Complaint Details:
Around 9 PM on 8th Dec I booked an Ola Sedan Prime Taxi from R K Salai Mylapore Chennai. The taxi no was 1314, driver was Chandran and last 4 digits of the number assigned by you was 0968.
The taxi came to me after 8-10 calls and 15minutes delay because the google maps on the car was malfunctioning. As soon as we started moving, driver got a call from you that the trip has been canceled and I should get out and book afresh. The driver was told that his car has been assigned to another customer. I simply refused to get out of the car and called 04433553355 to make a complaint, but all that got was a recorded voice in Tamil saying that I can not use that number for taxi booking!
I received no support, and finally I had to travel paying cash even though I have Olamoney balance, thanks entirely to the driver who was indeed very helpful personally.

I expect you will do the needful to compensate me for the hardships your poor service caused me.

We ordered a pizza and some sides of Rs.418.00 at 6.22 pm on 9.12.16 at the camp road branch tambaram and it wasnt delivered till 7.15 pm. On calling the shop, they said they do not have the number of the delivery boy. after another ten minutes, they replied that the delivery boy has no papers on him and the police have caught him. But it was more than an hour since we ordered. so we cancelled the order.

I have done my internet data recharge on 9/12/16 . Mistakenly it is done doubly i wanted cc executive to cancel the second recharge and refund my balance but he refused to do so i want help for refunding and resovle the issue . Because i am not able to use 2 gb of data in 28 days . And when mistakenly recharge is done on second time i didnt recieved any message or warning . So either make refund or double the validity period of net pack .

My name is Suresh Kumar. I came across this person named Sanchit Kumar in Olx. He had a number which he said to whatsapp. He said he is selling electronics items at a lower cost. I once booked for a camera (Canon-Mark III). He said the camera costs Rs.79000. Since i dint have that much money i refused it. Later on he was constantly sending offers to my whatsapp number. Then i came across a Hard disk offer which he sent. It was a Backup Plus- Seagate Hard disk. The offer was 10 units of Hard disk @ Rs.24000. I ordered the Hard disk and transferred him Rs.24000. I asked him whether he received that amount he confirmed it and told me that the amount which i transferred was for camera and not for the Hard disk since he said the order-id has been changed. So he told me to pay the remaining amount (Rs.50000)to get the camera. I told him I dont have that much money to get a camera and so I told him to either get the Hard disk Shipped or Refund the amount. He said the refund can be initiated but it will take 2-3 business week and gave me an offer for camera (Canon Mark-III) and the hard disk ( Seagate) at Rs.49000. I searched for his company in google and came across Balamurugan’s complaint. i got aware and told him i dont have money and told to refund the amount. He said he cant refund the money unless the full amount is paid. We had an argument and said I came across Balamurugan’s complaint. Soon he called me in whatsapp and compromised me that the complaint was given under a misunderstanding between him and Balamurugan and begged me to give a chance to prove himself. And so i believed in him and transfered the remaining amount Rs.25000 to his account. He said the package is ready to shipped and i will get it on monday (5/12/2016). But I dint get any package so I messeged him and he said that the package is delayed due to the death of Tamilnadu’s Chief MInister and i will get the package on Wednesday(7/12/2016). On thursday morning i texted him he was not online so the message was not delivered. In the Middle of our conversion I got his another number ( which i have given below) in which i can contact him if he is not online (as i was so stupid i dint even give a ring to that number when he was chatting with me). As of today i contacted to that number he gave and some other person took it named Anoop Kumar and said there is no Sanchiit Kumar is available. I have attached the conversations we had in Whatsapp for the reference.

Dear Sir,

Maine aapki company ki ek car, jiska model Breza bitara zdi+ aur registration number UP93AV0888 h, ko date 12.08.2016 ko Gajiabaad ke ek showroom se kharidi thi.

Main date 04.12.2016 ko Jhansi se kanpur ja raha tha tabhi Orai se 19 km door Aata ke paas Jhansi – Kanpur highway par mere car ke belt toot gayi aur durghatna hote hote bachi. Is time mere saath meri family bhi thi aur shaam ka time tha. Kadak sardi hone ke reason se highway par kohra tha. Jab maine toll free par call kiya jiska complaint number 1062791 h, parantu mujhe 1.5 hour tak koi service nahi mili. 1.5 hour ke baad S.B. Motors, OPrai se mujhe call aaya aur unhone mujhe wapis 19 km orai me usi halat me mujhe bulaya. Jab main wapas orai, S.B. Motors par pahuncha to belt change karne ke liye S.B. Motors ne mujhse 860/- rs liye.

So main aapki company ki policy janna chahta hu ki belt 5000/km par kaise toot sakta h aur ek company ka belt ko kitne time par badla jata h. aur company dwara service kitne time par milti h.

Saath hi saath car kharidne ke 1 mahine baad se hi car ka sound system bhi kaam nahi kar raha h par mujhe is par bhi koi response nahi mile.

Mujhe khushi h ki S.B. Motors, Orai me Mr. Faheem ji ne mere saath cooperate kiya aur help karke meri car ahi karwai.

It’s being a big trouble for me to do my projects. And also I don’t get any proper information and response about service. I just hate it…I need my lap back with proper service

Date of incident – 9-Dec16 PNR Number D5C82V From Hyderabad to Indore.
I booked Indigo flight ticket from Bangalore to Indore through Goibibo.com
Earlier Booking was Morning flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad and evening 17:45 from Hyderabad to Indore. they have reschedule the flight from morning to 15:45 from Bangalore to Hyderabad, and 17:45 from Hyderabad to Indore.
I board the Bangalore flight which was delayed from 15:45 to 14:25, i asked Bangalore indigo representative please share me boarding pass for Hyderabad flight, he confirmed me that i booked your Ticket under priority you can check in from Hyderabad manually. and confirmed you can reach to boarding counter with in 15 Minute.
I asked to refund my full amount from Hyderabad to Indore and book next flight . Both Indigo and Goibibo is not ready for the same .
I want your help to resolve and get back my full refund amount .
