Complaint Details:
I did a transaction of adding Rs 5000/- to my Payton wallet account held on mobile no. 9779750686 on 08 Dec 2016 at 09:57AM through net banking from PNB account vide order no. 2340353099. The transaction failed as per Paytm notification though it was successful as per the bank notification. The amount was immediately debited to my bank account but the same has not been credited to the wallet so far nor the same has been refunded to the bank account. The issue remains unresolved despite my having raised ticket on the same day. It is really strange that Paytm dealing with huge money transactions of the public has no customer care number where customers can get to talk about their complaints with their executive. It is not understood as to how RBI has permitted them to do this financial business in such a casual manner. I request for an early resolution of my complaint.

Sir, I’m kindly informing to you that.We are (more than 250 peoples)attended nsdc’s inventory clerk Etc. Courses but no result was came & no training was given. The refund Amt was auto debited by them. They also involved with corruption in the process as we see. I’m also complained & argued so many times with your executor no USE. Please take care of it. It is a life of more than 250 peoples and more than 1500000? is corrupting. Please please react to it at least replay to it

Hi. I tried booking my bus ticket on 6/12/2016 paying through freecharge wallet.Even though the transaction failed, it was deducted from my wallet. I even got the cash back. The next day I recharge my phone for which I even got a recharge successful message but no amount was actually credited to my mobile. Order id:8417912 for the bus booking and order id:FCVA161207528920637 I’ve tried reaching your customer care through all medias, only to fail. All I get is an automated response saying agents will call but its been almost 3 days. The least you’ll can do is tell me the status of my transaction.

I have a Docomo number 40-65966007. I have been billed incorrectly and have been charged more money with out an explanation . I have contacted Docomo several times and also escalated the same to all levels but no response yet. This is an on going issue since August 2016. Their collections has been harassing me . Hi Sir,

There is one person who occupies the space near plot 22A Genpact office and running an illegal parking business.

He charges Rs. 50/- per car for 12 hours. There is no official board which shows if it is legal parking authorized by Govt.

Even the charges of Rs. 50/- for 12 hour are also very high. I am not sure who is looking into this or from where the charges and authenticity can be confirm for this.

Vendors from tamilnadu, dont trust this office, akbar and hakkim are frauds cheaters, This is not a constant company, they dont have good clients but they outsourcing projects and they will tell invested in lakhs and get their projects but that is lies. so they using your office and employees for them work after 3 months they never give you amount and said they met loss. so with out proper aggrement dont start work.

if you doing work with them please stop immediately and get assurance to your payment.

I don’t get any response till date by mail or call. i hope you have planned to send bills. i have paid advance for unbilled amount as well. I have ordered (Order no.-CIN645271) 5 london look printed cotton shirt and received on 8 dec 2016 but the color was different that on the website, poor quality clothes, stitch and hassle in return policy. very bad company. Please do not buy any kind of goods from this company.Now I want to return the shirts and refund my amount as soon as possible.

I am sai gopal ranjan dash currently living in bangalore.

I have paid 750/- for email jobs in Mahalaxmi jobs(nagpur) in the account of BOI which was in the name of dinesh keshwani(31650100000016) and immediately after some time when i called to the mention no. 8149225738(Named Renu) he spoke in rude way and didn’t made me understand the job properly and disconnected the call.Then after that he only told me cancel the Id and told me that he will pay me double amount and doesn’t require me to continue and told my ID allotted to someone else.He told me that after 1 month he told the money will be refunded on 8th dec but whole day i waited but nothing got.Then i have tried to reach on the no. but got disconnected all the time.

I have tried to reach over SMS and told that if i will not get my money back the will take legal and social media way to get the money.

But i got a mail from advocatekeshwani32@gmail.com about that mahalaxmi jobs will take action against me and threaten me sue in court and will recover 25k.

Now i feel should get this to your notice and request you to help me.

This not the matter of 750/- but like me no other person should be treated.
