I booked a cab from my residence to charbagh railway station Lucknow on 10/12/2016 at 11:17AM with reference number CRN486231892 for my journey on 11/12/2016 at 3:45AM..got a message from Ola at 2:45AM that will get cab no and drive details 15 minutes before departure at 3:41am got message that cab no UP32GN0812 is on the way but at last minute they cancelled my booking This gives me a mental stress and shows the unprofessional behavior of the company…If my complaint not given consideration I will surely look for other options to get guilty punished

I brought Red-Carpet Start Health Insurance online for my parents-in-laws on7th Jan’16. My father-in-law had an accident at our house and later he had admitted at Nursing Home and Shoulder has been operated on 22nd of July. We have submitted all the necessary document at local Star Insurance office. But till today we did not find any progress on the claim reimbursement process. Always from customer care, they are saying they need some more time.

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 10th July’14 i have received a call from one of executive of M/S. JOB DHAMAKA.COM, Ms. Sangita regarding some selective nad confirmed job offering. I have been told to process your candidatature, you need to come online and register yourself at our site and you have to pay just Rs. 5000.00 as a registration fee. I have asked her about any other charges she confirmed me this is full and final charge. There won’t be any other charge. Based on her confirmation i have initiated to register my self on your Jobs Dhamaka site.

After complition of registration process my call was transfered to verification department. some exicutive name as Deepak has come on call and told you need 2 step verification. After my confirmation on step 1 i have been told to pay Rs. 5000.00 as a verification charge. I was surprised in begining I have been told no charges but how come new demand of money has come.

After long discussion with you senior member name. Mandip. I get convinced and ready to pay these charges as a final charge. He told no other charge will asked to pay.he told we get verification done of employement and documents by third party agencies and we need to pay them.

Post step 1, the step 2 process begins. In this process i have been told to pay Rs. 7500.00. I was annoyed and disconnected the phone. They started calling me after their avoiding their 2 call and finally I took their third call. Mr. Vijay from some senior post have called and and told to go for social media option and pay just Rs. 10000.00 final charge now and Rs. after joining. I convinced and payed this amount.

My name is rajiv sharma and i am airtel’s costumer long time. Previous day on date 10-12-2016 time 10.30 pm approx a 11 rs approx balance deducted in my account after that rs 31 remain. Today on date 11-12-2016 rs 25 also deducted. A massage received me that this balance was deducted of internate using though net data is also in my account yet

So sir please refund my rs 35 amount in my account. When i have internet data so why company deducted my main account balance

Scam or fraud: Goair — About the refund which GO AIR customer support denied after I booked my flight within 1 hours

This is with regard to my booking I made with GO AIR today 10th Dec 2016 morning from Bangalore to Pune roundtrip.
26th Jan to 28th 2017 was my First Booking (which they said to makemytrip executive they will refund to me 100% so based on it within 1 hour I had to rebook the flight with different dates)
26th Jan to 30th 2017 was my Second Booking ( I booked immediately within 1 hour and when I called makemytrip and GO AIR to process my payment back they denied and said we can’t refund )

Based on Saajan’s update and conversation with GO AIR Farida I was advised to book another ticket with change in return tickets I did same as per his insturction within 1 hour. After booking my tickets again I followed with Makemytrip for refund so that they can help in transaction with GO AIR.

I spoke to Abhishek and he connected conferences call with another GO AIR agent after my second booking the lady totally denied my refund and she said I will charged for cancellation of my tickets and there will be no refund of money. I will not receive any refund for my bookings.

This something very weird, absurd, and worst customer service which GO AIR is giving she is saying mirror booking which I have not heard of anytime …she totally denied my refund. I am now totally upset with the service they are giving I will definitely not recommend any one GO AIR and tell very clear the policy are not good and they making money very unethically and not even considering any valid reason if customer is having.

In service industry customer should be retained by good customer service experience and they will be repeat customers
but GO AIR is interested in having only one time customers.

Brand image will build up with repeat customers but with this kind of service they can make just policy one time and attract customers one time and no repeat customers will be there.

One day definitely GO-AIR AIRLINE will shut down if they continue to have such policy & services … I will write negative comment on their website about their response and not recommend to anyone.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided on the website of Go-air and Makemytrip they say it is refundable but it totally non-refundable. The WORD REFUNDABLE is misleading.

I am not sure why the message was not communicated to me fully. I definitely need any answer from GO-AIR & Makemytrip on this.

I will share & escalate this email with all airlines so that they can know what GO-AIR is communicating and not serving correctly their ethically.

Scam or fraud: American Swan Lifestyle Company — Site and App down

American swan companies site and app both are down and even the toll free is not working. I tried to send them email as well but no response so far. I am not sure from which date they are not operational because I do not visit them regularly. As per the refund procedure, American swan issues store credit for returned products and I had too returned the product and they issued me store credits which carry life time validity. I can use the credit to purchase other products. Since the site is down now and no response from the support as well I am not seeing any option apart from raising the complaint as I lost my store credits. Total credits were approx Rs 821.

Please help.

Scam or fraud: Airtel — My number is not working after i’ve port-in to airtel ( you have dialed a wrong number)

Ive port-in to airtel ( pre paid ) from vodafone ( pre – paid ) on 7th of december 2016 bearing porting request code ” VE424197 ” and the same was approved. i was communicated by the operator ( airtel ) that the porting request for mobile no. 9198**7775 has been sent to vodafone (gsm) and the same will be processed by 2016-12-08 19:01:25.0 subject to approval from current operator.
On 10th december 2016 i get a text from the service provider ( airtel ) that – ” Important info : once your mobile displays no network, please insert the AIRTEL SIM in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details ” then there was another message stating ” Dear customer, your porting request for mobile no. 9198**7775 to airtel has been validated by vodafone(gsm). the number will be ported-in to airtel by 2016-12-10 23:30:00.0.” the networks were 0 after 11:30 as directed but when i called on 59059 the operator said that for all information about your airtel mobile call 121 and calling on the same 121 number there was no information regarding the sim activation or any information regarding what to do after your number is ported-in to airtel or anything that would have helped the cause. Kindly help ASAP this is a great disappointment and cheating on the part of airtel.

The toll tax bill shown in my bill reflects 2 and 3 folds more instead of rates to cross noida-delhi toll booth. Even ola driver paid ? 100 to booth. But my bill reflects more..?? Below are details

(1) CRN no. 486368288 . Time of journey: 1:20pm to 1:54pm and date : 10/12/2016. Here ?300 is reflected as toll on overall bill of ?465.
(2). CRN no. 485479831. Time of journey : 7.02pm to 8:17pm and date : 09/12/2016. Here ?200 is reflected as toll on overall bill of ?631.

I used ola during my sister engagement functions and this is how ola mistreats it’s customers. I want this error rectified soon and refund done.
