Scam or fraud: Cafe Coffee Day — Payment Issue

Complaint Details:
Had visited Cafe Coffee Day last night at the Gardens Galleria mall, next to GIP in Noida. The total bill was RS. 617/-, had offered my credit card to pay, on which I was told the card machine is not working, I asked them if I can make payment through Paytm, upon which I was given some mobile no on which I paid through my Paytm. Thereafter, I asked for the bill, on which the counter guy told me they will be able to give only manual bill as the billing was made through Paytm.

I seriously feel I have been cheated on the billing, also since there is a cash back of 15% if paid thru Paytm at CCD.

I’m order my phone 8 Dec but I don’t recieved my courier I call customer care but he told your courier in West Delhi, For out for delivery…
Tomorrow I call again blue dart services and ask again same out for delivery
I ask I want pickup my courier your Warehouse so again he said it’s not possible because it’s prepaid order so only home delivery… What the he’ll???

We ordered on 7th November, delivered 9th Dec. Due to mobile not compatible with 4G, we requested for change to next model. Item picked up from home on 14th Nov. We received message that replacement request declined on 22nd Nov, item will be resent back to address . Neither we got money refund, nor mobile returned back to us till date.Even calling to customer care number not helped, as per customer care our case been closed, but how???? we did not got our mobile..

Justickets my self b v aravind from hyderabad. I have booked 2 tickets in rajadhani theatre, dilshuknagar, hyderabad seats are A27, A28 6.00pm show on 10/12/2016. I have used my sbi debit card it charged me 168.66rs, but i didnt recieved my tickets confirmation message and money was debited from my account.the transaction id is justickets pos 52317 at justickets com txn# 668361. So kindly refund my money. I also Made many calls to your customer support but they didnt response.if u need any further details please respond to this asap.

Scam or fraud: Tata Docomo — Unauthorized post paid charges by Tata Docomo postpaid

I took two postpaid numbers 888xxxxx12 and 888xxxxx13 on GSM 199 plan in July 2016. But wrong billings started appearing for 2G packs on one number for Rs.499/- in Sep16 and againRs.999/-in Oct16. I made calls and followups to deactivate and cancel the services, but instead on cancelling they were changing my tariff plan each time. This frustration led me to cancel 888xxxxx12.
This didn’t stop there as I continued another number. Situation worsened in Nov 16, with another wrong amount of Rs.299/- inspite of hours of followups.
Totally frustrated and I now placed a request (with Nodal officer) to completely close all my ties and relationship with Tata Docomo with immediate effect.

I orderd for a laptop worth rs 47000 on nov 30th and got a parcel on dec 3rd in that instead of laptop i recieved a dth setup box..i raised a complaint in paytm and requested for refund but they created a replacement and again i got a parcel before accepting the parcel i called pAYTM and asked them what to do they said me to accept it and in dat instead of a laptop there is an induction stove im really fed up with this and whenevr i call them now they are just saying to wait i have paid all most my three month salary for this and very much worried because of this issue please help me in this issue

I am too disappointing with Micromax 3rd class of services, as the phone
which is given twice with in last three months also on the calendar
year more then 50 days with care center and as per your service center
associate they do not have any permanent solution for the problem i.e (Network Issue on 2G, 3G, 4G). They peoples do not have any value
of the customer time and putting costumer on trouble with these kind of
services as last time i have marked a many reminder to you and to Mr.
Manjeet(Area Manager for The Zone) but no action has been taken by him after repairing the same
problem has been arise within few days and i have again submitted the phone on service center dated 21.11.2016, the same has been informed to
Krishna at service center.(Center Manager)
Kindly look the matter and please take action on it.
