery. In return you will get cheap product which is not at all solid wood. Owner Aayush Agarwal will never pick up your phone calls & their so called employee would raise their voice while talking. Never came across such a fraud company. This company is not for online shopping but to loot money from the customer.

I would like to inform you that i placed order dated.27.11.2016 but item was useless i sent mail with image then they did not revert .Many times i tried to contact them but no one picked the phone and no one replied on mail.
On dated.26.12.2016 they sent a mail for refund the jackets.I have sent all damage jacket but still did not received refund.
