Within 3weeks company had cut my balance about 160 rupees.I want my money back, but i can’t talk to the customer care because customer care no is either wrong or busy. i had called 198 also but it is not responding.And one more thing company activate anything without any activation of data.please resolve this problem as soon as possible. And deactivate all those things.Thank you.

Hi

I have just try to pay the premimum of my hdfc progrowth plus policy 18169105 through my hdfc regallia credit card(55XXXXXXXXXX6812).

The thing is that all transaction was failed, I have try more that 8 or 9 attempts to make successfull, but all was failed.

I have all got mails for unsucessfull transaction, but when I have check my credit card account it is showing to me 201176.26 Rs Total Outstanding Authorization Amount .

please reimburse these amount into my credit card account asap.

In the last 8 month all over area in pabijuri here people leaved at about 10, 000. Who have suffering for poor network.3G or GSM bouth are same .

I am purchased intex aqua 4g plus mobile on online shopping of sneal deal… But the Battery is not working I purchased on April 2016… So you should replace my battery immediately its urgent for me… Pls take imediate action against it. My mobile is inbuilt battery so I can’t received anywhere. Pls arrange my intex aqua 4g plus inbuilt battery immediately

I have booked the flight from Delhi to Ranchi, came to know that flight will start at about 4 PM where it has to fly at 12:45, so I cancelled the flight right away from makemytrip portal, now I was suppose to get full refund, but they have deducted the penalty charges which they are saying done by airlines. when I spoke to airlines they are telling that there is “NO Show” from my side, means I haven’t boarded the flight itself, even though I have cancelled it before hand but makemytrip didn’t inform to airlines and that’s why No show… now I am following these pathetic airlines/makemytrip to get my refund back.

Complaint Details:
My car was given for servicing to fix low pick up. Boss service centre advised to change the clutch plate. Later they told me to change the break pads also as it was weird. After the service they banded me the vehicle. One week later I found the vehicle was giving a hissing noise and I took the car back to the service centre.They told me it was due to faulty bearings the replacement will work out approximately 1800/-plus service and the sound still persists, will have to change the bearings of gear box and will cost above 5000/- Later I took the car to another Mechanic, and he found out the sound was coming from the brake pads clips.He rectified the fault just for 300/-

I visited Reliance trends which is newly opened at velacherry near grand mall the collections are awesome we purchased 6000 but i was not sure about one kurthi and was hessitant to pick it up the service girls over there wer like take it mam if it doesnt fit you can exchange thereby i bought it and finished the bill and as a complimentory they gave few lunch box later when i went to exchange the kurthi the service was pathetic please educate your staffs and appoint some educated pepole we had to argue so long and speak with all the higher officials for an exchange your collections are awesome but the staffs and thir behavior worst ever

I made a complaint on 5th Dec re my gerberit flush tank which was leaking .
I was assured it would be sorted out in 3 working days.
It’s the 9th dec today.the tank is still not fixed.I made 6 calls today to speak with the supervisor and was kept on hold for over 30 mins each time and the supervisor never came on the line.
I was then assured they would call me back which again they didn’t.
They refused to give the name or tel contact of their supervisor.
Two of the people I spoke with were Sayyed and Arjun
I an shocked at the attitude and unprofessional behaviour of the staff.
I told them I was a senior citizen and to please make sure my complaint was acted upon.
I will certainly never advice anyone to buy their flush tanks as the after service is very difficult.
