Complaint Details:
I have booked a flat in one of the Gruha Kalyan project Rose-2 marathahalli on 2nd Apr 2016, within one week I cancelled my booking. As per their norms, they should settle the refund of my booking amount within 75 days.

It’s almost 9 months, I am running behind them and struggling to get back my hard earning money 1 Lakh. They key giving new dates every time I contact them.

Their issued cheque has also been bounced. After lot of reminders, they don’t take any further steps to refund of my booking amount.

They simply proved themselves as a fraud company and cheat innocent middle class people like us, and enjoy with our money.

So please be very very careful, never ever invest single penny your hard earned money with them.

I request for faster resolve of this matter. Need your help badly.

Problem : PCB problem
I had purchased this mobile with a trust to be a good mobile phone. After 7 moths of use the phone started giving problem with gating blue screen and vibrate than switch off. Submitted 1month back to the Sagar City Service Center. After expected return date the local service center have no idea about the current status of the mobile. Only reply they provide ‘We will give you call on return of the mobile’ and when asked ‘When ?’ they have no answer at all. The Coolpad service Center Contact numbers seem to be more worst then this. Every time i call they give answer that it will take your phone ready go local service center but local service center tell phone not come.

Dealers are quoting incorrect ex showroom price. I am planning to buy Apache RTR.
And dealer is quoting 3000 more as ex showroom price than what is listed on site. When checked with customer care, they said it is incorrect and will launch complaint against the showroom. But still haven’t get any response.
The regional sales head is saying that the amount is more as there’s is LBT. That is another stupid reason since ex showroom price ideally includes all such taxes apart from registration insurance.

This is regarding my father-in-law’s sbi general health insurance policy. My father-in-laws suffered heart stroke 11 months after taking the policy. They refused to give claim by saying with in one year heart diseases and HTN not covered. After renewing the policy they are saying it is a pre-existing disease. Without giving proper reason how it is a pre-existing disease. I have sent a mail to gro@sbigeneral.in. but I didn’t recieve any response. I spoke to sbi general doctors prajakta and pranav shah. Now they don’t want to speak to me. I am not at all satisfied with sbi general.
I have complained same to IRDA on 18th Nov. Till now IRDA didn’t get any response from sbi general.
That’s how sbi grievance is working.
No respect to customers, they only need money from customers. They are behaving like dictators. They don’t want to listen to customers, Whatever that say we need to accept. That is not at all fair.

Please do the need full to me

Complaint against IOC PETROL PUMP at kulanada, pathanamttitta, kerala .

I filled 1000rs petrol in my car and gave them my debit card and pin.They came back saying that the card is declined. So i gave my car keys to the pump staff and had to get amount from the nearby federal bank atm from which i withdrew 2000 rs and gave it to the staff, and they returned 1000 back . But when i reached home and checked my account, 1000 rs was already debitted from my account for the petrol. So I was charged twice by card and by hand. I lost 1000rs because of that. I need my cash to be refunded immediately.
