Complaint Details:
Some abnormal noise was observed from the engine, when I went to the authorised workshop to solve this issue they ask to leave the bike as it was a time consuming process. For Three days the bike was there at the service station and every day when I use to visit there they use to say that it will take more time.
Finally on third day when I visit the work station they said that the bike is ready. But when I checked the bike the clutch was too loose/ free and was not in working condition. When I enquired about the same the mechanic said that the clutch wire needs replacement, which was perfectly fine at the time I submitted my bike with them. The manager then looked into and got the clutch wire replaced. The front number plate was also broken when I received my bike. During the time of delivery there was also no engine oil in the engine and they poured about 700ml engine oil in front of me. If this type of recklessness is there at the authorised service centre then I think I should prefer going to a local mechanic.

Recently bought panasonic eluga mk II. Specifications were very attractive but when phone received it was bundle of errors. Just want to return the phone but customer care executive are behaving like road side Chinese product vendors. Goods once sold cannot be returned. The manner they talk with customer is really disturbing. Now they have turned into ‘dada’ because the company thinks it is a online shopping giant now. Totally disappointed with flipkart in my shopping experience.

This is my 10 th complaint (4 times on email and 5 times over the phone so far) regarding the same product, which should ring an alarm bell at your office.
The reference number for my order that I placed on April 1, 2016 is MK149050cozy027
I cancelled my order on 7th August, 2016 and despite emails I haven’t got refund.
This is 9th December, 2016 which means I haven’t gotten the delivery or refund in 7 whole months, despite continuous requests, complaints.
Beware folks.
The only way out now is consumer court.

Hello Sir,

I am a user of Paytm.
I recharged for my metro card using this online digital platform(Paytm) for Rs. 300.
They deducted the money from my wallet but no money was credited into my metro card. I am a subscriber of Delhi Metro.

The order ID of the transaction (with Paytm) was 4181300629. They have credited a cashback of Rs. 30 that they were giving as an advantage into my Paytm Wallet but they have not yet recharged my metro card. Even after filing complaints on their online portal two times, they have not replied me yet.

I request you to look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I’m extremely surprised that daily travel passengers have to be inconvenienced by people who hang bags in the passage way on hooks – when I requested them to remove the bags as they were blocking the way they refused saying there was adequate place to stand and that I seemed to be a newcomer – does that mean that there is an established practice to hang bags and block the passage way? I tried to call 182 however it wasn’t reachable

Hello sir/ma’am,
I have bought 2 postpaid sim cards from Tata Docomo on around June this year. Since, I no further required the sims, I haven’t started it neither my sim card opening verification has been done. I never used it, moreover I didnot detached it from the card. Still I am getting many calls for its bill payment which they are showing pending. How can they generate the bill if the service is not started? When I tell them about this and ask them to transfer the call to their manager, they disconnect the call telling that manager is currently unavailable and they will soon revert.

Greetings!

I have ordered some dress material on Craftsvilla.com on 20th Nov. 2016. Didn’t get any update till 30th Nov. 2016 hence called the customer care and got that the item is not in stock hence the order is cancelled and the amount would be refunded withing 7-8 business days.

First of all if item is not in stock they should inform us and refund money immediately but nothing was done.

I wrote an email to customercaer@craftsvilla.com on 6th Dec., 2106 and mentioned everything clearly but they replied that the seller is unable to supply the products hence you will get refund of your money in 10-15 business days. This looks like they are not interested in refund at all. Simply throwing some statements to customer that we are working on.

Do the refund process really need that much time?

Looks like this site taking money from the customers in the name of order and just utilizing it. This company is not the trustworthy business organization and CHEATING customers.

Guys please do not buy anything from Craftsvilla.com and make aware the same to your family and friends as well.
