Sir,

Our important document which has been sent from Trichy with your docet no, TRZ135320871 while inquiring your Kasaragod office the informed us that it has been delivered to your Kaikamba, Uppala branch on 29.11.2016 ad we personally went to your kaikamba branch for inquiring about the courier at the time they told us the courier has not yet reached today also we went personally then also they told us the same thing. When we called the sender of the courier and got the docet number that time they told us that the courier has reached your Kasaragod office on 29.11.2016 and when i called Kasaragod office they told me that it is laying at Kaikamba, uppala office and this fellows dint even inform us about the courier. Hence in this regard you are layable for the compensation for the delay though it was a important document on our behalf.

Hope you will takeup this matter most serious and do us the needfull.

I have ordered Mi battery via online through whaaky.com. but i received fault and used material . i had asked them for refund after returning the material and they confirmed by mail that they going to refund it but till now i have not received. They are cheating so many customer like this. I reqst you to take necessary action

I was trying to book a Premium Tatkal ticket from IRCTC website for Train No: 12150 on 9th Dec 2016. Transaction was failed and ticket was declined despite successful payment. Also, Tickets were still available at that time under this quota. I want to know the reason for failed transaction. It resulted in me not getting the ticket for 10th Dec 2016.

I got a call from rep from clickjobs.com on sep 27, 2016 to pay Rs. 3428 and Rs. 5460 for the different services and i paid on the same day since i am looking for a job. I got a call for verification and they changed resume according to the international services and that’s only service which i received from them. I got a call from them and asked me to pay rs. 5460/- for one more service and after that i didn’t get any call from them. This is how they are doing business.

I got msg on mobile no 2000rs from mobile no9540024410 day Thursday 8/12/2016 but my wallet not show balence. I might checking after 15 hours but balence in my wallet. What is this? I certified I Avirup das account holder of UBI..my account number is 0078010497497..on 7-12-2016 I did a transaction at noon near about 2pm of RS 1000 but as atm declined and shows error limit exceed so I failed to take the money but my UBI bank debited rs1000 from my account.. As per I failed to transact the money so I want my money refund in my account.. Pls do needful

Scam or fraud: Act Fibernet — No customer service and Switch board broken

Dear Sir,

It has been 15 days since i launched a complaint. Service executives have broken the Switchboard and the Internet speed is not for what i have been paying for. They are cheating users by promising 50 MBPS and the maximum speed will be 35 MBPS. I have been calling customer service every day, they have been rude to me and irresponsible. Last night one of the service executives called me at around 21:00 and he spoke very rudely. i don’t know whether i have to police station to launch the complaint or not. Request you to suggest and provide justice on the same.
