On 09.12.2016, i purchased grocery items from shri krishan pal (mobile no.9971455560) and paid rs.187/- through my paytm wallet. the said amount rs. 187/- is deducted from my paytm balance, but neither the amount is shown on my paytm passbook nor this amount has been recieved by shri krishan pal (mobile no.9971455560).

please pay the said amount rs.187/- to krishan pal which has been deducted from my paytm wallet.

My account was debited with the amount of ?599 and then KFC website redirected me to page as Something went wrong and showed cart is empty. If my order was not confirmed then why amount was debited.

Kindly refund me the amount.

Also, communicated with billdesk. They confirmed that money has been credited to merchant site.

I ordered a mobile headset on Ebay site online at 10th nov, 44100931816 is the paisa id(order id). I was keep on touch with seller. After 20 days they delivered to someone else. after that I asked for refunding my amount for that I claimed, but refund claim rejected. Reasons for rejecting refund is not mentioned. then I called up to customer care, still they are saying that we are looking into issue. We will update you soon. one month passed no response from their side. Finally I reached out to you.

Please dont buy anything on Ebay, worst service is there.This is my humble request.

Dear Sir,
I am your POSTPAID data card customer for the past 6 years with proper bills repayment.
Card No: 9360063156 & Account No: 5000005958620.
Without my knowledge 3G data card has been change to 4G. And bills have been generated based on the 4G scheme.
But I have not purchased your dangle and SIM cards form your service center until now.
Someone, has taken the 4G SIM card and used illegally.
For past one and half month, I am repeated saying to your customer care service I have purchased your dangle and SIM cards form your service center.
I have registered complain to you. Complain no: 251830546 (Operator Name: Arokia Prabu). Till now there is no reply for the above complain.
Then I step in to your Dindidul service center and required about this problem but no solution given.
Then I request to cancel the my data card.
Sir, Money is not a problem for me to pay for the unused bills. My question is HOW COME THE 4G SIM CARD HAS BEEN ISSUED FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. i.e without any of my ID proof.
And I would like to know from which service center my 4G SIM card has been issued.

As per my last complaint…you assured me that my product ( #1087634-boots) will be dispatched as soon as possible.its been 21 days today (the maximum days you told you will be taking). you replied to my last complaint on 6 December and u said its just been 15 days …and today its 11th December (1 week since then also).you never attend any calls as well. i told you that i need the product urgently for an event on 14th December.can i expect my product to be delivered now? kindly tell me the date on which i will be receiving it.this is the heights of carelessness now.i want my product before 14th December or i will seriously resort to legal actions.

A day before yesterday i.e 9th december 2016 i added RS 2000 in my paytm wallet after a while it show transition failed but the amount is already been debited from my bank account but still it isn’t reflecting in my paytm wallet and amount is not refunded yet .
Please make some appropriate action in order to resolve the problem.
