Scam or fraud: Indian Overseas Bank — IOB Manager neglect my account tranfer request

Dear Sir/Madem,
My husband had maintained the PF account IOB udumalai Branch. Unfortunately he passed away few month before, so i want to transfer his account balance to my account, regarding this transaction i was visit IOB udumalai Branch four times, whenever i ask about the transaction, Manager and their staffs were not responding properly and neglect to take my request form. I feel bad and lonely. Please let me know how can i transfer the amounts and place the complaint against the manager.

Scam or fraud: Airtel — Regarding SIM ACTIVATION

I visited So many time Airtel express Outlet, which is on the NAME of TREHAN TRADERS (Shop No. G-5 Polt No-23 LSC Krishna Arcade Mayur Vihar Phase-2 Delhi-91) for Number Portability. Number belongs from Madhya Pradesh (9630132060) i.e Prepaid No. here they are Porting in Postpaid. i have submitted all the document 4times from the date of 24th-oct -2016. Person came from your side for verification also, I received message that your verification is done successfully. but after insertion of Sim CARD, it is reflecting Registration Failed .

For this i spoke Miss Saloni, Saloni is educating me that. Every time she punched & sent my ID Proof (document) but they are not responding.Mail she received every time by your internal team to send the document again. Why ?

I have given My PAN CARD, VOTER ID CARD & 1 supporting Document . OLD SIM CARD NO(M.P)-89919 30510 18313 2906 H-2 / NEW SIM CARD NO- 8991101506065215010U

If i have submitted my document 4 times, why again i will Submit ? Are you people misusing my documents .

You people stooped my Old Sim(Madhya Pradesh ) from that day & even your not starting my sim here also . what you want to do . IS this kind of service you people are giving . i have never found such kind of pathetic service & never expected airtel .From that day i m taking follow up of your airtel outlet for my sim Activation . is this my work ? from that day to till date i have visited your store 15-20 time. who will pay for my time & petrol ?

There are so many telecome Companies in market(Reliance/voda) but from 2006 im using Airtel so i dont want to go for another network .if you people want then please return my all documents through courier & activate my Old sim. i will change the network.

121@in.airtel.com but they people are also not responding.

they are working as Govt sector (Like Govt. m BABU hote hai, They Dont care kya Problem hai) Is this ??

I Mr. Krishna Garodia from Dibrugarh Assam bought a new Renault kwid red car from Dibrugarh Assam from show room c/oPashupati traders..After all the foramilities of payment at the time of receiving the car I was told that one side of the car gate(front left gate)had dent and scratches..I was promised that the same will be rectified shortly within a week after arrival of new car..I took the car with this assurance..Now about 20 days have passed they have no knowledge when the new car will be arriving and are trying to deceive me by saying every other day that its on the way..I am disgusted feeling cheated and will move to consumers court if the same is not sorted out as a priority..At least they should be able to say when the red coloured new kwid with features of Ac, power steering and music system will be arriving..This is for your kind information and necessary action

Scam or fraud: Snapdeal.com — Delivery getting reattempted again

Today(09 dec 2016), I have received a sms to my registered mobile stating that “We attempted the delivery of your product 17028848626 but could not deliver to you”. The sms was quite embarrassing for me as neither any sms nor any phone call I have received so far from the courier for delivery of the item till now. Moreover today at 11:00 pm, I received a phone call from snapdeal by which the attending personnel assured me to deliver the item within 24 to 48 hrs.

Again at 5:30PM, I could see the order msg that “customer could not be reached”. My phone number is working, i am present at home, Neither i have recieved any call nor any courier person arrived at my place.

I have, however, sent a mail to help@snapdeal.com asking for their reply as to when and where the delivery was attempted but failed.

Dear Sir,

I had called Docomo 2 months back asking them to disconnect my connection but i continued to receive emails asking for bills. I have raised this as a complaint to their customer care but no action has been taken. I received another note from their legal team asking me to pay Rs. 662/-, i am OK to pay this amount but why should customer pay for their mistake.

Hi,

We have registered details in the Coimbatore corporation office for receiving the Birth certificate for my girl child.
We have not received it yet due to the carelessness of the concerned official person in the corporation.
Even we tried visiting the concerned office for getting the certificate. But they asked us to wait for some more days and we are yet to receive it through Postal or courier service.
It s been hardly more than 80 days that we did not receive the birth certificate.
Please do the needful.

I bought new splendor plus bike on 2011. Retail dealership showroom opted for National insurance. In 2014, I lost the bike. After so many follow-up’s and somany verifications, Now they are refusing to claim the insurance amount. Now also I bought new bike (Passion pro – 2016 model). Now also they recommending for same insurance. Need escalation details for claiming insurance amount.

Expecting support from Hero also for this issue.

Dear Sir, I am nagaraj from retteri i bought my bike on july 2016 month in fast bike show room . on starting onward hand bear and axilator is not working . i given three service in walter yamaha service center still not working . They are telling each service it is rectified but still not solved . after paying the big amount why we we suffer this much . I dont want this bike anymore. we want return this bike . kindly provide the another model bike in this same company or else return back the cash in my account .about this problem my hand got injured severely . i was hospitalized for 15 days . my friend also taken this bike they also have the same issue and got pain in the hands. i had paid my due till nov month .the services was not done till today . the show room people telling that need to contact service only . but service people not answering properly . . I dont think so they can able to rectify the problem . i want to return my bike . kindly refund our amount Bike name : YAMAHA FZ VERSION 2 MILTERY GREEN BIKE. Bike no : TN05BF2039.
